It is not easy to build understanding of poverty because it involves various dimensions. Understanding poverty is very diverse, ranging from the inability to meet basic consumption needs and improve conditions to a broader understanding that includes social and moral components.
This research focuses on the Implementation of Regional Spatial Planning Policy in Fulfillment of Green Open Space in South Tangerang City. The aim of the research is to find out how the Implementation of Regional Spatial Planning Policy in Creating Green Open Space in South Tangerang City. The theory of policy implementation from Van Metter and Van Horn, namely policy standards and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing organizations, inter-organizational communication, dispositions or attitudes of implementers and the social, political and economic environment. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the research show that (1) the standards and policy objectives are not optima, (2) the resources are quite optimal, (3) the characteristics of the organization implementing the green open space policy are less than optimal, (4) the communication of implementing organizations is good, (5) the disposition or attitude of the executors is still not optimal, (6) the social, political and economic environment of green open space policies is less than optimal marked by the lack of support from the political elite for regional spatial planning policies in fulfilling green open spaces in South Tangerang City.
Preface E-government becomes strategically importance and interesting in Indonesian public service deliveries. As many Indonesian use smart phones. However, e-government and egovernance in Indonesia are still need to be improved. Meta data as the fourth stage of egovernment is far way to go. Most of Indonesian e-government is still in the first stage, namely information stage.E-governance is the decisions are need to be made and implement well in e-government 's implementation. E-governance needs strategic thinking in processing and implement it.There is still lack of coordination in Indonesian e-governance. Indonesian E-government and Its IT-Governance for Enhancing Public Service DeliveriesAt present, e-government implementation in Indonesia is focused on improving public services by electronic means. The aims are to reduce costs and improve transparency, but the most important aim is to make public service accessible for all citizens (theJakartapost.com, 2003). E-government aims to make the life of the people easier, fairer, more productive, and less costly. In Indonesia's case, it aims also to eliminate malpractice by government officials.The improvement of ICT Infrastructure, enforcement of law and regulations, provision of leadership that has good commitment to e-government implementation, development of human resources with ICT literacy, and willingness to share information among bureaucrats will enhance e-government implementation in Indonesia. Moreover, a correct IT Governance archetype in every level of government and central government-due to decentralization system and remote islands country-will also enhance e-government implementation in Indonesia. In turn, these factors will enhance e-government effectiveness in Indonesia and the government's capacity to serve its citizens.
Abstract-To achieve its objectives, the success of the local government as a nonprofit organization, is determined by the success of the leader. In the case of City of Cimahi, leader success in achieving its objectives, reflected in the type of transformational leadership that is able to influence and mobilize subordinates through idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration in achieving the objectives of the organization.
E-administration in Indonesia has an important role in public service deliveries. It is more efficient, effective, transparent and accountable by using e-administration. However, lack of infrastructure, leaders commitment in an integrated way in all areas in Indonesia, human resource eliteracy and bureaucratic and working culture are still occurred in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative method and descriptive analysis approach. Data and information are from literature review and interview some informants. By using theory u that consists of sensing, presencing, and co creating then eadministration implementation in Indonesia can be improved.
Indonesia is coping Covid-19 pandemic since the beginning of March 2020. Many policies and strategies that have already been conducted by the government to resolve and prevent this outbreak. The use of technology information in administration (e-administration) is very important during this outbreak. 55℅ people at Java Island use the internet and their gadget to gain information about its disease and how to cope and cure it, while people in Sumatra Island uses 23℅ of internet and their gadget to communicate and share information and even doing business, work from home, school from home and public service deliveries activities. The rest is separated into other islands in Indonesia. Policies in social distancing, restricted areas to be attended to, e-learning, and free Wi-Fi/free internet for the public need creating more new collaborations in multi helix situations. Therefore, there is a need for an e-administration multi helix policy model that is used in an integrated way to prevent this outbreak curve increase now. And even use this model for future similar disasters or pandemic. This research uses qualitative method and descriptive analysis approach. Furthermore, this research uses library research and deep interviews to gain data and information. This research argues that autonomous e-administration and multi helix policy models can resolve and prevent obstacles in coping with this pandemic Covid-19. Autonomous e-administration such as using what is up and any social media that is based on multi helix factors, good policy implementation and collaboration can be an integrated model for decreasing the pandemic curve significantly.
The number of problems that have occurred that accompany the occurrence of the disaster of the spread of covid 19 or corona, which is a pandemic disaster in Indonesia, shows the need for a breakthrough model using the strength of the knots of society that are already owned in the culture of the Indonesian nation and the smallest government structure in Indonesia such as Rukun Tetangga or Rukun Warga, as well as communities that are concerned about disasters or humanity in Indonesia. In development administration science, there is a concept, namely participatory development-autonomous participation, which can be used in disaster management in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis method with data collection techniques library research due to ongoing government policies lock down and social distancing as well as physical distancing. This study argues that the use of information technology based on Community Capacity Building Online can tackle disasters in Indonesia based on the aspects of efficiency, effectiveness, transparency and accountability.
