"O fracasso jamais o surpreenderá, se sua decisão de vencer for suficientemente forte" (Augustine Mandino) RESUMO Este trabalho tem como objetivo principal a pesquisa de uma técnica para captação de informações via tecido vestível. Os circuitos e softwares de processamento desenvolvidos baseiam-se em um dispositivo lógico programável e possuem total conectividade com a rede de computadores através de protocolos de comunicação Ethernet. Esta facilidade de integração permite que o tecido aqui desenvolvido possa ser utilizado de forma ampla e integrado em dispositivos com foco de Internet das coisas (IOT), que é uma tendência tecnológica no momento. Foram comprovadas também as propriedades capacitivas do conjunto e identificados os valores das capacitâncias variáveis que compõem o mesmo. Outro ponto importante foi a proposta de minimizar a utilização de pinos individuais para excitação das linhas e colunas que formam a matriz de leitura. Isto aproxima o uso deste tecido sensor em aplicações comerciais devido à facilidade de implementação eletrônica. Um outro tópico importante deste trabalho é o estudo da força exercida em relação ao toque. Foi possível demonstrar que a capacitância sofre variação com o toque, e avaliar a sensibilidade do sensor. Resumo O presente artigo discute os limites da teoria jurídica, especialmente a defesa da Fórmula Radbruch feita por Robert Alexy e suas implicações sobre o conceito de Direito. Assim sendo, considerar-se-á como anteparo Antígona, uma tragédia de Sófocles, que tem sido amplamente utilizada em textos jurídicos e pode trazer uma perspectiva diferente na construção da crítica. Primeiramente, a tragédia é analisada em seu contexto, enredo e personagens. Subsequente, o papel do Guarda - um personagem secundário - é discutido considerando-se a Fórmula Radbruch “injustiça extrema não é direito”. Como demonstração da crítica, dados históricos evidenciarão que, em tiranias, nenhuma exclusiva ferramenta teórica é utilizada, mas, sim, diferentes perspectivas jurídicas motivaram a resistência ao longo da história. Finalmente, ao criticar a defesa de Alexy da Fórmula, a posição difícil de resistir à lei injusta é considerada, apresentando-se então uma abordagem acerca do ensino em direitos humanos como perspectiva alternativa aos parâmetros formais da visão de Alexy.
Este artigo parte de uma análise crítica da educação jurídica brasileira, voltada para a linguagem oficial e pouco reflexiva. Tentativas de inovação, portanto, merecem ser pesquisadas. A disciplina “Instituições de Direito”, da UFJF, com métodos pedagógicos inovadores, incluindo filmes e plataforma online, foi o foco da pesquisa. Utilizando o conceito de “cultivo da humanidade” de Martha Nussbaum, realizou-se uma pesquisa empírico-qualitativa dos filmes trabalhados em aula e textos produzidos pelos estudantes, a fim de verificar se aquele método desenvolvia as capacidades elencadas por Nussbaum. A análise qualitativa indica que as inovações tem se mostrado eficazes ao desenvolver essas capacidades.
