- West Java Province has a very unique and strategic geographic field challenge as a province with the largest population in Indonesia and as a province that is at the forefront of supporting the rapid dynamics of development in the capital city DKI Jakarta. In realizing equitable development, as stated in the West Java Provincial Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) 2018-2023, infrastructure development is regulated in a priority scheme that aims to bring equitable development. One of the planned transportation infrastructure developments in the construction of Cikembar Airport, Sukabumi, is prepared to serve the development area (WP) of the Sukabumi area and its surroundings which is targeted for completion in 2023. In preparing the airport design, a projection analysis based on demand is needed first. which correlates with statistical data. Forecasting analysis (forecasting) the number of passengers at Cikembar Airport aims to obtain potential passenger demand and a description of the needs for terminal facilities through the collection of statistical data to be analyzed using the correlation method and the multiple linear regression method between the number of passengers as the dependent variable. Meanwhile, statistical variables such as population growth, tourist growth, and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Sukabumi, and West Java Regencies were determined as independent variables. In formulating the terminal room facilities, it refers to the standards issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation through SKEP No.77/VI Year 2005. Considering the moderate upward trend approach, the estimated number of passengers at Cikembar Airport passenger terminal in 2023, namely the year the airport is planned to be realized, is as much as 756,029 passengers with busy time passengers totaling 605 passengers. The operational area needed for the terminal in that year was 8,468 m2. Assuming the concession area provided is 30%, the total terminal area required is 11,643 m2. This area projection still meets the needs based on the estimated terminal area attached to the Cikembar Airport master plan, which is 12,000 m2.

Technopreneurship is an integral character between competency in applying technology and the spirit of building a business. From here, a technological business unit grows: a business unit that utilizes applied technology in the process of innovation, production, marketization, etc. Communication and information technology or telematics technology (information and communication technology (ICT) has been recognized by the world as one of the means and the main infrastructure to tackle the world's problems.The Community Service Program with the title Technopreneur Training in Building an Entrepreneurial Spirit for Prospective Architects in the Field of Consulting Services and Construction Services at the University of Education of Indonesia is implemented to provide entrepreneurial skills for students to have entrepreneurial mentality and skills (entrepreneurship) and form a Campus business incubator unit. This program selects and guides 21 students to become independent micro entrepreneurs. The method used in this program is practical learning based on business projects by training and assessing the ability of students to start and run a business based on 4 assessment criteria which include: personality, cooperation, leadership and online marketing skills to increase competitiveness and overcome constraints of limited production funding. The implementation of this KDP includes 4 stages consisting of recruitment, approach, implementation, and monitoring evaluation of 20 prospective tenants for 8 months. From these activities, it is expected that 10 tenants will become independent entrepreneurs and 5 people are still not successful.
Interiors contain a wealth of innovations that are not purely the preserve of interior designers and decorators. The use of materials, concept development, lighting management, and processing of elements fall within the purview of interior design media. However performing art is a work of art that involves individual or group actions in a certain place and time. Performance art generally involves elements of the artist’s time, space, and body as part of the work. Raising the idea of interior performance art is an innovation in the use of media for the expression of living things as part of the field of interior design work. This study explores this concept, considering performance art as an expression of the relationship between interior design and performing art as a whole that moves together, holistic, interlocking and creating an interesting arrangement of spatial stories. Space is an experience. Space is a story of life and space comes to life when it is interpreted, touched, designed as part of an engaging performance art. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sebuah rangkaian yang berfungsi untuk mengontrol dan memonitor air pada tangki air dan bak air yang akan diproses mikrokontroler NodeMCU. Untuk mengontrol NodeMCU digunakan bahasa pemrograman C dengan menggunakan sofware IDE Arduino. Cara kerja alat ini adalah mengontrol dan monitor tingkat air pada tangki air dan bak air dengan perangkat smartphone yang sudah terkoneksi dengan sistem mikrokontroler NodeMCU. Sistem yang dirancang terdiri dari beberapa bagian yaitu: catu daya, sistem kontrol, rangkaian mekanika dan program. Catu daya merupakan sumber daya untuk menjalankan seluruh Sistem yang terdiri dari tegangan, Sistem kontrol berupa rangkaian elektronik yang didesain sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat berfungsi sebagai pengolah data dengan mikrokontroler sebagai pusat kendali dan selanjutnya mekanika berfungsi sebagai penggerak Motor DC untuk memompa air.
