Th is research aims at d iscovering the teaching method, by which students' commun icative competencies can be developed. The detailed objectives of the study are: designing a co mmunicative method for teaching listening and speaking at Syekh Nurjati Islamic state university-Cirebon-. In addition, the research also endeavors to determine methods of application, its constituents, obstacles, range of effectiv ity, advantages and disadvantages. To achieve such objectives, the researcher used the mixed methods on the concurrent embedded design, which co mbines quantitative and qualitative research. The research is founded on three basic theories , among wh ich are: teaching motor performance, teaching skills and language as a means of communication. The findings revealed that designing the commun icative teaching method correlates with the interactive-constructive approach. In applying the method, several teaching techniques, such as: dialogue, information exchange, role play, lecturing, debating, and d iscussion, were used. The pillars of this teaching method are: using a book based on the communicative approach and creating a positive impression in the students with regard to teaching. Among the obstacles are: introversion of some students: enabling commun icative teaching of developing students' communicat ive competence in the skill of listening and speaking in order to perfect comprehensive competence by securing extra time.
The development of an increasingly advanced world opens up opportunities for everyone, both men and women, to take part openly in various fields of life. This is inseparable from the role and figure of women, whose work today cannot be ruled out, thus constructing gender equality, which means the claim that humans between men and women are created as creatures and that differences only lie in the quality and level of piety. There is no claim that men or women are special before God, so whoever wants to gain a high degree must be cautious. There is no reason for the difference between men and women in the capacity of humans as creatures. Both have the same potential and opportunities to become ideal beings. Thus, a comprehensive understanding of the conceptual gender and perceptions between gender and sex is very necessary and important to understand correctly. This library research is conducted through documentation study and qualitative analysis. The findings of the research result state that gender is a concept that examines the differences between men and women as a result of social construction which can take the form of differences in roles, functions, and responsibilities between men and women so that they can change according to different times. gender that has been outlined by nature. Perkembangan dunia yang semakin maju membukakan kesempatan bagi setiap orang baik laki-laki maupun perempuan untuk berkiprah secara terbuka di berbagai bidang kehidupan. Hal tersebut tidak lepas dari peran dan sosok perempuan yang hari ini kiprahnya tak bisa dikesampingkan sehingga mengonstruksi kesetaraan gender yang berarti klaim bahwa manusia antara laki-laki dan perempuan sama-sama diciptakan sebagai makhluk dan perbedaan pun hanyalah terletak pada kualitas dan kadar ketakwaannya. Tak ada klaim laki-laki ataupun perempuan yang menjadi istimewa di hadapan Tuhan, maka barang siapa yang ingin memperoleh derajat yang tinggi maka hendaklah bertakwa. Tidak ada alasan perbedaan antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam kapasitas manusia sebagai makhluk. Keduanya mempunyai potensi dan peluang yang sama untuk menjadi makhluk yang ideal. Dengan demikian pemahaman tentang konseptual gender dan persepsi antara gender dengan seks yang komprehensif sangat diperlukan dan penting untuk dipahami secara benar. Penelitian kepustakaan ini dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi dan analisis data kualitatif. Temuan hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa gender adalah suatu konsep yang mengaji tentang perbedaan antara laki-laki dan perempuan sebagai hasil kontruksi sosial yang dapat berbentuk perbedaan peran, fungsi, dan tanggung jawab antara laki-laki dan perempuan sehingga dapat berubah sesuai dengan perkembangan jaman berbeda halnya dengan jenis kelamin yang telah digariskan secara kodrati.
Cultivating character in children is highly recommended to be formed from an early age. Because early childhood is a critical period that will determine children's attitudes and behavior in the future. Parents need to instill moral values as the basis of religious norms and social norms adhered to by the family. Parents' upbringing for their children determines and influences the child's personality and behavior. Children will be good or not all depending on the parenting style of the parents in the family. Thus, a comprehensive character education model in the family is very necessary and important to understand and actualize. This library research is conducted through documentation study and qualitative data analysis. The findings of the research state that character education that has high values must be designed in an educational model. Goal setting is the first thing to do. These goals will guide where this program is directed. Pola asuh orang tua terhadap anak-anaknya sangat menentukan dan memengaruhi kepribadian serta perilaku anak. Anak akan menjadi baik atau tidak semua tergantung dari pola asuh orang tua dalam keluarga. Dengan demikian model pendidikan karakter dalam keluarga yang komprehensif sangat diperlukan dan penting untuk dipahami dan dapat diaktualisasikan. Penelitian kepustakaan ini dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi dan analisis data kualitatif. Temuan hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pendidikan karakter yang mempunyai nilai yang luhur haruslah dirancang dalam sebuah model pendidikan. Penetapan tujuan adalah hal pertama yang harus dilakukan. Tujuan ini akan menuntun program ke arah yang diinginkan. Untuk memenuhi hal tersebut dibuatlah sebuah model pengembangan pendidikan karakter dalam keluarga melalui beberapa pendekatan, metode, dan strategi yang relevan.
Pengabdian Masyarakat adalah salah satu wujud dari Tri Dharma Pendidikan Perguruan Tinggi yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa tahun terakhir sebelum mereka menyelesaikan pendidikan mereka pada jenjang sarjana. Kegiatan ini menjadi jembatan antara mahasiswa dan masyarakat di mana mereka dapat menerapkan apa yang telah mereka pelajari di universitas di kehidupan nyata. Sebagai peserta pengabdian masyarakat, mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Djuanda, Bogor, mengajak masyarakat untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan karakter generasi muda mereka berdasarkan nilai-nilai tauhid melalui program Teras Ilmu dalam bidang pendidikan di Cibadak. Selain kegiatan utama yang sebagian besar dalam bidang pendidikan, mahasiswa juga mengadakan banyak kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan acara budaya. Karena kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diadakan bertepatan dengan bulan Agustus, kelompok 15 mengadakan festival dalam rangka memperingati hari Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia yang dibuat khusus untuk penduduk desa Cibadak RT 01 dengan tujuan untuk membangkitkan semangat pemuda melalui acara tersebut. Tema acara ini adalah: “Membangkitkan dan Menjaga semangat jiwa marah putih melalui HUT ke-74 Republik Indonesia di Desa Cibadak” Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, terbukti bahwa program perayaan hari kemerdekaan tersebut berhasil meningkatkan antusias warga yang terlibat dalam berbagai kegiatan tersebut. Pada kesempatan lain, tim pengabdian masyarakat diminta untuk mengadakan festival yang sama di desa yang tidak sebenarnya bukan desa target pengabdian masyarakat, Desa Loji. Pihak desa meminta tim pengabdian masyarakat untuk merayakan acara hari kemerdekaan seperti yang mereka lakukan di desa sasaran, Desa Cibadak. Pada akhirnya, kami berharap kegiatan ini dapat mendorong warga desa untuk membangkitkan semangat mereka, semangat Indonesia, terutama bagi generasi muda lingkungan RT 01 Cibadak.
This research study seeks to conduct an objective investigation into the current curriculum applicable to written Arabic instruction and its overall design, to come up with improvements that positively impact students' writing skills. The primary inspiration for this study is the ideas of Adab and Humanities of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, consisting of objectives, content, methods, media, and evaluation. To accomplish these objectives, this study has utilized the research and development method, which happens to be a procedure used for developing and validating educational products. This method is based on the steps of analysis developed and established by Borg and Gall. This research study has been conducted based on three fundamental theories: Intentional interactions, cognitive theory, and competency-based language teaching. The findings revealed that the current curriculum applicable to written Arabic instruction had several faults: an extremely rule-oriented teaching program, lack of creativity in the teaching materials, usage of only markers and white boards as media, and an unhealthy focus on results. The developed Arabic curriculum has been proven to possess increased merits: providing learners with ample training for the application of language rules, attractive teaching materials, usage of several teaching methods, placement and achievement tests, and multimedia.
Purpose- This study aims to analyze Qiraah teaching materials in MA class XI Arabic books published by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in 2020 in detail and comprehensively from the perspective of Abdurrahman Ibrahim Al Fauzan. Design/Methodology/Approach- This study uses library research methods (library research). Where data collection techniques are carried out through a review of various books, literature, records, and reports related to the problem to be solved. Findings- The results showed that good Qira'ah teaching materials have at least thirteen philosophical and technical criteria according to Abdurrahman Ibrahim Al Fauzan namely: comprehensive, integrated, synergistic, and simultaneous which means that teaching materials teach language along with its three components, namely: phonemes (ashwat), morpheme (mufradat), and structure (taraakiib) also cover the four language skills, namely: listening (istima’), speaking (kalam), reading (qira’ah), and writing (kitabah). The other criteria are gradual, using fushha Arabic, marked, without intermediary language, using Arabic and Islamic culture, direct discussion, varied reading texts, equipped with learning evaluations, making conversation as an introduction and learning axis, having qualified lay out, design, and appearance, supported by supporting supplements, and has been scientifically tested. Research Limitation/Implications- This research is limited to MA class XI Arabic books published by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in 2020. In addition, this research is still theoretical in nature without any field tests as a comparison instrument. However, this research can be the first step in the assessment and evaluation of these teaching materials, whether they are based on the scientific hypotheses of experienced Arabic learning experts or not.
