Transformational Leadership in Nonprofit Organization

Abstract: Abstract-To achieve its objectives, the success of the local government as a nonprofit organization, is determined by the success of the leader. In the case of City of Cimahi, leader success in achieving its objectives, reflected in the type of transformational leadership that is able to influence and mobilize subordinates through idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration in achieving the objectives of the organization.
