Abstract-The low productivity of services in the village has been more due to the weakness of human resources in the field of management, organizations are less professional, the mastery of technology and marketing is weak, and the low quality of the entrepreneurship of the micro business. Problems developing village-owned enterprises also became more complicated because most micro businesses less facilitated by access to capital, information, market, technology and the factors supporting other businesses. Therefore, it is required in the form of affirmative action policies or affirmative action, namely that the government and local governments must develop this village-owned enterprises. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of the policy on the management of villageowned enterprises, human resource managers, and the participation of private sector and government in the capital and mentoring as well as how much benefit to the welfare of rural communities.The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative method, the sampling technique using stratified random sampling and the number of population in this study amounted to 150 people. The conclusion from this study that the implementation of management policies village-owned enterprises, private sector and government participation in the capital as well as assistance and significant effect on the performance village-owned enterprises in order to improve the welfare of rural communities.
Abstract. Until now, production of salt in Indonesia is done by salt farmers and PT. Garam Indonesia as the only state company that produces salt. As the perpetrators of production which contribute greatly to the national salt production, salt farmer is considered not prosperous. In general, they depend on marine and coastal resources, use requires large investment and rely heavily on season. Climate and weather conditions that are often hostile, the price mechanism and the salt market tend to be contrast to the condition of farmers, this is what makes salt business is risky. The goals of this research are: 1. Improving the Welfare of salt farmers through a focused and effective empowerment. 2. Improving government'spolicies on salt. To conclude, Empowerment of salt farmers in Indonesia should be focused and effective, salt governance and policy revisions significantly affect the welfare of salt farmers.
The main objective of this research is to determine teacher competency requirements that support appropriate learning methods and be able to increase students' high learning desires and establish good learning facilities to determine the achievement of quality graduates and love knowledge. This study is expected to investigate how competencies, learning methods and ideal learning infrastructure can be used to improve students' understanding and comfort of teaching and learning processes that support intellectual quality and love knowledge. This notion arose after discovering that teaching practices for the affective domain were ineffective. Students learn to pass examinations, not to love knowledge. Experiments are conducted for 1 (one) year or 2 semesters, in January - December 2019, to determine the impact of learning experiences on students' academic achievement. The research sample consisted of 10 English teachers and 20 students from the Vocational High School. The students are divided into two groups; the control group (10 students) and the experimental group (10 students). Both groups were taught the same topic and learning objectives for 2 hour. However, the control group was taught using lecture slides, group discussions and closed with a question and answer session. Meanwhile, the experimental group is taught using new instructional instruments that adapt learning experiences that are appropriate to the curriculum. During the teaching session, the teacher observes student participation in all their activities and behavior during the lesson session. To complete this study, tests are conducted to see the impact of the learning experience on students' academic achievement.
This study aims to analyze the effect of Competence, and Compensation to Lecture performance. This research was conducted at the Nakhdatul Ulama University Cirebon. The samples in this study were all employees, amounting to as much as 50 respondents. This study is a quantitative research and analysis methods of data using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Competence, and Compensation significantly influence Lecture performance. In significantly affect the performance of Lecture while variable Competence and Compensation significantly affect the performance of lecturers at a significance level of less than 0.05 or 5%.
