Abstrak: Tujuan umum kegiatan ini adalah tersedia guru SD yang kompeten dalam menulis karya ilmiah pengembangan profesi guru. Secara operasional, tujuan kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Tersedia guru yang terampil dan siap melaksanakan sosialisasi ragam jenis pengembangan profesi guru; 2) Terbantunya guru untuk mampu mengembangkan profesi, khususnya dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah (KTI) hasil penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK); 3) Terbinanya guru dalam melakukan PTK di kelas yang dibinanya; 4) Terbinanya guru dalam menyusun laporan penelitian dan artikel jurnal ilmiah hasil kegiatan PTK; 5) Tersusunnya laporan penelitian dari kegiatan PTK yang ditulis oleh guru; dan 6) Terbitnya jurnal edisi khusus yang memuat artikel hasil kegiatan PTK yang ditulis oleh guru. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan metode pelatihan, lokakarya, dan pendampingan. Pada akhir kegiatan program ini diperoleh hasil: 1) Sebanyak 27 orang guru SD Golongan IVa mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan secara utuh selama 26 jam pelajaran; 2) Terlaksana empat kali pendampingan dalam kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penulisan laporan PTK; 3) Tersedia 27 laporan hasil PTK yang sendiri oleh setiap peserta dengan bimbingan dan arahan tim pendamping; 4) Tersedia 27 artikel hasil PTK yang memungkinkan dimuat dalam jurnal berkala lokal, nasional, maupun nasional terakreditasi; 5) Terbentuk penerbitan berkala lokal "MANONJAYA" untuk publikasi hasil-hasil PTK guru; dan 6) Dua artikel terbaik yang siap dimuat pada terbitan berkala yang diterbitkan oleh lembaga di lingkungan UPI.Kata Kunci: Lokakarya, PGRI, PTK, SD. The Training and Assistance of Writing Paper for Elementary School TeachersAbstract: The main goal of this program is supplying elementary school teachers who have competence in writing paper on developing teacher profession. Operationally, the goals of program are: 1) supplying skilled teachers who are ready to do socialization many kinds of developing of teacher profession; 2) helping teacher to be able to develop their profession especially in writing scientific paper of result of classroom action research (PTK); 3) skilling teachers in conducting classroom action research in their classroom; 4) skilling teachers in arranging report of research and scientific journal article of PTK result, and 6) publishing special edition journal that contained the article of PTK result that written by teachers. For pursuit the goals, here it is using methods of training, workshop ad assistance. The success of a training activity is measured by how much change in the increase of knowledge, attitudes and skills of graduates, and the factors that influence these changes. Aim of this article to determine the effect of training effectiveness and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on behavior of participants after the training. The approach used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive method of research korelasional. Sampel is 30 respondents were taken by cluster sampling. Results this research is (1) Effect of training outcomes for the participants after the training in entrepreneurship behavior expressed by a simple linear regression equation that shows a positive price, the greater the degree of relationship between two variables is quite or moderate; (2) The effect of self-efficacy of the behavior of the participants after the training entrepreneurship is expressed by a simple linear regression equation that shows a positive price, the greater the degree of relationship between two variables is high or tight; (3) Effect of training and self efficacy results on the behavior of the participants after the training entrepreneurship is expressed by multiple linear regression equation that shows a positive price, with a large degree of correlation between these variables is high or tight
Year after year, the rate of violence among students rises. This is a conundrum because the phenomenon has already began to appear in high school. It is uncommon since a violent culture has a direct influence on students' academic success as well as several non-academic psychological characteristics. The study aimed to validate and develop a peaceful classroom scale. This study took place in Indonesia between 2020 and 2021, with 406 junior high school students (176 men and 230 females) participating by simple random sampling. A quantitative research methodology was used to analyze a survey design that distributes 25 items on a 5point Likert scale. The data analysis used the common factor analysis technique and Rasch model, "i.e.," Winsteps software version 3.73. Study results show 24 valid items, and the answer choices can be 4 or 7 points. As the representation of interaction between the person and the items as a whole, the Cronbach Alpha value is 0.94, which is in the excellent category. Furthermore, the person dependability rating is 0.82, which falls into the very good category as a reflection of the consistency of the participant's responses. This scale meets the criteria because it already has good psychometric properties so that it can be used to investigate peaceful classrooms at the junior high school level.
KRR AS A PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPING HEALTHY SEXUAL BEHAVIOR IN INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 4.0. Adolescents are in a transition period characterized by drastic physical changes, psychological instability, and adjustment of new social environments. The era of industrial revolution 4.0, which was marked by the acceleration of information and digitalization of life increasingly added to the challenges of adolescents to be able to achieve the task of sexual development. When adolescents fail to carry out their sexual development tasks, they can have negative implications for adolescent sexual behavior. Understanding and awareness of adolescent reproductive health (KRR) can be an alternative in developing healthy and responsible sexual behavior. This study aims to test KRR as a mode of intervention to develop healthy sexual behavior in adolescents. The research method uses a mixed-method by combining quantitative and qualitative data that supports each other. The research population of tenth-grade high school students was 250 students with a sample of 30 people. Purposive sampling technique by considering the pretest score on the average class is taken into consideration in the selection of samples—data collection by providing a scale of sexual behavior, observation, and interviews. The results of the study show: (1) in general the sexual behavior of students is at a level of caution towards the need for development; (2) The KRR consists of nine guidance content with an audio-visual based group guidance strategy; and (3) the KRR program is effective in developing healthy sexual behavior in adolescents.
