We present the final results of a study using the IRDI (Clinical Risk Indicators in Child Development). Based on a psychoanalytic approach, 31 risk signs for child development were constructed and applied to 726 children between the ages of 0 and 18 months. One sub-sample was evaluated at the age of three. The results showed a predictive capacity of IRDIs to indicate developmental problems; 15 indicators for the IRDI were also highlighted that predict psychic risk for the constitution of the subject.
TU)orque deve haver escolas para crianças psicóticas? Evidentemente, embora de um modo interrogativo, estamos fazendo uma afirmação: deve haver escolas para psicóticos. Isso quer dizer que não consideramos suficiente que existam hospitais-dia, instituições de internação parcial ou total, ou mesmo consultórios para tratamentos ambulatoriais^.É necessário que existam escolas. Por que? Há pelo menos três razões. A primeira é a que se refere às condições de aprendizagem ou às aprendizagens dos psicóticos. A segunda, é a que se refere ao fato de que na infância a psicose, numa proporção muito significativa, não está ainda totalmente decidida, ou seja, numa proporção muito significativa, nas crianças psicóticas, a psicose é indecidida. Aliás, é uma classificação que estamos propondo: psicoses indecididas como uma forma típica das psicoses na infância. Diferentemente do que acontece no sujeito adulto em quem não há psicoses indecididas, essa parece ser uma formação psicopatológi-ca própria da infância.Dizíamos, então, que há uma primeira razão relativa às aprendizagens dos psicóticos. Uma segunda razão, ou um segundo grupo de razões, a respeito da não decisão ainda da psicotização definitiva. E uma terceira razão de ordem social, que não por ser social é de menor importância para o sujeito psicótico individualmente considerado.
O autor traça um paralelo entre o tratamento comportamental e o tratamento psicanalítico do autismo, enfatizando as consequências respectivas tanto da concepção da “incurabilidade” do autismo, quanto da “aposta no surgimento de um sujeito”. Analisa a oposição entre os automatismos neurobiológicos inatos e a produção das estruturas psíquicas mínimas pela intervenção do Outro Primordial e, na sua substituição, pela intervenção do psicanalista, e evidencia a importância etiológica das identificações primárias. Fornece diretivas para um tratamento psicanalítico da criança autista, a partir de sua experiência como analista que segue a teoria lacaniana, em contraponto à abordagem de outros psicanalistas da escola inglesa.

Assim enunciada a questão, fica, certamente, marcada uma diferença, justamente porque não se inclui dentro das psicoses o autismo infantil precoce como mais uma delas. Considero -junto com muitos outros -que se trata de estruturas psíquicas diferentes. Ou seja, o autismo não é uma variedade dentro das psicoses, mas é outra coisa, outra forma de organização psíquica. Na verdade, não é nada fácil ser autista. Eu diria também que é mais fácil ser criança psicótica do que ser criança neurótica. Não estou falando de nenhum estudo de probabilidade, de nenhum estudo estatístico. Quando me refiro à facilidade, refiro-me à facilidade lógica, ao fato de que é menos complexo ser psicótico do que ser neurótico para uma criança. E menos complexo, o que não quer dizer que seja fácil do ponto de vista da vida. A vida se torna complicada quando a criança é psicótica. E mais fácil do ponto de vista de que as operações lógicas implicadas para que venha a se produzir um sujeito psicótico infantil são mais ou menos simples. THE AUTISTIC CHILD FACING THE WORD: A CONTROLED CASEThis Alfredo JerusalinskyEquipe; Queremos falar de João 3 , uma criança para quem o espaço do Educacional é muito difícil, é o tipo de enquadre que tem as regras mais definidas, as atividades pré-determinadas. E uma criança que muitas vezes penso que não deveria estar nesse grupo.Equipe: E, desse jeito que a montagem está colocada, não tem opção.Equipe: Mas será que isso só ocorre com ele? E com as outras crianças?Equipe: É a criança que fica mais distante. Não sei se seria clinicamente indicado que ele faça parte desse grupo. É uma coisa para pensar, me ocorre isto sempre. E uma criança que sempre que a gente faz qualquer tipo de demanda, principalmente demandas em que a palavra está colocada, parece violento para ele, ele grita, ele se morde. É uma atividade em que ele parece não ter interesse, a gente fica chamando para a atividade, e a cena se repete; dá chute na parede, quebra vidro, se morde... enquanto em outros espaços em que o enquadre é mais frouxo, vamos dizer, ele aceita... Equipe: Por exemplo, a gente, durante muito tempo, fez trabalhos em cima dos nomes das crianças, ou com letras móveis ou fazendo contorno, a intenção era montar o nome. Foi um tempo grande em que a gente trabalhou a escrita do nome. No final fazemos uma chamada, em que aparece o nome deles e em que eles são chamados a fazer uma assinatura, uma marca, de cada um. Ultimamente, a gente tem trabalhado muito com desenho, com materiais diferentes; hoje, por exemplo, a proposta era fazer desenho com durex coloridos. É sempre com uma atividade que a gente já traz meio determinada, não é uma atividade em que a criança abre o armário e escolhe o que ela quer fazer, é uma coisa que a gente pensa em função do que vem aparecendo no grupo; então, é dirigida, e diferente dos outros espaços que são um pouco mais livres.Equipe: Parece que este enquadre fica mais invasivo para ele, não é? Ele reage...Equipe: É porque neste grupo existem outras crianças que estão mais próximas da letra, então, o contraste fica maior.Equipe: Acho que este é um outro ponto, as diferenças nos grupos.Equipe: Eu não sei se a montagem amarra tanto. Imagino que a gente até pudesse introduzir o trabalho de um adulto saindo com determinada criança num certo momento. Mas o que você traz é mais sério, isso de oferecer enquadres duros para crianças que não querem saber disso. Acho que esse é o ponto.Equipe: Por exemplo, no caso de um autista bem autista, nós achamos que ele tinha de sair do grupo e ir só para o atendimento individual, porque a gente viu que realmente o grupo só produzia efeitos ruins.Equipe: Acho que, neste ponto, o João é uma criança difícil, porque tem momentos em que ele topa o trabalho, tem momentos em que parece violento, é mais difícil pensar.Equipe: Não é sempre que ao ser interpelado ele responde dessa maneira.Equipe: Estou lem...
