Objective - to know the description of entrepreneurial skills to business success.The design / methodology / approach - this study was conducted over a period of less than one year, the research design used was cross sectional method. This research uses verifikatif approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 34 respondents as samples using saturated samples. Questionnaire research is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents and data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression.Findings - Entrepreneurial skills have a significant effect on business success.Originality - differences are found in independent variables, research objects and methods, population and sample research, research periods, measurement tools and research results, as well as sources of foreign theories and journals and books.
ABSTRAKAri Irawan (0900931), Pengaruh Keterampilan Wirausaha terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha (Studi Kasus pada Distro Anggota Kreative Independent Clothing Kommunity di Kota Bandung) dibawah bimbingan Dr. H. Hari Mulyadi, M. Si. Laba dan produktivitas usaha yang dilakukan pengusaha distro anggota Kreative Independent Clothing Kommunity mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2010-2013. Permasalahan yang lain adalah semakin tingginya persaingan dalam industri fashion do Kota Bandung selain bersaing dengan sesama distro (Distribution Store) ada Factory Outlet (FO) dan Butik. Serta lemahnya Citra perusahaan dilihat dari merk. Para konsumen lebih percaya pada distro yang sudah lama berdiri dibandingkan distro yang baru berdiri.
PT. Adetex merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di industri tekstil yang berlokasi di daerah Banjaran Kabupaten Bandung. Untuk menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat, perusahaan ini dihadapkan pada kondisi pentingnya untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kinerja pegawai yang baik akan menghasilkan kinerja perusahaan yang baik pula sehingga memudahkan perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuannya. Kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya motivasi, disiplin, kepemimpinan, suasana kerja, kompetensi, dan lain sebagainya. Namun demikian, penelitian ini secara terfokus akan membahas mengenai motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja karyawan pada Departemen Weaving PT. Adetex Cabang Banjaran Kab. Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja karyawan; Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Departemen Weaving PT. Adetex Cabang Banjaran Kab. Bandung. Berdasarkan variabel yang diteliti maka jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Jangka waktu penelitian bersifat cross sectional method. Populasi penelitian ini ialah karyawan Departemen Weaving PT. Adetex Cabang Banjaran yang berjumlah 289 orang. Berdasarkan teknik penarikan sampel secara probability sampling dan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin diperoleh sampel sebesar 75 sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, penyebaran kuesioner dan studi literatur. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan path analysis dengan bantuan software komputer SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, diperoleh hasil bahwa motivasi kerja karyawan berkategori tinggi; Disiplin kerja karyawan berkategori tinggi; Kinerja karyawan pada Departemen Weaving PT. Adetex Cabang Banjaran Kab. Bandung berkategori tinggi; terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan kuat dari motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan kuat dari disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan kuat dari motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Departemen Weaving PT. Adetex Cabang Banjaran Kab. Bandung
This study examines the effect of innovation on the competitiveness of the handicraft sector creative industries in Indonesia. The number of samples was taken as many as 205 SMEs spread in West Java in a proportional random manner. The technique of data collection is done by the questionnaire directly to the respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is a structural equation model (SEM) approach. The use of SEM allows researchers to test the validity and reliability of research instruments, confirming the accuracy of the model while testing the effect of innovation variables on competitiveness variables. The statistical tool used in this study is AMOS version 23. The findings reveal that innovation has a significant positive effect on the competitiveness of SMEs. This study shows thatinnovation is an important factor that can increase competitiveness. Companies that are able to innovate appropriately will be able to compete with other companies.
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tren publikasi Teaching Factory In Vocatioanl Highschool tentang jumlah artikel, jumlah penulis, jumlah dan jumlah lembaga yang produktif dalam mempublikasi artikel mengenai Teaching Factory Di SMK. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis Bibliometrik. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui penelusuran database Scopus dengan kata kunci Teaching factory Di SMK dengan kategori Judul artikel, Abstrak, Kata kunci sebanyak 164 dokumen, selama periode 1963-2021. Hasil Kajian menunjukkan bahwa publikasi tertinggi berada pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 23 dokumen; sumber yang paling relevan adalah Journal Of Physics Conference Series; penulis yang paling banyak disitasi yaitu Ana, A;dan dua yang paling relevan adalah Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Hasil evaluasi bahwa dimasa yang akan datang penelitian Taching Factory akan fokus pada kajian teaching factory di SMK, SMK, dan SMA. Orsinalitas kajian ini merupakan kajian pertama yang mengulas dan membahas studi yang membahas tentang Teaching Factory Di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Indonesia dengan menggunakan analisis bibliometrik, yang digunakan data dari tahun ke tahun melalui VosViewer.
This study was conducted to determine whether there are significant socio-economic status of parents towards entrepreneurial attitudes. Data collected through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The population in this study there was a class X student of marketing. Sampling on research using saturation sampling 71 respondents. Testing data in this study tested the validity, reliability test, linearity test and hypothesis testing. The method used is descriptive verification. Analysis data technique used is Partial Least Square with computer software tools SmartPLS 3.0. Based on this overall research result, the counting that gained from simple regression conclude that socio-economic status of parents have a positive impact with strong category towards entrepreneurial attitudes. The increasing number of unemployed in Vocational High School graduates into employment is a big issues in Indonesia. Entrepreneurship education is carried out as a solution that aims to develop students to have an entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial intentions. Student's Adversity Quotient is expected to assist in obtaining high achievement and success for entrepreneurial activities. This study aims to obtain findings regarding how much the influence of Adversity Quotient on learning achievement as well as their impact on entrepreneurial intentions for Vocational Senior High School student in Bandung. This type of research is descriptive and verificative, and the method used is explanatory survey with random sampling technique of 214 respondents. Data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression with SPSS 20.0 for Windows. Results obtained in the study stated that there is positive but not significant between the Adversity Quotient of learning achievement and influence given to the intention of entrepreneurship learning achievement. Adversity Quotient overall effect on learning achievement impact on entrepreneurial intentions are not significant.
This study aims to (1) know the description of entrepreneurship learning, (2) find out the description of entrepreneurship motivation, (3) find out the effect of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurship motivation in class XI Bandung N 9 pastry majors in Bandung and (4) the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and motivation entrepreneurship for grade XI students majoring in SMK N 9 Bandung pastry. The object that becomes the unit of analysis in this study is the class XI students majoring in pastry at SMK N 9 Bandung .. The type of research used is descriptive, verification. The method used is explanatory survey with a sample technique that is a saturated sample technique with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with SPSS 24.0 for Windows computer software tools. The findings in this study indicate that the picture of entrepreneurial learning in a good category, a picture of entrepreneurial motivation in a good category, motivation for entrepreneurship is positively influenced by entrepreneurial learning, and there is an active relationship or correlation between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial motivation. Based on the results of this study it is recommended as a basis for conducting other studies regarding entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial motivation with different indicators and objects
