Demographically, the study examines the factors that affect customers to adopt mobile banking services in Benin City. The study specially investigated age, occupation, educational level, gender and income of customers as powerful variables that affects the adoption of mobile banking services by customers in Benin City. The study population consists of all commercial bank individual customers in Benin City. The simple random sampling was employed in order to determine the sample size of six hundred from the entire population. In this study, questionnaire was used to collect the required information from the six hundred bank customers that were sampled. Information collected from the respondents were collected from the respondents were rigorously analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics. The study showed that demographic factors such as age gender, income level, occupational level, except educational status do influence the adoption of mobile banking services in Benin City.
In this research study, the author seeks to discover the predecessors of e-government services adoption among the citizen of Pakistan. To study the e-government adoption, researcher integrates extended TAM and theory of planned behaviour. Cross-sectional research technique was used and in total data was collected from 240 citizens of Pakistan. Results depict that facilitating conditions, performance expectancy, effort expectancy positively impact the citizen attitude towards adoption of e-government facilities. As well as, facilitating conditions as a positive impact on society and individual computer self-efficacy which helps in building citizen attitude.Furthermore, the researcher studies the impact of government trust as a moderator to test the relationship between attitude and adoption of e-government services. Results show that government trust dampens down the relationship between attitude and e-government adoption. To the conclude results SEM technique was used using AMOS-21.
The elderly people in Cambodia are confronting multiple sources of vulnerability; these include living with poorness, health functional disabilities, health issues, social isolation, and limited opportunities to get involved. The government of Cambodia is concerning about the welfare of the elderly, as expressed in the National Development Strategy where government pledges its commitment to promoting the welfare of the elderly by protecting and ensuring that the elderly people are provided with basic needs. On the other hand, social protection in Cambodia has been largely neglected or addressed with inadequate tools and insufficient funds, which leads Cambodia to vulnerability. The principal purpose of this review is to produce a summary of overall social protection system and government associated with the elderly in Cambodia.
