Purpose The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of identity strength and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on good university governance and its impact on performance of religious ideology-based universities. Design/methodology/approach The design of this study was an explanatory design. This study had a deductive theoretical direction; therefore, the core method was quantitative. The “import” strategy served as a complement to the main method. With the time horizon, the selection of research objects in religious ideology-based universities managed by foundations, where the funds management of universities are sourced from the people, is based on the consideration that at present, the identity strength that is inherent in a higher education is funded by the people, as well as OCB is reflected in the behavior of people in the organization so that it has an impact on good university governance and performance, as described in the background at the beginning of this paper. Findings The successful the OCB is, the successful the good university governance and performance will be. The successful the good university governance is, the successful the university performance will be. In the mediation effect testing, it was found that good university governance had a significant mediation effect on relationship between OCB and university performance. It shows that good university governance strengthens the relationship between OCB and university performance. Originality/value Originality in this study is testing the mediating effect of good university governance that collaborates with OCB and performance variables, which are carried out at religious ideology-based universities in Indonesia that have different characteristics from universities in other regions. Originality in this study is as follows: good university governance and performance have been studied in a lot of previous research, but in this study, the focus of research is on religious ideology-based higher educations, where it is known that religious ideology-based universities are full with ideological values that become brands, if ideological identity used as one of the formers of good university governance and performance, it is expected that the accountability and performance of higher education will be better.
Abstraks Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis serta identifikasi berbagai masalah kebutuhan infomasi Perguruan Tinggi (PT), terutama pada bagian layanan kemahasiswaan, bagian layanan keuangan, serta layanan akademis pada PT. Metodologi Analisa yang digunakan dalam penulisan karya ilmiah (penelitian) ini yaitu metode pengumpulan data, metode analisis dan perancangan sistem. Hasil yang dicapai adalah sistem informasi (SI) menjadi terintegrasi yang mampu mengefektifkan dan efisienkan pada bagian layanan mahasiswa, layanan keuangan dan layanan akademis serta menjadikan proses bisnis tersebut berlangsung secara efektif dan efisien. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya masalah-masalah yang dihadapi pada bagian-bagian inti PT, yakni bagian layanan keuangan, bagian layanan mahasiswa, serta bagian layanan akademis dimana akan mampu mengganggu proses bisnis yang ada, serta solusi yang dihadirkan dengan adanya sistem yang dapat terintegrasi pada bagian-bagian tersebut. Kata kunci: Informasi, Integrasi, PT, Akademis, dan Proses Bisnis Abstraction This study aims to analyze and identify the various problems of university information needs (PT), especially in the student services section, financial services, and academic services at PT. Methodology The analysis used in writing scientific work (research) is the method of data collection, method analysis and system design. The results achieved are integrated information systems (SI) that are able to streamline and streamline student services, financial services and academic services and make the business process effective and efficient. The conclusion of this study is that there are problems faced in the core parts of PT, namely the financial services department, student services section, and academic services section where it will be able to disrupt existing business processes, and solutions that are presented with a system that can be integrated in these parts. The design of expert systems for diagnosis of kidney disease is to build an expert system to diagnose kidney disease that provides information on diseases of the kidney through diagnosis of symptoms felt by sufferers with Web-based programming. Currently, if people want to diagnose with doctors to hospital or other health centers and have to wait their turn or queue to consult with doctors, to facilitate the consultation process needs a system that allows people to consult quickly, precisely and accurately. In designing this system using PHP and mysql programming language. The type of data collection obtained from the place of research, interviews with an expert, books and other literature. The method used in system development is Extreme Programming method which consists of Planning, Design, Coding, Test and Release. And the results of this design is to produce a system that provides information about kidney disease and help diagnose the disease through symptoms experienced.
Sistem informasi Peraturan Daerah Kota Pagar Alam berbasis web sudah diterapkan oleh beberapa. Daerah diIndonesia. Namun permasalahanny aadalah untuk Kota Pagar Alam belum ada system yang dibangun sebagai sarana penyebar luasan produk hokum sehingga informasi tentang Peraturan Daerah Kota Pagar Alam belum maksimal. Ketidak tahuan aparatur terutama masyarakat membuat kurang tegaknya peraturan yang ada. Keterbatasan Pemerintah dalam mensosialisasikan Peraturan Daerah Kota Pagar Alam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan sistem, yaitu eksperimen untuk merancang system informasi Peraturan Daerah Kota Pagar Alam berbasis web yang dapat diakses melalui webbrowser. Sistem informasi Peraturan Daerah Kota Pagar Alam ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, tag HTML, dan Photoshop, serta memanfaatkan database MySQL sebagai database server.
Information technology (IT) applications in organizations are very important to do this to support the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's business processes. IT assets are the most important component in the company's business processes (organization) today, which has a high vulnerability to the risks that occur. non-functioning of IT assets because threats (risks) can systematically disrupt performance. The technical implementation unit (UPT) at STT Pagar Alam is responsible for managing IT assets. IT assets that are the object of this research include hardware consisting of monitors, CPUs, projectors, stavolt, printers and laptops with a considerable quantity. departing from the management's needs when identifying risk factors that need to be given maintenance priority and the type of IT assets to identify and measure IT assets using the Quantitative risk analysis (QRA) method so that known aspects and factors need special attention effectively and efficiently. This study produced recommendations on the type of IT assets in the form of CPUs and the types of power loss risk factors that require priority for further control measures.
