ACTUACIÓN DE LOS ENFERMEROS DE LA ATENCIÓN BÁSICA ANTE MUJERES EN SITUACIÓN DE VIOLÊNCIAObjetivo: Identificar cómo los enfermeros de la atención básica actúan ante los casos de mujeres en situación de violencia, en un municipio en Pará. Método: Estudio con abordaje cualitativo. Participaron 10 enfermeras de la Estrategia de Salud de la Familia. Recolección por medio de un grupo focal. Se utilizó el análisis de contenido, resultando en cuatro categorías: Silenciada e Invisibilizada; El SIM de la violencia como cuestión de Salud Pública; El desconocido de la notificación; Saliendo de escena.Resultados: El tema de la violencia contra la mujer es complejo y de difícil abordaje en los servicios de salud, requiriendo de los enfermeros mayor interacción y conocimiento sobre el tema, para calificar la terapéutica de los casos. Objetivo: descrever a experiência de enfrentamento e mudança às demandas de enfermeiras atuantes em uma Unidade de Pronto Atendimento 24 horas que se consolidou como unidade de referência para triagem de pacientes acometidos pela CoViD-19. Método: estudo descritivo, na modalidade relato de experiência, sobre a vivência de enfermeiras assistenciais atuantes em uma UPA 24h. Resultados: as enfermeiras desse relato assumiram na UPA um papel de liderança na equipe, a fim de gerenciar continuamente tanto os aspectos técnicos,quanto a gestão de suprimentos, tendo um plano de emergência para garantir o preparo e a segurança da força de trabalho da Enfermagem. Para tanto, foi necessário a essas profissionais se empoderar do conhecimento, de modo que fosse possível realizar treinamentos e capacitações com suas próprias equipes. Conclusão: a experiência relatada mostra que, mesmo em períodos críticos para o sistema de saúde como o determinado pela pandemia da CoViD-19, é possível realizar mudanças e adaptações necessárias ao momento. Além disso, a crise demonstra que as enfermeiras são mais do que trabalhadores da linha de frente, mas também são aqueles que tomam a frente para que as mudanças efetivamente aconteçam.Descritores: Enfermeiras e Enfermeiros; Emergências; Serviços de Saúde; Coronavirus.EXPERIENCES AND AUTONOMY OF NURSES IN AN EMERGENCY CARE UNIT IN PANDEMIC TIMEObjective: to describe the experience of coping and changing the demands of nurses working in a Emergency Care Unit that has consolidated itself as a reference unit for screening patients affected by COVID-19. Method: a descriptive study, in the experience report modality, about the experience of nursing assistants working in a Emergency Care Unit. Results: the nurses in this report assumed a leadership role in the team at the Emergency Care Unit, in order to continuously manage both technical aspects and supply management, with an emergency plan to ensure the preparation and safety of the nursing workforce. Therefore, it was necessary for these professionals to empower themselves with knowledge, so that it was possible to conduct training and qualifications with their own teams. Conclusion: the reported experience shows that, even in critical periods for the health system as determined by the COVID-19 pandemic, it is possible to make changes and adaptations necessary to the moment. In addition, the crisis demonstrates that nurses are more than frontline workers, but they are also the ones who take the lead to make the changes happen.Descriptors: Nurses; Emergencies; Health Services; Coronavirus. EXPERIENCIAS Y AUTONOMÍA DE ENFERMERÍA EN UNA UNIDAD DE ATENCIÓN DE EMERGENCIA EN TIEMPO PANDÉMICOObjetivo: describir la experiencia de enfrentar y cambiar las demandas de las enfermeras que trabajan en una Unidad de Atención de Emergencia que se ha consolidado como una unidad de referencia para la detección de pacientes afectados por COVID-19. Método: un estudio descriptivo, en forma de informe de experiencia, sobre la experiencia de los auxiliares de enfermería que trabajan en una Unidad de Atención de Emergencia. Resultados: las enfermeras en este informe asumieron un papel de liderazgo en el equipo de la Unidad de Atención de Emergencia, con el fin de gestionar continuamente tanto los aspectos técnicos como la gestión de suministros, con un plan de emergencia para garantizar la preparación y la seguridad de la fuerza laboral de enfermería. Por lo tanto, era necesario que estos profesionales se empoderaran con el conocimiento, de modo que fuera posible realizar capacitaciones y calificaciones con sus propios equipos. Conclusión: la experiencia informada muestra que, incluso en períodos críticos para el sistema de salud según lo determinado por la pandemia da COVID-19, es posible realizar los cambios y adaptaciones necesarios en este momento. Objectives: to identify potentialities and weaknesses of the intersectoral network for women in situations of sexual violence, from the perspective of Intervention Bioethics and the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights. Methods: qualitative study conducted with multidisciplinary team members who work in intersectoral care services for women subject to sexual violence. It was held in a municipality in southern Brazil. An intentional sample, totaling 30 professionals. Semi-structured interview was used from January to April 2016. Interviews were analyzed by Thematic Analysis. Results: two categories emerged: potentialities and weaknesses related to the intersectoral network. Potentialities confirm the importance of the articulated intersectoral network; weaknesses such as lack of organized flow and disarticulation of services result in women revictimization and care fragmentation. Final Considerations: it is necessary to articulate services and qualify professionals. The Intervention Bioethics and the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights foster discussions that contribute to how to organize and sustain the intersectoral network.

IntroductionConsidering the limitations that disabled persons experience, our understanding of caring for these people has evolved over time worldwide. Because nursing care is dependent on the choices made by patients, nurses can play an emancipatory role by empowering patients with disabilities to become the primary agent in their rehabilitation. Objective was to conduct a range analysis protocol proposing the mapping of conceptual elements for a nursing care model based on the autonomy of disabled persons.Methods and analysisA protocol was developed in corporating insights from recent innovations and applying the scope review method of Arksey and O’Malley as a reference using their scoping review methodology as a guide. For the construction of research guiding question, the patient, intervention, comparison and outcomes strategy was adapted. Considerable research in online databases (14) from 2000 to 2018 will be integrated by bibliographical research. Proceed a consult in the Annals of the Brazilian Congress of Nursing, Brazilian Nursing Association and Portuguese Rehabilitation Nursing Association, as well as professional Portuguese and Brazilian nursing legislation. The entire reference list of the covered studies searched manually to detect considerable additional studies. In addition to these searches, stakeholders, including nurse experts in the rehabilitation field and disabled persons, will be requested and included.Ethics and disseminationThis study does not require ethical approval because it is a review and collection of data on publicly available materials. The results of this research will be published in a relevant journal on the subject of rehabilitation and presented at international scientific events in the area of rehabilitation nursing. Thus, the elaboration of this protocol further maps the gaps and strengthens the concepts capable of presenting strong evidence which assists and supports safer, smarter and more objective care for those living with permanent daily care obligations.

Objective The study seeks to reflect on rehabilitation nursing care, from the perspective of the Theory of Recognition and the Principle of Hope. State of art Reflection study, based on Axel Honneth’s Theory of Recognition crossed by Ernst Bloch’s Principle of Hope, aiming to elucidate the theoretical and methodological potential of these references for future research in health, nursing and rehabilitation nursing. Rehabilitation nursing care is permeated by theoretical and philosophical influences little described in the literature. The study proposes a way of thinking and exercising care with the perspective of building rehabilitation nursing care, in which the nurse excels in trust, respect and mutual esteem, playing the role of agent of hopeful and realistic expectations. Conclusion The study showed the main characteristics of each philosophical theoretical axis, permeating, separately, the relevant definitions to understand its implications in the concrete reality of living.

O objetivo foi identificar referenciamentos e contrarreferenciamentos realizados pelos enfermeiros da Rede de Atenção à Saúde, descrevendo sua atuação na assistência à pessoa com amputação. Estudo qualitativo, com coleta de dados realizada por entrevista semiestruturada com 21 enfermeiros dos três níveis de atenção à saúde de Florianópolis. A coleta ocorreu nos meses de abril e maio de 2015. Os dados foram organizados com auxílio do software ATLAS.ti 7.5.6. e analisados com base na técnica da Análise Temática. Emergiram duas categorias: Portas de entrada da pessoa com amputação; O enfermeiro na assistência e as implicações de sua atuação no referenciamento e contrarreferenciamento. Identificou-se como portas de entrada mais procuradas Unidades Básicas de Saúde, serviço de Emergência e o Centro Catarinense de Reabilitação. O foco inicial dosenfermeiros é oferecer melhor assistência à pessoa com amputação realizando referência e contrarreferência quando necessário.

IntroductionIn recent years, increasing methodological references have been used in scientific research; these are points of support in the search for evidence, formulation and elaboration of instruments, scales, guideline and protocols. However, significant variability currently exists in scoping review conduct and reporting, thus limiting the potential of the methodology to advance research and practice about skin self-care of people with spinal cord injury (SCI). Our objective was to perform a scoping review protocol within the health rehabilitation context of people with SCI, focusing on skin self-care.Methods and analysisThe protocol was developed by using the scoping review methodological framework proposed by Arksey and O’Malley and further refined by the Joanna Briggs Institute, incorporating insights from more recent innovations in scoping review methodology. Sensitive searches of 13 electronic databases from 2007 to 2017 will be supplemented by grey literature searches. Two reviewers using a tool developed for this scoping review will screen eligible studies.Ethics and disseminationThe scoping review will undertake a secondary analysis of previously collected data and does not require ethical approval; however, the ethical precepts of copyright will be respected. The results will facilitate a better understanding of the practical health rehabilitation context of people with SCI, the impacts of these rehabilitations and how to build an evidence base for this work in the future.

Objective: To identify in the literature the existing studies that discuss the perception of the relationship between hope, spinal cord trauma and nursing care. Methods: This is an integrative literature review, based on existing scientific publications in the main health databases, in English, Portuguese and Spanish, until 2017, totaling 11 studies. Results: The articles were evaluated for their construct quality through specific checklists for each type of study. Hope has emerged as a motivational strategy that drives positive attitudes, while it fosters the creative elaboration of goal-management strategies and enhances hope as a springboard for future possibilities. Conclusion: Although the scarcity of nursing studies that discuss the perception of hope in spinal cord injury, it was observed that it is inherent in the living process of people with this condition.
