Abstrak: Tujuan umum kegiatan ini adalah tersedia guru SD yang kompeten dalam menulis karya ilmiah pengembangan profesi guru. Secara operasional, tujuan kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Tersedia guru yang terampil dan siap melaksanakan sosialisasi ragam jenis pengembangan profesi guru; 2) Terbantunya guru untuk mampu mengembangkan profesi, khususnya dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah (KTI) hasil penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK); 3) Terbinanya guru dalam melakukan PTK di kelas yang dibinanya; 4) Terbinanya guru dalam menyusun laporan penelitian dan artikel jurnal ilmiah hasil kegiatan PTK; 5) Tersusunnya laporan penelitian dari kegiatan PTK yang ditulis oleh guru; dan 6) Terbitnya jurnal edisi khusus yang memuat artikel hasil kegiatan PTK yang ditulis oleh guru. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan metode pelatihan, lokakarya, dan pendampingan. Pada akhir kegiatan program ini diperoleh hasil: 1) Sebanyak 27 orang guru SD Golongan IVa mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan secara utuh selama 26 jam pelajaran; 2) Terlaksana empat kali pendampingan dalam kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penulisan laporan PTK; 3) Tersedia 27 laporan hasil PTK yang sendiri oleh setiap peserta dengan bimbingan dan arahan tim pendamping; 4) Tersedia 27 artikel hasil PTK yang memungkinkan dimuat dalam jurnal berkala lokal, nasional, maupun nasional terakreditasi; 5) Terbentuk penerbitan berkala lokal "MANONJAYA" untuk publikasi hasil-hasil PTK guru; dan 6) Dua artikel terbaik yang siap dimuat pada terbitan berkala yang diterbitkan oleh lembaga di lingkungan UPI.Kata Kunci: Lokakarya, PGRI, PTK, SD. The Training and Assistance of Writing Paper for Elementary School TeachersAbstract: The main goal of this program is supplying elementary school teachers who have competence in writing paper on developing teacher profession. Operationally, the goals of program are: 1) supplying skilled teachers who are ready to do socialization many kinds of developing of teacher profession; 2) helping teacher to be able to develop their profession especially in writing scientific paper of result of classroom action research (PTK); 3) skilling teachers in conducting classroom action research in their classroom; 4) skilling teachers in arranging report of research and scientific journal article of PTK result, and 6) publishing special edition journal that contained the article of PTK result that written by teachers. This research aimed to know the effectiveness of classical guidance service program to increase students' self-control. It used quantitative approach with quasi experiment using non equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Subjects of the research were 80 students who were taken by cluster random sampling technique. They were divided into two groups, 40 students were in experimental group and 40 students were in control group. To collect data this research used interview guide and self-control scale. Data analysis technique which was used to test the effectiveness of classical guidance service program was Anacova analysis. The analysis result shows negative value 11.694 with coefficient t=4.259 and p+0.000. Based on research result it can be concluded that classical guidance services program was effective to increase students' self-control. The results of this research are useful for guidance and counseling teachers to help students to increase self-control through classical guidance services program. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment jenis non equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk membantu siswa meningkatkan self-control melalui layanan bimbingan klasikal. The research is based on the lack of career students awareness in the elementary school. Focus on this research is the development of career guidance program with modeling technique to improve career awareness of student. The purpose of this study is to generate career guidance program with modeling technique to improve student career awareness. Research and development approach conducted through several steps, namely: needs assessment, program planning, implementation of program, evaluation, and follow-up. The data analysis technique was used Paired sample t-test to determine the impact of the program. The participant is the student at the fifth grade Al-Fityan elementary school Aceh in the year 2017/2018 which selected using purposive sampling. The self-developed career awareness instrument designed in the Likert scale with coefficient reliability 0,800. The finding of a research states that main indicator of the successful program evaluation is the improvement of the level of career awareness. This research concludes that the program of the career guidance using the modeling technique is effective to improve the awareness of student career.
The study aims to test the effectiveness of career guidance program to develop vocational identity of students. The study uses a quantitative approach with quasi experimental methods and non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The study was conducted in SMK Muhammadiyah Imogiri Yogyakarta by taking a research subject that is a class XI student who is determined by random cluster sampling technique. An instrument which is used is the scale of vocational identity and observation guidelines.
