This study aimed to determine the form of parenting styles, the factors that affect parenting styles, and the impact of parenting styles on children's entrepreneurship building. The design of this study is qualitative research which focuses on case study approach. The key informants in this study are business owners of shell bag craft, they are Anas and Nurul, Ismarofi and Ririn, Marlean and Emi. The data were collected by conducting semistructured interviews. Based on the interviews, the findings showed that: (1) parenting styles applied by Anas and Marlean lead to an authoritative form of parenting that gives freedom to their children under their supervision, meanwhile, Ismarofi applied a collaboration parenting style which leads to both authoritative and permissive parenting as shown in different impression to the activities their children do; (2) factors that affect parenting styles on children's entrepreneurship building is the limitation of children to learn the real business as the children are still in the school age who have to study at school; (3) the impact of parenting style brings benefits on the formation of children positive characteristics, such as independent, confident, outgoing, and visioner-having a future orientation.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara relasi guru dan siswa dengan motivasi siswa disekolah, Sampel penelitian sebanyak 300 siswa SMP Negeri 1 Pamekasan yang diambil secara acak dengan rumus slovin dari populasi 992 siswa. Skala pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala motivasi siswa yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti dan skala relasi guru-siswa yang mengadaptasi dari Pianta (2001). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara relasi guru dan siswa dengan motivasi berprestasi, hal ini juga berarti semakin tinggi relasi guru dan siswa maka motivasi berprestasi juga akan semakin tinggi. Maka hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan ada hubungan antara dengan motivasi berprestasi diterima. Relasi siswa yang positif dengan guru dapat menjadi motivator yang kuat dan sangat berarti bagi siswa, selain itu relasi positif guru-siswa menyediakan sumber daya tambahan dan bantuan untuk siswa untuk dapat mengatasi hambatan bagi motivasi berprestasi dan keberhasilan akademis siswa disekolah
This research aims to develop agriculture accounting training module in order to increase palm oil farmer financial literacy, in this case farmers in Donomulyo, Malang Regency, Indonesia. The method utilized in model development is Design Based Research using the following progression: problem identification, explanation of goals, design and development of artifacts, artifact testing, evaluation on artifact testing, and communication of artifact testing result. Examination was conducted on 25 palm oil farmers, through individual learning on agriculture accounting training to increase financial literacy. Module effectivity was determined should 50% of community members apply separate accounting records for agriculture and household respectively. Module development result has been validated and revised by economy lesson plan experts, education media experts, and agriculture accounting experts. Module composition consists of Chapter
