Entrepreneurship has been the center of a worldwide phenomenon as it has contributed a lot in the economy. The researcher is trying to acknowledge the interest of Indonesian women to build their own businesses. The aim of this research is to see how entrepreneurial learning could influence Indonesian women to grow interest in doing entrepreneurial activity, with the help of three mediations: attitude toward entrepreneurship, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. The research will use quantitative method and SmartPLS 3.0 to support the statistical data. The respondents are Indonesian women ranging around 17 years old and above who have had the experienced entrepreneurship learning in educational institutions. To show a more accurate result, purposive sampling will be used where it is very objective and selective to help the researcher in providing the justification to make generalizations from the investigated sample from a total of 149 respondents from various regions in Indonesia. The findings on this research are entrepreneurial learning is influencing the entrepreneurial intention of Indonesian women with the help of two mediations, which are attitude toward entrepreneurship and perceived behavioral control. Subjective norms is found has no significant influence on growing the entrepreneurial intention of Indonesian women.
Indonesia sedang mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat untuk industri makanan dan minuman, pertumbuhannya melampaui pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional pada tahun 2018. Pertumbuhan tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, seperti adanya pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia dan meningkatnya daya beli masyarakat. Milkmo merupakan bisnis rintisan yang bergerak dalam bidang makanan dan minuman yang menggunakan bahan dasar berupa susu dengan memberi lelehan cokelat pada produknya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui variabel Promosi, Cita Rasa dan Persepsi Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Penelitian ini menyebarkan sebanyak 67 kuisioner kepada responden yang mayoritas pria dan wanita berusia 15-25 tahun, pembagian kuisioner adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli produk Milkmo. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode simple random sampling, penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Dalam pehitungan uji t dan uji F maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk dan persepsi harga sama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Milkmo. This research purpose is to analyze the development of entrepreneurship intention of the student through entrepreneurship course. The research subjects are the students, the lecturers of Entrepreneurship course and the coordinator of Entrepreneurship Course in Ciputra University. The research uses qualitative descriptive study. This research result shows that the development of entrepreneurship intention of the student through entrepreneurship course in Ciputra University is different between one to another. It depends on the student him/herself. Ciputra University already used and gives the best method to facilitate the students, but students who want to learn more about entrepreneurship is the one that can develop their entrepreneurship intention.
One way to increase the number of entrepreneurs in a country is by providing information and training to the younger generation with the knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship. University is an effective medium to convey it to students through the curriculum and lessons given. There are many universities in Indonesia, especially in Surabaya that offer entrepreneurship based programs to their students, but not necessarily give birth to quality entrepreneurs. Many factors influence the method on how the material is delivered to students, including the model used. This study aims to explore important attributes in entrepreneurship learning model. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Purposive sampling is used to determine the respondents interviewed by using semi-structure interview questions. 10 students of Ciputra University became respondents in this study. As the result, there are 4 important attributes obtained by the author in the learning process of entrepreneurship in college, namely; personal, social, support and organization.
