Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk megetahui peningkatan keaktifan belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dengan menerapkan strategi belajar Giving Question And Getting Answer (GQGA). Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan tiga siklus tindakan yang merujuk model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Subyek penelitian ini peserta didik kelas IV MIN 2 Bandar Lampung TA. 2018/2019 sebayak 30 peseta didik. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan test. Analisis penelitian ini, menggunkan pendekatan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukan strategi GQGA dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar peserta didik dilihat tiga aspek: kerjasama, mengemukakan pendapat, dan pemecahan masalah menunjukan rata-rata siklus I sebesar 71,71%, siklus II rata-rata terjadi peningkatan sebesar 82,18%, dan pada siklus III juga mengalami peningkatan sebesar 88,07% dari standar capain sebesar 80%. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa strategi GQGA dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik pada pemebelajaran IPA tema ”peduli lingkungan, berbagai pekerjaan, dan pahlawanku“.
Education is the main factor that needs to be improved in quality and simple parameters can be seen from the learning outcomes of students. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant effect on the use of Multimedia Animated Type Numbered Head Together (NHT) Learning Model towards the improvement of students' learning outcomes in Class IV MIN 11 Bandar Lampung. This type of research uses Quasi Exsperiment with data collection techniques in the form of intensive observation, in-depth interviews, testing with tests, and analysis of school documentation. The next data analysis was tested using the t test, with previous assumptions of normality and homogeneity tests fulfilled. The calculation results show that tcount = 5.621 is greater than ttable = 2.002, therefore the conclusion of this study can be drawn that there is a very significant effect on the use of Numbered Head Together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model assisted by multimedia animation for improving students' learning outcomes in class IV MIN 11 Bandar Lampung.
Workplace Deviant Behavior has a negative impact on the accomplishment of organizational goals, creates social and economic losses, as well as interferes with a person's safety at work. This study aimed to determine whether Islamic personality and workplace spirituality had any direct effects on work-deviant behavior. Workplace spirituality was also put to the test as a mediator at the same time. Islamic personality was assessed using the Ummatic Personality Inventory (UPI), workplace spirituality was assessed using the Spirituality of Work Scale (SWS), and workplace deviant behavior was assessed using the Workplace Deviant Behavior Inventory (WDB). Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) were used to analyze data from N = 311 healthcare professionals working in an Islamic hospital in Palembang, South Sumatera, Indonesia. Workplace spirituality, according to the study's findings, acted as a mediator between Islamic personality and deviant behavior at work, having a negative indirect influence. In conclusion, workplace spirituality and Islamic personality were the most significant influences on deviant behavior. In addition, coaching programs to improve collaboration and group cohesiveness among healthcare professionals should be implemented, as well as corrective teamwork training, to guarantee high productivity.

Improving the quality of Islamic schools in the midst of advances in industrial technology 4.0 is an obligation in education world. This research aimed to explore comprehensive information in order to describe the trends and Islamic elementary schools’ strategies in making changes through capital theory approach for quality improvement in a new perspective in the globalization era. The capital theories aspects are: intellectual, social, spiritual, and financial as an analytical framework to find out how schools are transformed. Three Islamic elementary schools with type of A, B and C criteria have been involved. A qualitative approach has been used and the findings are described according to Milles and Haberman's clausal network model. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The research found that the strategy used by each Islamic elementary school in improving quality were different and strongly influenced by the leader in developing and utilizing the capital existence according to the situation. It can be seen that there is a dominance of one capital aspect that is used to facilitate the other. This presentation is based on the perspective of capital theory in the Indonesian context. In the future, it can be used as a basis for conducting further research in carrying out school transformation more broadly.
