This research instrument, known as QPE, is an online questionnaire based on Walter King Yan Ho's (Quality Physical Education). The results showed that:(1) Quality teaching of the 6 indicators asked, 43.5 percent chose the answer Yes and as many as 56.5 percent chose the answer No. ( 2) Skill Development Bodily Awareness of the eight indicators tested, 45.5 percent chose Yes and 54.5 percent chose No. (3) Cognitive Skill Development: Of the five indicators asked, 40.8 percent chose Yes, while 59.2 percent chose No. (4) Habituated Behavior out of the four indicators tested, 51.5 percent chose Yes and 48.5 percent chose No.According to the findings of this study, the majority of respondents still find it difficult to meet the quality of physical education learning for athletic material because the average "yes" answer is 45.33%, which falls into the poor quality category.
Existing technological developments require all fields to be able to adjust to conditions in terms of technology. Several studies related to the use of technology during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia show the unpreparedness of educators to adapt to emergency conditions that demand the use of online and hybrid learning, especially in PJOK subjects. Based on this, the researcher aims to determine the pattern of distance learning carried out by Physical Health and Sports Education teachers in elementary schools in Yogyakarta. Sequential explanatory design is used with quantitative and qualitative research approaches that are carried out sequentially. This research aims to analyze the need to develop learning media that can be used online, offline and in blended learning. The analysis of existing learning patterns shows that most teachers have met the standards of distance learning implementation. However, learning media development on certain materials still needs to be done to support each material delivery activity carried out by the teacher. The survey results show that most teachers still use teaching materials in print or electronic form and existing learning videos. The results of in-depth interviews indicate that there is still a need to develop learning media on athletic activities, self-defense, physical fitness development activities, gymnastics, rhythmic motion, water activities, personal safety, and a healthy lifestyle. With the results of this analysis, it is hoped that it can provide ideas and inspiration for further research in developing learning media, especially Physical Health and Sports Education in elementary schools so that educational goals towards the era of society 5.0 involve various technological developments can be achieved optimally both in emergency and normal conditions.
Distance learning in the field of sports education has great challenges during the implementation of practical learning. In the table tennis course, it is necessary to identify the initial ability of hand-eye coordination of PJKR FIK UNY students through special test instruments for the sport of table tennis. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for students to carry out distance learning and self-practice test assessments to identify hand-eye coordination skills specifically for table tennis, which so far have no instruments. The application of this test instrument includes research on the development of a table tennis game eye-hand coordination test instrument that uses content validity and reliability tests. The sample consisted of table tennis students from PJKR FIK UNY which was taken by all students from two classes, namely 100 students. The results of the validity test using aiken's v with a content validity result of 0.883 which is declared very valid. The results of the reliability test with the test-retest method got the results of the instrument reliability of 0.89 so that the instrument was declared very reliable. The conclusion is that the instrument developed is feasible to be used as a measuring tool for specific eye-hand coordination in the branch of the table tennis game and the application of test guidelines using audio-visual media can improve the results of the eye-hand coordination test in PJKR FIK UNY student
Distance learning in the field of sport education, particularly at the university level, is well suited to independent and structured learning. In the table tennis course, it is necessary to identify the initial ability of PJKR FIK UNY students' hand-eye coordination through the use of audio visual based test guidelines. The method for administering the test is provided during distance learning. This test guideline's application includes experimental research using the pretest-posttest design method. The sample consists of PJKR FIK UNY table tennis students drawn at random from a class of up to 40 students. This study was conducted from February to April 2021. The analysis results of the Paired Sample Test data obtained a value of sig = 0.000 <0.05, the conclusion from the test results is that there is a difference in the effect of hand-eye coordination abilities in table tennis games between before and after being given test guidelines using audio visual media. The conclusion from the application of test guidelines using audio visual media can improve the results of the hand-eye coordination test for PJKR FIK UNY students.
