Abstract. This study aimed to verify the scope and limitations of the stimuli of indicators of Color (C), Human movement (M), and Response number (R) of the Zulliger test through a qualitative analysis of the stimuli present in the Zulliger and the Rorschach, comparisons in expressions of C, M, and R, and R relations with evaluative inconsistencies on Zulliger. Taking the Rorschach as a reference, the qualitative analysis indicated a variation from little equivalence up to an overrepresentativeness of Zulliger stimuli. The comparisons, made with a sample of 51 subjects tested with the Zulliger and Rorschach tests and divided into concordant and discordant groups according to the evaluation of instruments, revealed a significant decrease of C and M for the Zulliger. We also identified a tendency toward a decrease of R on Zulliger for the discordant group. The results reveal distinctions between the instruments, limitations of the Zulliger, and instigate investigations for the R-Optimized Administration.
Dentre as variáveis do DEPI, alcançaram valores significativos FD + V, Sum-SH, Índice-egocentricidade, CF + C < FC, Determinantes-mistos e Intelectualização. Incremental validity of the Zulliger and Pfister in the contexto of drug addiction AbstractThe aim of this study was to verify the incremental validity of two projective techniques used to assess the personality traits of 20 addict patients. An assessment of the personality of ten Brazilian addict of alcohol and ten French heroin addicts who were experiencing the process of drug detoxification in specialized centers in Brazil or France was performed by the Phenomenon-structural Psychopathology perspective -a French theoretical approach that understands the mental functioning of the individual through the way it lives the space and time dimensions. The spatio-temporal relationship and the personality were understood by the verbal or pictured expression of the self and through the way images of projective techniques Zulliger and Pfister are built. The analysis showed consistency between the information generated by both instruments, demonstrating that Zulliger and Pfister, when applied in combination and interpreted by the phenomenon-structural method, are efficient to reveal the experiences of space and time of the subjects. Abstract:The choice of adequate methods to identify children who were victims of sexual abuse is a necessary practice in the forensic scenery. Among the psychological assessment instruments, the Rorschach test shows special usefulness for this purpose. Aiming at the broadening and foundation of these ideas and seeking to verify the extension and importance of the use of this instrument in psychological evaluation of the victims of sexual abuse. To do so, we preceded to an electronic bibliographic research of indexed papers of studies developed in Brazil, Cuba, Argentina, Chile, United States of America and Canada. The main fi ndings certify the validity of Rorschach in cases where sexual abuse is suspected and in the investigation of its sequels, and its possible contributions to the area, which confers to the instrument the necessary properties to answer in a safe way within this context. Abstract:Relational maturity is an important aspect to be considered in the evaluation of children. Its development in children is considered related to sex and chronological age. The present study aimed to seek evidence of validity for the Zulliger test (Comprehensive System -CS) in the evaluation of maturity for interpersonal relationships in children. A total of 566 children, both sexes, of which 52.8% were girls, were submitted to the Zulliger test (CS). For comparison according to age, a subsample was extracted, composed of two groups of six and 12-year-olds, totaling 115 children. The analysis revealed statistically significant differences in the variables H, (H), A, Ad, (A), M, FC and AG. Results show findings in favor of using the Zulliger test (CS) in the evaluation of maturity for interpersonal relationships in children.
This study aimed to verify the effects of sexual abuse and maternal abandonment and to explore the utility of the Rorschach method to understand the victims' interior life. The qualitative analysis focused on 12 protocols of children between six and eight years of age, including five girls and seven boys from Brazilian institutions. The presence of recursive responses of inanimate movement (m), morbid (MOR), aggressive (AG), sexual (Sx) contents and anatomy (An) was evidenced. The results suggest traumatic experiences with primary objects, hostile and aggressive human interactions, damaged self-perception and early abusive sexualization. The findings illustrate the harmful effects of sexual abuse and maternal abandonment in child development, and ratify the use of the Rorschach for evaluation processes in an ideographic approach, beyond the nomothetic perspective.
