Abstract.One of the roles of decision support system is that it can assist the decision maker in obtaining the appropriate alternative with the desired criteria, one of the methods that could apply for the decision maker is SMART method with multicriteria decision making. This multi-criteria decision-making theory has meaning where every alternative has criteria and has value and weight, and the author uses this approach to facilitate decision making with a compelling case. The problems discussed in this paper are classified into problems of a variety Multiobjective (multiple goals to be accomplished) and multicriteria (many of the decisive criteria in reaching such decisions).
Pada kegiatan belajar mengajar, media pembelajaran yang ideal untuk diterapkan pada masa new normal ini adalah media Daring. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan yaitu Google Classroom dan Google meet. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh team dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Harapan medan berkolaborasi dengan Universitas Tjut Nyak Dhien. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan dan pelatihan menggunakan aplikasi Google Classroom dan Google Meet yang diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan belajar-mengajar sehingga materi dapat tersampaikan dengan baik. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini selain mendapatkan pelatihan langsung para guru juga akan dibekali dengan panduan praktis dan sederhana berupa pedoman bagi guru SMK Pharmaca Medan untuk paham dan mengerti menggunakan aplikasi online tersebut.
Untuk mencegah meningkatnya penularan Virus Corona atau COVID-19 pemerintah telah menetapkan bahwa satuan pendidikan yang berada di zona merah, oranye dan kuning dilarang melakukan proses pembelajaran tatap muka. Proses belajar dilaksanakan di rumah melalui pembelajaran jarak jauh (daring). Pada pembelajaran daring siswa dapat berinteraksi dengan guru menggunakan beberapa aplikasi salah satu diantaranya adalah Zoom Meetings. Guru bisa memanfaatkan berbagai fitur yang ada di aplikasi zoom untuk berkomunikasi secara dua arah dengan murid. Zoom merupakan aplikasi yang menyediakan layanan konferensi jarak jauh dengan menggabungkan konferensi video, pertemuan online, obrolan, hingga kolaborasi seluler. Selain itu, Zoom juga dapat bekerja pada perangkat Android, iOS, Windows, dan Mac.
In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, quantity is not a measure of achieving early childhood outcomes, but how teachers create quality resource based inventions. To form creative and adaptive resources for technology, the teacher must changes the facilities, infrastructure and learning reconstruction. Learning that is prepared to welcome children to face the 21st century is learning based on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM). STEAM is used to consider the interconnected essence of science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics disciplines and their significance in the long-term academic performance of children. Responding to STEAM-based learning that PAUD teachers need to incorporate in cultivating the creativity of children, it is important to know the degree to which PAUD teachers understand STEAM-based learning. This research discusses the use of the X-Means clustering algorithm as one of the data mining algorithms in grouping data on the level of comprehensions of PAUD teachers on STEAM-based learning. The room security system design uses finger print and a matrix keypad with One Time Pad (OTP) in the Dean's room, Faculty of Engineering and Computers at Universitas Harapan Medan because it still uses conventional security. With security that is not always maintained, especially outside working hours, the authors make a room security system design to open the room only with registered fingerprints and programmed active telephone numbers, so that it cannot be accessed by others. This design is made with several components, namely Arduino as a data processor for the entire work system, the fingerprint reader functions to recognize the fingerprints to be registered, to enter the OTP code using the matrix keypad, Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) to display the data provided by Arduino through the program. that has been made, the relay is used to activate the solenoid, the solenoid functions to open or lock the door, the buzzer will sound when the fingerprint and password are not read, the GSM SIM900A module functions to send an OTP code using an active cell phone number, and the MC-38 magnetic sensor to know if the door is open or still closed. From this test it can be concluded that only the fingerprints of people who have been registered and the telephone numbers that have been programmed to be able to open the door of the room. If the fingerprint pattern is not registered then an alarm will sound
Submission of da'wah messages can be done in various ways. One of them uses audio-visual media in the form of video that can display elements of images and sound simultaneously. The use of video in the submission of da'wah messages is considered quite effective, because it can reach a wider audience and regional coverage. To be accepted by the audience, besides mastering the propaganda material delivered is demanded by the creativity of the video maker. The video of the work of creativity is part of the creative industry that has economic added value. If the video is distributed through You Tube to gain economic value, the video must collect at least 4,000 hours of watch time in the last 12 months and have a minimum of 1,000 subscribers.
Energy efficient routing protocols in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) is an important area of research due to energy limitations. It is therefore important to maximize the limited energy so as to increase the network lifetime of the WSN. In this paper, a modified energy efficient multi-hop routing protocol (mEEMRP) in a 200 m 2 field is presented. This protocol is based on a technique that involves balancing load between communication management (CM) nodes during the multi-hop routing of aggregated data to the base station (BS), where the residual energy (RE) levels of CM nodes are considered as well as the distance between neighboring CM nodes. Simulation results showed that mEEMRP yielded a 1.77% improvement over energy efficient multi-hop routing protocol (EEMRP) in terms of network lifetime. More so, the proposed mEEMRP also improved the energy consumption and the number of packets received at the BS by 4.83% and 7.41%, respectively.
