ABSTRAK This research aims to improve students' skills in speaking. Researchers apply a communicative approach through classroom action research. Based on the results of research, learning Indonesian with the application of communicative approach showed an increase in the students' speaking skills class IV SDN Jatiroke I both orally and in writing. This increase can be seen from the observation and implementation of corrective actions at each cycle. First cycle that scored above 60 KKM there are 16 students (61.53%) with an average grade 62.30 increase significantly in the second cycle to 25 students (96.15%) with an average grade of 80.

Stres merupakan kondisi disebabkan oleh interaksi antara individu dengan lingkungan, menimbulkan persepsi jarak antara tuntutan-tuntutan yang berasal dari situasi yang bersumber pada system biologis, psikologis, dan social dari sseorang.World Health Organization (WHO) menyebutkan bahwa sekitar 450 juta orang di dunia mengalami stress. Data Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) tahun 2013 menyebutkan bahwa sekitar 1,33 juta penduduk DKI Jakarta mengalami stress. Dampak yang dapat ditimbulkakan oleh stres adalah akan berdampak terhadap masalah kejiwaan, orang bisa menjadi agresif, dapat menyebabkan depresi, dapat menderita neurosis cemas, menderita gangguan psikosomatik, dan dapat menyebabkan badan tidak sehat serta menderita penyakit fisik. Terapi Relaksasi Otot Progresif merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengelola stress. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari terapi relaksasi otot progresif terhadap tingkat stress pada pasien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah studi literatur review. Sumber pustaka yang digunakan dalam penyusunan artikel ini adalah dengan melakukan telaah jurnal dan buku referensi.Hasil terapi relaksasi otot progresif berpengaruh terhadap penurunan tingkat stress pada pasien. Terapi relaksasi otot progresif memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat stress pada pasien. Sehingga dalam intervensi ini perawat harus menjalankan peran dan fungsinya sebagai perawat jiwa. Pemberian intervensi relaksasi otot progresif kepada pasien yang mengalami stres didapatkan hasil 0,008 (0,008<0,05) yang diartikan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara terapi relaksasi otot progresif terhadap tingkat stress.Kata Kunci : Terapi Relaksasi Otot Progresif,  Stress.   ABSTRACTStress is a condition caused by the interaction between individuals and the environment, giving rise to perceptions of distance between demands originating from situations that originate from biological, psychological, and social systems from one person. Data on Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) in 2013 stated that around 1.33 million DKI Jakarta residents experienced stress.The impact that can be caused by stress is that it will have an impact on psychiatric problems, people can be aggressive, can cause depression, can suffer from neurosis anxious, suffer from psychosomatic disorders, and can cause the body to be unhealthy and suffer physical illnesses. Progressive Muscle Relaxation Therapy is one way to manage stress. Objective To determine the effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy on stress levels on patients. The method used in this paper is a literature review study. The source of the literature used in the preparation of this article is by reviewing journals and reference books with keywords on progressive muscle relaxation therapy, stress levels on the patients. The results of progressive muscle relaxation therapy have an effect on reducing stress levels on patients. Progressive muscle relaxation therapy has a significant influence on stress levels on clients. So that in this intervention nurses must carry out their roles and functions as mental nurses. Progressive progression of muscle relaxation interventions to stressed patients is 0.008 (0.008 <0.05) which means that there is a significant influence between progressive muscle relaxation therapy on stress levels.Keywords : Progressive Muscle Relaxation Therapy, Stress.

Coronavirus disease has an impact on the education sector. Educators use a combined learning method between face-to-face and online learning to break the chain of virus spread. One of the proper methods is blended learning with the help of information and communication technology to achieve learning objectives. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the blended learning method on the physical examination abilities of nursing students. This study uses a pre-experiment. The research location is in STIKes (College of Health Sciences), Cirebon, Indonesia, with a sample of 100 Nursing students. The technique uses purposive sampling and the N-Gain value analysis. The result shows a significant difference in the competence of the physical examination before and after getting the blended learning method. The blended learning method is proven effective in increasing the competence of the physical examination of nursing students. In addition, an exciting learning process through online and conventional media provides a high satisfaction value. Blended learning is one of the learning solutions in the new era of the COVID-19 pandemic to suppress the spread of COVID-19 and improve students' abilities.

Komunikasi perawat dengan klien di beberapa pelayanan kesehatan khususnya rumah sakit hanya berfokus pada tugas, sehingga gagal menyediakan perawatan informasi. penelitian tentang hubungan komunikasi terapeutik pada pemasangan infus dengan kepuasan pasien di Ruang UGD Rumah Sakit Tentara Ciremai Kota Cirebon tahun 2013. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi terapeutik pada pemasangan infus dengan kepuasan pasien di Ruang UGD Rumah Sakit Tentara Ciremai Kota Cirebon. Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi. seluruh  yang di infus di Ruang UGD Rumah Sakit Tentara Ciremai Kota Cirebon pada bulan April  2013. Teknik sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus minimal sample size kemudian pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random, berjumlah sampel 78 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner, sebelum digunakan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisa data terdiri dari analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gambaran pelaksanaan komunikasi terapeutik berada kategori cukup berjumlah 33 orang (42,3%). Gambaran kepuasan pasien berada pada kategori Puas berjumlah 40 orang (51,3%). Ada hubungan pelaksanaan komunikasi terapeutik pada pemasangan infus dengan kepuasan pasien di Ruang UGD Rumah Sakit Tentara Ciremai Kota Cirebon tahun 2013 dengan χ2hitung (18,545)>χ2tabel (12,6) dan ρ value = 0,005(ρ<0,050).Kata Kunci          : komunikasi terapeutik, kepuasan, pemasangan infus ABSTRACTNurse communications with the patient in several health services especially in hospital are just focusing in their job descriptions; it makes informational incompleteness care to be provided. This research is study about the relationship between the therapeutic communications of infusion installation with the patient satisfaction in emergency room of RST Ciremai Cirebon in 2013. The purpose of this research is to know about the relationship between the therapeutic communications of infusion installation with the patient satisfaction in emergency room of RST Ciremai Cirebon This research using descriptive correlation analytic method from all the patients in the emergency room of RST Ciremai Cirebon who had infusion installation, within April 2013. Sampling technique taken by minimizes sampling size and randomly taken, total samples are 78 persons. Questioners were used as a research instrument, which has passed validity and reliability test before. Univariate and bivariate data analysis were used as a data analytic technique. From this research comes a results that the implementation of therapeutic communications is in “enough” level for 33 person or 42.3% and in “satisfied” level for 40 persons or 51.3%. There are found relationship between the implementation of therapeutic communication in infusion installation with the patient satisfaction in emergency room of RST Ciremai Cirebon in 2013 with χ2count (18,545)>χ2tabel (12,6) and ρ value = 0,005(ρ<0,050).Keyword               : therapeutic communication, satisfaction, infusion installation

ABSTRAKPernikahan usia dini sudah menjdi permasalahan di Indramayu salah satu penyebabnya adalah seks bebas dikalangan remaja. Seks bebas adalah berhubungan intim didorong oleh hasrat seksual dengan bercumbu sampai melakukan hubungan intim tanpa adanya hubungan pernikahan. Seks bebas terjadi dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang seksbebas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perubahan pengetahuan seks bebas sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Pretest-Postest with Control Group terhadap suatu kelompok. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purpose sampling menggunakan Taro Yamane dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60  responden yang dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Instrumen penelitianyang digunakan berupa lembar kuesioner pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk analisa Brivariat dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α=0,05).Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p value 0,00 dengan nilai (α>0,05), disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi terhadap pengetahuan bahaya seks bebas pada siswi kelas VIII Tahun 2019. Diharapkan institusi terkait dapat menggunakan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja tentang bahaya seks bebas.Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Kesehatan, Reproduksi, Pengetahuan Bahaya Seks Bebas    ABSTRACTEarly marriage has become a problem in Indramayu. One reason is free sex among teenagers. Free sex is intercourse that is driven by sexual desire by flirting until having sex without a marriage relationship. Free sex occurs because of a lack of knowledge about it, this is due to a lack of knowledge about free sex. The purpose of this study was to determine changes in knowledge of free sex before and after reproductive health education.This type of research uses Pretest-Posttest with Group Control of a group. Sampling using purpose sampling of the Taro Yamane formula with a total sample of 60 respondents which were divided into intervention and control groups. The research instrument used was a reproductive health education questionnaire. The research instrument used was a reproductive health education questionnaire. Data analysis used was Bivariate Analysis with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05).Based on the statistical test results obtained p value 0.00 with a value (α> 0.05), concluded that there is an influence of reproductive health education on the knowledge of the danger of free sex in class VIII students in 2019.
