Cet article présente les résultats d’une enquête qualitative menée en Italie auprès de livreurs à deux-roues opérant pour des plateformes de livraison de repas, ainsi que d’acteurs de la sphère syndicale. L’attention a été portée sur deux groupes de livreurs : ceux qui adhèrent à une organisation syndicale traditionnelle, la Confederazione Generale Italiana del Lavoro (CGIL, Confédération générale italienne du travail) et ceux qui militent au sein du collectif auto-organisé Riders Union Bologne (RUB). Après une analyse des effets du fonctionnement des plateformes sur la manière dont les travailleurs appréhendent, analyse, voire critiquent leur travail, cet article participe au débat sur le renouveau du syndicalisme en montrant les stratégies déployées sur le plan local par des militants et des syndicalistes italiens.
