Human as mysterious creatures cannot if only be approached by a scientific discipline, they must be understood in an interdisciplinary manner. In writing this journal explaining the possibility of Islamic education has a transdisciplinary meaning to eliminate the separation between general science and the science of religion and all the knowledge developed is related to one another. The method used is the method of discourse analysis and content. The way in which a number of literatures is discussed and analyzed is based on the direction and purpose of the transdisciplinary concept. The results of the discussion in the context of the transdisciplinary Islamic education curriculum must be developed to be holistic in nature that can cover a variety of problems inherent in humans and their development. The ability to achieve it in transdisciplinary Islamic education is the ability to see the world as a value system, each of which has different tasks and functions but still interconnected. This interconnection connection system must be placed in the framework of faith and noble character.
The purpose of this study is to find out about conflict in negotiations. Organizational conflict is a difference of opinion or contradiction between two or more individuals or groups or work units in an organization because they have to share their limited resources in work activities, and the facts they have different goals, values, perceptions and interests. Internal conflict is often seen as a common event that is also faced by organizational leaders. Handling conflict requires a creative process that expects positive results, namely solutions and good relations between the two parties. Qualitative approach is a type of research that aims to analyze in depth a phenomenon related to the research focus to be explored. The sources used are primary and secondary data. Research results negotiation is a process in which two or more parties who have similar or contradictory interests meet and talk to reach an agreement. Conflict always arises when one person's point of view is different from that of others. In order for conflicts to provide optimal benefits and to reduce negative impacts, conflicts can be managed by preventing and handling conflicts so that the goals and objects of negotiation can be achieved. If there is no way in negotiations, it can be proposed to use delays to give time for both parties to think repeat and meditate according to the difficult situation. This delay does not mean postponing negotiations, but rather provides an opportunity when tensions escalate and this delay must be used by both parties and not used to avoid conflict.
Lahan pekarangan merupakan salah satu sumberdaya yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai kegiatan produktif yang salah satunya dengan usaha budidaya lebah madu Trigona sp. Usaha budidaya lebah madu Trigona sp memberikan banyak manfaat antara lain untuk kesehatan masyarakat dan juga dapat menjadi peluang bisnis bila dikelola dengan baik. Lokasi kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah Desa Lubuk Kertang Kecamatan Brandan Kabupaten Langkat. Metode Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah metode PAR (Participatory Action Research), dengan peserta kegiatan yakni dosen pamong dan mahasiswa KKN STAI syekh H. Abdul Halim Hasa Al Ishlahiyah Binjai, kepala desa juga masyarakat Desa Lubuk Kertang Kecamatan Brandan Kabupaten Langkat. Hasil kegiatan dinilai sangat positif karena telah dapat menanam bunga air mata pengantin pakan ternak Trigona sp. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan sangat bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang budidaya lebah Trigona sp, dan kegiatan dapat dilaksanakan kembali di lokasi yang sama dengan lanjutan kegiatan atau di lokasi yang berbeda dengan tema yang sama.
Every college has a goal. To achieve this goal, higher education institutions need a good organizational structure, namely a healthy and efficient organizational structure. organizational structure is the result of the management process, in this case as the output of the organizing process. In the process of establishing the organizational structure, the Team must pay attention to and apply various organizational principles, namely the formulation of clear goals, departmentalization, division of labor, delegation of authority, span of control, organizational levels, and unity of command. The application of these principles in the organizational process can produce a sound and efficient organizational structure. Quality tertiary education plays an important role in nation-building, it is a means to give birth to educated-intellectuals. The number of educated people produced by universities has accelerated the improvement of the quality of people's lives in this country. Universities are obliged to provide a quality educational process. From that, thinkers, initiators and implementers will be born in various fields of community life. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type with a multi-case design. Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman data analysis model which includes four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the wetness of the data using triangulation. Now, educational institutions are focused on the era a very big and undeniable transformation that universities must accept if they want to survive, struggle, and develop. Solving the problem, many ideas are explored, such as the concept of economy and decentralization.
