Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas dan inovasi terhadap keunggulan bersaing (studi kasus wedding organizer Hastina Puspita Decoration Jambi). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah memakai jasa wedding organizer Hastina Puspita decoration pada tahun 2019, jumlah sampel dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin yakni sebanyak 70 responden. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan teknik Simple random sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05. Keseluruhan analisis dihitung menggunakan program SPSS versi 24. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa (1) kreativitas dan inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada wedding organizer Hastina Puspita Dcoration Jambi. (2) inovasi memiliki pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap keunggulan bersaing wedding organizer Hastina Puspita Decoration Jambi.
This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and innovation variables on the competitive advantage of Culinary MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the population was 100 culinary SMEs in Jambi City. Primary data was obtained by giving a statement in the form of a questionnaire, while the technique used was simple random sampling. To analyze the data, descriptive and quantitative methods were used and the analytical tool used was multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that the product quality and innovation variables had a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage variable partially. The results of the simultaneous testing of product quality and innovation variables showed that it had a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage of Culinary MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic in Jambi City.
This study aims to analyze the influence of the influence of store atmosphere, business ethics and product quality on consumer satisfaction at the syariah syariah mini market 212 Jambi branch. Survey research using a questionnaire instrument, a sample of 70 respondents with nonprobability sampling techniques. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that the characteristics of respondents were dominated by women, aged 20 to 29 years, the last education occupations were dominated by students. Simultaneously store atmosphere, business ethics and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, so also partially store atmosphere variables, business ethics and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the factors that influence the success of the Printing Industry business in Jambi City. The population in this study was the printing industry entrepreneur with 55 respondents. Sample collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with census techniques to 55 entrepreneurs who already have a printing industry in the city of Jambi. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis tools. The results showed that the factors that had a significant influence were the Marketing and Sales Factors, and Government Regulation Factors. Factors that did not have a significant effect were Opportunity Factor, Human Factor (HR), Financial Factor, Organizational Factor, Planning Factor, Business Management Factor, Administrative Factor, and Business Record Factor. And the most dominant factor is the Marketing and Sales Factor. With good marketing and large sales, business success will be even greater.
