O propósito do artigo é apresentar os resultados de pesquisa sobre segurança do paciente a partir das percepções dos funcionários de uma instituição hospitalar de alta complexidade, localizada na região sul do Brasil. Trata-se de pesquisa aplicada, transversal, exploratória e descritiva, com design survey e abordagem quantitativa. À coleta de dados foi utilizado o Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC), desenvolvido pela Agency for Healthcare Research And Quality e validado no Brasil por Reis (2013). Participaram da pesquisa 646 (67%) entre os 960 funcionários do hospital. Como principais resultados do estudo foram identificadas como dimensões fortes para a segurança dos pacientes 'aprendizado organizacional', 'apoio da gestão hospitalar para segurança do paciente', 'frequência de eventos relatados' e 'expectativas sobre o seu supervisor/chefe' e 'ações promotoras de segurança do paciente. De outro modo, as dimensões ‘passagem de plantão/turno’ e ‘respostas não punitivas aos erros’ caracterizaram-se como frágeis para a cultura de segurança no hospital. Portanto, reforçar os aspectos promotores e intervir nos aspectos fragilizantes representam ações urgentes e necessárias a serem adotadas no hospital em tela, assim como em todo o sistema hospitalar.
RESUMO Objetivo Avaliar a efetividade de um programa de intervenção para famílias de crianças com deficiência auditiva. Método Pesquisa de intervenção, com delineamento longitudinal e análise estatística inferencial. Foram realizadas 20 sessões de intervenção, durante oito meses; destas, 19 ocorreram em situação de grupo e uma sessão foi individual. Para a análise dos dados pré e pós-intervenção, foram aplicados instrumentos específicos e realizado o registro em vídeo da interação da família com a criança após quatro e oito meses. Resultados Houve mudança clínica positiva confiável nas interações comunicativas das famílias com seus filhos, após 8 meses de intervenção. A necessidade de informações das famílias se modificou ao longo da intervenção e diminuiu para todas as famílias. Conclusão verificou-se a efetividade da proposta de programa de intervenção para famílias de crianças com deficiência auditiva.
O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar as posturas de professores de Educação Física do Ensino Fundamental Segundo Ciclo, a partir da tipologia da Teoria dos Estilos Parentais, propostas por Baumrind (1966). Buscou-se também analisar as possíveis influências das posturas dos professores sobre o clima afetivo das aulas de Educação Física. Para isso, foram observadas aulas de professores da rede pública de ensino de Campinas, registradas em diário de campo. Para organização e análise dos dados, utilizou-se uma adaptação do Questionário de Estilos e Dimensões Parentais (QEDP) – Versão Reduzida, que serviu como base para a relação entre os estilos parentais e a forma de atuação docente. Como resultado, foi percebida a predominância de condutas permissivas e a pouca autoridade dos docentes sobre seus alunos. Concluiu-se que os professores adotam posturas permissivas para evitar conflitos, o que torna suas aulas esvaziadas de conteúdo.
Introdução: Evidências na área da (re)habilitação auditiva infantil têm indicado a potencial ação transformadora da família como um fator robusto no prognóstico do tratamento. Fundamenta-se ainda que as intervenções devam basear-se na avaliação das necessidades das famílias. Objetivo: avaliar o impacto do enquadre terapêutico de grupo na diminuição das necessidades de familiares de crianças com deficiência auditiva. Método: estudo de intervenção realizado em um serviço de saúde auditiva do SUS, durante o período de seis meses, em que um grupo de 10 famílias de crianças com deficiência auditiva na faixa etária de 1 ano e 4 meses a 5 anos e 3 meses, usuárias de AASI ou IC, responderam ao Inventário das Necessidades Familiares nos momentos pré e pós intervenção, tendo o delineamento da intervenção sido realizado a partir das necessidades evidenciadas pelo instrumento aplicado. As sessões contaram com situações de dinâmicas de grupo, simulações, treino de habilidades e rodas de conversa. Realizada a análise estatística descritiva e indutiva, além da avaliação qualitativa, que contou com um grupo focal. Resultados: destacaram-se como tópicos de maior necessidade das famílias a comunicação com a criança com deficiência auditiva, assuntos sobre a perda auditiva e dispositivos auxiliares à audição, em especial, quanto ao implante coclear. A idade dos responsáveis e a escolaridade, bem como a idade cronológica e auditiva das crianças foram consideradas na análise de diminuição das necessidades de informações pelas famílias. Conclusão: houve impacto positivo do enquadre terapêutico em grupo nas necessidades dos familiares de crianças com deficiência auditiva.
