Kualitas dokumentasi keperawatan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepatuhan perawat terhadap aturan pendokumentasian yang ditetapkan oleh profesi maupun pemerintah. Pelaksanaan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan digunakan sebagai alat ukur untuk menyadari dan mengamati kualitas pelayanan asuhan keperawatan yang dilaksanakan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi persepsi perawat dalam aplikasi standar bahasa keperawatan 3S (SDKI, SLKI dan SIKI) pada dokumentasi keperawatan. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah standar bahasa keperawatan dalam dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data divalidasi dengan triangulasi dan triangulasi metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 52% perawat mendapatkan sumber informasi dari buku panduan dan hanya 42,6% perawat memahami aplikasi standar bahasa keperawatan 3S. Penyebab permasalahan ini adalah pencatatan tindakan yang kurang lengkap dan data pengkajian yang kurang kosisten dengan diagnosis keperawatan. Selain itu pencatatan tindakan keperawatan yang terlalu banyak sehingga banyak menghabiskan waktu perawat. Sehingga perlu dibuat standar bahasa keperawatan sesuai 3S yang efektif dan efisien. Pelatihan dokumentasi standar keperawatan Indonesia perlu dilakukan untuk menyamakan persepsi dan memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap pengetahuan perawat dan mutu pelayanan.

Abstract-Introduction: Surgery form of orthopedic surgery is a stressor for those clients who can evoke a stress reaction both physiologically and psychologically. Physiological responses can be painful, while the response can be either psychological anxiety is a disorder in which both comfort. This study used a qualitative descriptive design, aims to describe the perceived experience post-surgical orthopedic clients were given murottal Al-Qur 'an on comfort. The number of participants in this study were obtained 8 participants. Participants were given murottal AlQur'an Al-Fatiha, Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq and An-Naas with Qari 'Muhammad Junaid Thoha using the speaker box for 20 minutes done twice within 24 hours post-surgery orthopedi. Three themes as a result of research based on the theory of comfort Kolcaba, namely the need for comfort care, nursing interventions for comfort and comfort after nursing actions (murottal Al-Qur'an). Listen to murottal Al-Qur 'an, read tartil and correct manner, will bring tranquility of soul.

Introduction: Low back pain is one of the factors causing morbidity and mortality in agricultural areas, namely pain syndrome experienced by individuals caused by poor body position. This can injure soft tissue structures that include muscles and ligaments. Community service aims to improve farmers' knowledge and skills in the PTPN XII Gunung Gambir Jember Agricultural Area to prevent low back pain. Methods: Community service activities are carried out by providing education through simulations to farmers. The reason for choosing this method is that farmers prefer real experiences compared to lectures. Results: Simulation learning and role play will allow farmers to learn firsthand through watching, practicing, and role-playing how to do the Mc-Kenzie Exercise. Thus, it is hoped that farmers will experience more knowledge and skills in preventing low back pain. Conclusion: Community service activities can increase farmers' knowledge of skills about Mc-Kenzie exercises to prevent low back pain without side effects. Background: During the Covid-19 pandemic there was a high risk of emergencies and disasters in agricultural areas. So that there are many problems for farmers in rural areas who generally have minimal information when compared to urban areas, especially in terms of accessing health information about Covid-19, this will certainly have an impact on different mindsets and perceptions in dealing with which pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic is something new for the community. Efforts to deal with farmers' problems in the Covid-19 pandemic era by preventing the risk of emergencies and disasters in agricultural and livestock areas. Objectives: This study aimed to dig deeper into the problems of farmers in the Covid-19 era. Methods: The design of this study used an interpretive qualitative approach carried out through the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method involving 10 farmer respondents. Data were collected using a thematic analysis approach based on Krueger, R and Casey, M. Results: The results of the interviews resulted in five major themes, namely the theme of self-protection tools as a covid-19 shield, Knowledge as a millennial farmer, supporting facilities for obtaining information, working environment conditions, marketing farm produce, change in work behavior. Conclusion: The problems of farmers in the Covid-19 area tend to see problems in terms of health but also have an impact on agricultural output, work behavior so that it needs attention to overcome problems to deal with farmers' problems during the Covid-19 pandemic.
