Small and Medium sized enterprises are recognized as national safety net during crisis era in this nation. Gangsar is a small-sized enterprise and recognized as songkok home industry in Lamongan City. Maintaining sustainable quality is known as both challenge and weakness in order to sustain its business. The research purpose is to identify defect and analyze it in order to improve product quality. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis and Fault Tree Analysis were used as research method. This research begun with mapping flow production process in order to identified defect product. Once defect product was recognized, the next stage was calculating risk priority number. Mapping fault tree was the next stage to detect failure mode. The results showed three defects identified namely trimmed with Risk Priority Number144, disorderly sewing process with RPN 126 and non-precision cutting fabric with RPN 86. These defects have been analyzed using FTA and it was found factors such as human errors, no-good material, and broken sewing machines need to be eliminated. Improving work facilities and regular training as well as working supervision are considered as better scenario in order to sustaining product quality.
Kualitas manusia merupakan paduan yang serasi selaras dan seimbang antara fisik, mental (rohani) dan sosial. Salah satu determinan kualitas manusia adalah terpenuhinya kebutuhan gizi yang diperoleh melalui konsumsi pangan yang mengandung zat gizi yang dibutuhkan manusia. Zat gizi mempunyai dimensi penting dalam pembangunan terutama peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan emotional bonding terhadap status gizi pada Anak Balita Di Kelurahan Bontorannu Kecamatan Mariso Kota Makassar. Jenis Peneltian adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan crosektional study, dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Bontorannu Kecamatan Mariso Kota Makassar, Pemilihan tempat dan sampel dilakukan secara non random sampling :purposive sampling” yakni keluarga Kelurahan Bontorannu yang memiliki anak Balita sebanyak 150 sampel. Hasil penelitian menujukkan status gizi kurang balita sebanyak 90 balita (60%), sedangkan status gizi balita yang cukup 60 balita (40%), ada hubungan riwayat pola menyusui terhadap status gizi dimana p=0,000 < α=0,05 dengan jumlah balita dengan riwayat pola menyusui kurang 66.7% dan cukup sebanyak 33.3%. Usia penyapihan balita dengan kedaan kurang sebanyak 75 (83.3%), sedangkan yang cukup sebanyak 15 (16.7%).dari hasil uji statistik ada hubungan usia penyapihan dengan status gizi balita. Untuk emotional bonding tidak aman sebanyak 36 anak balita (17.3%) dan yang aman sebanyak 114 anak balita (82.7%). Dari hasil uji statistik di peroleh ada hubungan emotional bonding terhadap status gizi balita dimana p=0,000 < α=0,05. Kehangatan yang muncul dari pemberian ASI dalaam pola menyusui membantu mendorong dan memperkuat ikatan batin antara seorang ibu dan bayinya. Inilah cara alamiah untuk memberi makanan kepada bayi sehingga meningkatkan status gizi anak dan memberikan kedekatan emotional yang sangat kuat.

Thus, the researcher wants to know about the employee gathering program conducted by PT Kurnia Mitra Selaras in establishing good employee relations with the theme "Unite Hearts in harmony with Goals". The method used is descriptive qualitative. And the results of the research stated that the employee gathering program "Unite Hearts in harmony with the Goals" in establishing employee relations held on Saturday - Sunday, 3-4 February 2018 at Villa Teratai, Lembang, Bandung can run successfully where the program is in accordance with the event rundown participants felt happy to have a good effect on employee relations where the length of time they rarely communicate among fellow employees because of their respective work activities. Kekurangan gizi pada siswa di sekolah akan mengakibatkan mereka menjadi mudah lemah dan lelah sehingga kesulitan dalam mengikuti serta memahami proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku mengkonsumsi makanan jajanan kantin sekolah dengan status gizi siswa SD Inpres Moutong Tengah. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study dimanan data menyangkut data variabel independen dan variabel devenden dikumpulkan dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini diambil pada kelas V dan VI sebanyak 75 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh dimana jumlah sampel merupakan jumlah keseluruhan dari populasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna pengetahuan dengan status gizi dengan nilai p-value = 0.043 < 0.05, ada hubungan bermaknan sikap dengan status gizi dengan nilai p value = 0.030 < 0.05 dan ada hubungan bermakna tindakan dengan status gizi dengan nilai p-value = 0.045 < 0.05 siswa kelas V dan VI SD Inpres Moutong Tengah. Penelitian ini menyarankan kepada pihak sekolah untuk terus bekerjasama dengan petugas kesehatan khususnya petugas gizi di Puskesmas agar supaya memanfaatkan kembali Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) sebagai wadah meningkatkan kemampuan hidup sehat siswa untuk selanjutnya membentuk perilaku hidup sehat khususnya dalam mengajarkan siswa dalam memilih dan mengkonsumsi makanan jajajan beranekaragam yang kaya akan zat-zat gizi yang disediakan di kantin sekolah dalam rangka mencapai keadaan kesehatan anak sebaik-baiknya dan sekaligus meningkatkan prestasi belajar anak sekolah setinggi-tingginya dengan status gizi yang baik pada siswa di SD Inpres Moutong Tengah.
One of the nutritional problems in pregnant women, namely chronic energy deficiency. The lack of regular energy is the condition of pregnant women who suffer from the lack of long-lasting food (chronic) with various health disorders. Pregnant women should be pregnant to fulfill nutritional intake not to occur chronic energy deficiency (this study's purpose is the relationship between knowledge and dietary habit with chronic energy deficiency incidence in pregnant women in the Talise Public Health Center. The type of analytical research surveys using a cross-sectional approach. This research has been implemented in the puuskesmas Talise city in Palu from June until Juli 2020. The results showed that of the two independent variables, they were not related to chronic energy deficiency. The results of statistical tests for knowledge P-value = 0.775, dietary pattern P-value = 0.463. In this study, conclusions are expected to provide healthcare workers with more attention to the healthy food consumption fan that healthy during pregnancy and conduct self-examination to prevent pregnant women at risk of a shortage of chronic energy deficiency. It is recommended that mothers keep looking for information about mothers' nutritional value during pregnancy and consume food and beverages that are of adequate nutritional needs during the inevitable hamilager of less chronic energy during pregnancy.
This research was conducted from November 2018 until January 2019 which was held at the UPTD Conservation and Supervision of Marine Resources and Fisheries in West Sumatera, Pariaman City. The aim of the research is to know hatchling hawksbill sea turtle eggs based on nest depth. The method used in this study is a nonfactorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 3 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments used were treatment A (with a depth of 30 cm incubation nest), treatment B (with a depth of incubation nest 40 cm), and Treatment C (with a depth of incubation nest 50 cm). The results of this study showed that hatching hawksbill eggs hatched very significantly, the best hatching percentage was in treatment A (30cm) with 78% hatching at 6:00 a.m. with hatching temperature range of 24-28oC, hatching pH of 6,6-6,8 and medium sized incubation sand with a size of 0.150 mm with a weight reaching 461 grams.Keywords: Hatching percentage, Hawksbill turtle, pH, Temperature
Bunga kubis merah (Brassica oleracea L.) mengandung senyawa antioksidan dengan potensi aktivitas yang kuat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sediaan gel antioksidan dengan menggunakan HPMC sebagai basis gel yang mengandung ekstrak etanol bunga kubis merah dengan konsentrasi (% b/b) untuk F1, F2 dan F3 adalah 5%, 7,5% dan 10%, yang kemudian dievaluasi dan diuji aktivitas antioksidannya. Pengujian aktivitas antioksidan dilakukan dengan metode penentuan IC 50 menggunakan pereaksi DPPH (Difenil-2-pikrilhidrazil). Dari penelitian diperoleh nilai IC 50 untuk ekstrak etanol bunga kubis merah dan Vitamin C sebagai senyawa pembanding adalah 47,10 ppm dan 6,30 ppm. Aktivitas antioksidan ekstrak etanol bunga kubis merah dalam sediaan gel pada masing-masing formulasi memiliki nilai IC 50 sebesar 80,15 ppm (F1),59,71 ppm (F2), dan 57,48 ppm (F3). Evaluasi sediaan gel meliputi pengamatan homogenitas, organoleptik, viskositas dan pH. Hasil uji sifat fisik sediaan gel menunjukkan bahwa semua sediaan gel homogen, memiliki pH antara 5,30-5,70 yang sesuai dengan pH kulit, dengan nilai viskositas 3000-3700 cps, dan memiliki daya sebar ≤ 7 cm. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak etanol bunga kubis merah dapat diformulasikan dalam sediaan gel antioksidan dengan konsentrasi terbaik adalah 10%.
This research aimed to examine the microbial contamination at horse meat from traditional slaughterhouses in Jeneponto Regency to determine the quality of safe meat for human consumption. The study was conducted with a non-experimental design and observations using survey methods. Ten slaughterhouses were selected with the purposive sampling method, where meat samples were obtained and then analyzed with the total plate count method. The result showed that all samples from 10 horse slaughterhouses have more than 1x106 CFU/gram, which did not meet the SNI requirements, presumed that the meat from horse slaughterhouses was not categorized as safe for consumption. This result indicated that horse slaughterhouses in this research need sanitation and design improvement, along with good slaughtering practices.
