Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan dan financial technology terhadap inklusi keuangan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jambi dan dengan tekhnik purposive sampling diperoleh sebanyak 102 sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala likert 4 poin. Teknik pengujian data menggunakan partial least square dengan Software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Inklusi keuangan, dan financial technology berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Inklusi keuangan. Literasi keuangan dan financial technology berpengaruh sebesar 77,5% terhadap inklusi keuangan.
Becoming a startup for mothers who are members of the recitation group is an effort to increase family income. However, if we don't have the courage to start a business, all of our wishes will just become a dream that won't come true. This service activity aims to stimulate courage and change the mindset of the women of the Raudhatul Jannah recitation group, Koto Rendah Village, Siulak District, Kerinci Jambi Regency to develop her potential from being a housewife who has daily gardening activities, becoming a startup by synergizing with her group members. Through the counseling and discussion method, how to start a startup business, determinants of startup success, the role of technology in business and opening access to online-based sales are given to them. The result achieved is the formation of a Joint Business Group (KUBE) which consists of similar business groups and collaborates in running businesses in groups.
The development of digital technology is increasing every year, various types of digital technology that exist today is a development of technology that has been there before. The presence of the digital age has helped to encourage human interest to transform digitally. The objectives in this study are: (1) Identifying the effect of digital transaction service quality on customer satisfaction of OVO users, (2) Identifying the effect of service quality of digital transactions on interests, (3) Identifying the effect of interest on customer satisfaction of OVO service users. (4) Identifying the role of interest is able to mediate the effect of digital transaction quality service on customer satisfaction of OVO service users. The population of this research is the people of Jambi City while the sample is the people of Jambi City who more than once used OVO services as many as 150 people. The data method uses path analysis. The results of the study note that quality service has a significant influence on OVO service user interest, quality service and interest have a significant influence on customer satisfaction on OVO service users and quality service has a significant influence on customer satisfaction of OVO service users through interest in Jambi City
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis upaya pemberdayaan Industri Kecil dan Menengah dalam rangka pengembangan usaha di Kabupaten Batang Hari Jambi. Dari hasil FGD serta dari hasil wawancara dengan keypersons maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberdayaan UKM dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan melalui akses usaha dengan cara melakukan pelatihan menajemen dan kreativitas dalamproduksi pemberian kreditdengan bunga lunak, melalui akses pasar dengan cara menyediakan rumah dagang, melalui pemasaran hasil dan membuka peluang pasar, melalui akses teknologi dengan memberikan bantuan teknologi dengan hargaterjangkau, memberikan bimbingan dan konsultasi, melalui akses Sumber Daya Manusia dengan cara melakukan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilanteknis, memberikan pelatihan dalam upaya meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan, menyediakan tenaga penyuluh,membuka lembaga pendidikan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh : 1) Proses budaya kerja terhadap Komunikasi organisasi; 2) Komunikasi terhadap Efektivitas organisasi; 3) Proses budaya kerja terhadap Efektivitas Organisasi; 4) Proses budaya kerja terhadap efektivitas organisasi melalui komunikasi organisasi pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Merangin. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan daftar pertanyaan (quisioner) dan wawancara. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 95 pegawai. Analisis data dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial dan simultan dari Uji Hipotesis terdapat pengaruh proses budaya kerja terhadap Komunikasi organisasi; Komunikasi terhadap Efektivitas organisasi; Proses budaya kerja terhadap Efektivitas Organisasi dan Proses budaya kerja terhadap efektivitas organisasi melalui komunikasi organisasi pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Merangin.
