The process of distributing products and services has changed significantly in recent years, consumers are now using online means and are increasingly looking for online channels to research and buy the products or services they need, this condition has sparked the birth of the Jasa Titip (Jastip) business phenomenon which is becoming known to the public. Indonesia since 2014 until now. Jastip Japan is one of the most popular, seen from the unique, value for money, high tech, and high quality goods that make Japan a paradise for entrusted service businessmen. Delivery services in Japan are also mushrooming, as can be seen from the many availability of delivery services in Japan. However, the Covid-19 pandemic which has not subsided has made the lives of Indonesian citizens in Japan even worse, and some Indonesian citizens have even been locked up or laid off. Jastip business people are usually hampered by the lack of knowledge about digital marketing, so it is necessary to carry out digital marketing training by utilizing the internet and social media in developing a Jastip business. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase competence and/or assistance needed, especially in the field of digital marketing to optimize Jastip business for PMIs in Japan.
The present study seeks to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial motivation and family environment onentrepreneurial attitude of the students of UPI Bandung class of 2015. This study utilizes a verificative approach with survey explanatory method. The study involves 160 female bachelor degree students from class 2015 of UPI Bandung. The analysis technique used in this study is verificative techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings in this study indicate that entrepreneurial motivation strongly influences entrepreneurial attitudes, the family environment is strong enough to influence entrepreneurial attitudes, and the stronger the entepreneurial motivation and a good family environment, the higher the entrepreneurial attitude
The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of social work environment on productivity, the influence of job satisfaction on productivity, and the influence of social work environment and job satisfaction on productivity. The object used as analysis unit on this research is employees of electricity entreprise. The type of study is using verificative with the method is using an explanatory survey of 87 respondents. It was found that the influence of the social work environment to productivity are included in the category are very strong. Job satisfaction is very strong against the influential employee productivity. Social work environment and job satisfaction influence on productivity is very strong. The results also show that social work environment conducive conditions will increase employee productivity. The level of job satisfaction is high, then an electric company employee productivity will increase. In addition, if environmental conditions are conducive to social work and job satisfaction is high, then the employee productivity will increase.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja sosial terhadap produktivitas, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivita dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja sosial dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas. Objek yang menjadi unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan listrik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah verifikatif dengan metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan jumlah sampel 87 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengaruh lingkungan kerja sosial terhadap produktivitas termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh sangat kuat terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Lingkungan kerja sosial dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas sangat kuat. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan jika kondisi lingkungan kerja sosial kondusif, maka akan meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Tingkat kepuasan kerja tinggi, maka produktivitas karyawan perusahaan listrik akan meningkat. Selain itu jika kondisi lingkungan kerja sosial kondusif dan kepuasan kerja tinggi, maka produktivitas karyawan akan meningkat.Kata Kunci: kepuasan kerja; lingkungan kerja sosial, produktivitas.
The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of e-service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty in member of online retail Alfacart in Jawa Barat. A total of 200 respondents were using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analisis technique used is a verification technique using of structure equation model (SEM). The research shows that e-service quality and perceived value has an influence on customer loyalty. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian merek terhadap minat beli pada pelanggan online retail Alfacart di Jawa Barat. Sebanyak 200 responden menggunakan probability sampling. Kuesioner digunakan instrumen penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik verifikasi dengan menggunakan model persamaan struktural (SEM). Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-service quality dan perceived value memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat pembelian.
