Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji peran knowledge sharing dan motivasi pada pengaruh learning organization terhadap kinerja. Penelitian diadakan di bidang layanan Telekomunikasi, khususnya Telkom dan Telkomsel. Sampel adalah semua karyawan di kedua perusahaan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 91 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan metode Smart PLS3. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik penerapan learning organization akan meningkatkan kinerka karyawan, knowledge sharing dan motivasi; knowledge sharing akan mingkatkan kinerja karyawan, namum motivasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra pertama, Ikatan Pengusaha ‘Aisyiyah (IPAS) adalah pengembangan pada jumlah produksi yang harus ditingkatkan. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil observasi, juga diketahui bahwa produsen susu IPAS sudah memiliki beberapa jenis produk susu yang dapat dikembangkan. Selain itu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra juga terkait dengan produk olahan yang memiliki kemasan yang kurang menarik yang membuat tim pengabdi merasa itu menjadi salah satu permasalah yang dialami oleh mitra padahal produk mereka sudah banyak dikenal dipasar namun kapasitas produksi mereka juga masih kecil. Tujuan dari kegiatan pendampingan dan pelatihan bagi pengusaha susu yang berada di IPAS adalah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan mengembangkan rebranding produk sehingga memiliki nilai jual yang lebih di masyarakat. Metode implementasi yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah: (1) Pemberian pelatihan terkait dengan peningkatan produktivitas menggunakan teknologi baru, (2) Pelatihan dan pengembangan terkait dengan rebranding produk. Tim pengabdi juga memberikan beberapa pandangan terkait desain kemasan produk yang dianggap menarik dan bernilai jual dipasar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para mitra, memberikan poin penjualan tambahan untuk produk IPAS, publikasi terkait dengan diferensiasi produk IPAS, meningkatkan volume produksi untuk pengusaha susu IPAS, dan memberikan pandangan terkait inovasi yang dapat mereka perbaiki untuk terus mengembangkan pasar mereka di masa yang akan datang.
IbM aims to assist partners in order to have a reliable accounting information systems that can provide vital information accurately and timely. Therefore, owners and interested parties can analyze and make the right decisions. This system is expected to help owners evaluate the performance and business developments. Partner companies (CV Brawijaya Dairy Industry and CV Karya Brawijaya) want to have a good accounting information system. Accounting information produced is very useful in business planning, product marketing development, performance evaluation and expand access to funding. Therefore, they require the role of internal (company) and external (banks and the Tax Office).These expectations can not be realized because of the partner company faced several obstacles. Constraints are the company does not have the human resources that have the educational background of accounting, facilities and infrastructure (hardware and software) was minimal, limited capital so it will merektur specialized employees handle bookkeeping is still difficult financially. Expansion of product marketing needs to be done so that the product more known to the public. The partner company (CV Karya Brawijaya) has difficulty in determining how much tax should be paid. Tax Office (KPP) is always sent warning letters because partners are often late in paying taxes. It’s happen because the company still does not have a simple bookkeeping and financial statements.Team devotion perform some activity. First; sharing with the leadership of the company to analysis the transaction. Second; preparing accounting software in accordance with the information needs of UKM (based SAK ETAP). Third; providing the necessary facilities and infrastructure (notebook). Fourth; preparing UKM accounting handbook. Fifth; conducting inhouse training for employees who handle bookkeeping and accounting. Sixth; implementation of accounting software and mentoring. Seventh; marketing assistance and tax calculation and how to fill out SPT.
The development of Café Sawah as Village Tourism in Pujon Kidul is very important because it has an impact on improving the community's economy. So far, various dairy products by MSEs that are fostered by ‘Aisyiyah are sticks and crackers as typical souvenirs from Pujon Kidul Tourism. The souvenirs are still not packaged attractively. Product packaging is an effective marketing strategy in managing the end of production, until it is accepted by the end consumers. As a tourist area that is crowded with visitors, good and effective processing of souvenirs is a solution that can be offered to visitors as souvenirs. The purpose of this community service is to improve good packaging, elegant design, easy to carry and able to maintain the quality of the product during the trip. This community service methods are observation, audience and active participation, in order to increase the value of souvenir products with more attractive packaging, safe and comfortable, with local wisdom. The result of this community service is packaging that has an attractive design, an elegant impression of the product, improving of the product values, and so, it becomes a promotional medium when it is brought to a new place as a souvenir, and then, it will subsequently have impact on increasing the welfare of the surrounding community, especially MSEs fostered by ‘Aisyiyah.
The research aims to analyze and explore the dominant type of organizational culture, especially in a number of departments of accredited private universities in East Java using competing values framework approach. The data was collected through a survey using proportional random sampling. The population is all lecturers of accredited A departments of the private universities in East Java, including 1131 people scattered in 37 departments at ten private universities. To determine the number of respondents, the formula proposed by Slovin was applied to 130 people. To analyze the data, the researcher used qualitative descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that all indicators of organizational culture comprising adhocracy culture, clan culture, hierarchy culture, and market culture used in the study departments of private universities with clan culture as the most dominant.
