The application of GSCM (Green Supply Chain Management) practice in the leather tanning industry in Yogyakarta is still relatively difficult because the industry prefers manufacturing systems that can accelerate profit uplift without considering environmental quality. Therefore, this research attempts to measure GSCM performance applied in the leather tanning industry, particularly at PT. Asa Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is Green SCOR (Green Supply Chain Operations Reference) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Data collection in this research was by identifying the company's GSCM activities, then compiling performance indicators that refer to the green SCOR method. Weighting performance indicators are conducted to determine the importance of each performance indicator by using the AHP method. The results of this research indicate that the application of GSCM is quite good with the average value of the total GSCM performance >90, despite several improvements that are necessary to enhance the performance.

Abstract. Warehouse performance management has an important role in improving logistic's business activities. Good warehouse management could increase profit, time delivery, quality and customer service. This study is conducted to assess performance of retail warehouses in some supermarket located in Central Java and Yogyakarta. Performance improvement is proposed base on the warehouse measurement using Frazelle model (2002), that measure on five indicators, namely Financial, Productivity, Utility, Quality and Cycle time along five business process in warehousing, i.e. Receiving, Put Away, Storage, Order picking and shipping. In order to obtain more precise performance, the indicators are weighted using Analytic Hierarchy Analysis (AHP) method. Then, warehouse performance are measured and final score is determined using SNORM method. From this study, it is found the final score of each warehouse and opportunity to improve warehouse performance using peer group benchmarking

The role of the shopping center or mall becomes more important because of people likely to consider quality, service, and safety in shopping as their priorities. People will not have these when shopping in traditional markets. Shopping trolleys are transported tool that makes it easy for customers to shop, to carry purchased items in large quantities from one place to another at once. The problem that often occurs in the mall is not providing shopping trolleys that covers all areas of shopping, so do in Rita Pasaraya Tegal. Customers should hand-carry their purchased items. If the condition happened continuously, it would cause nerve trauma (carpal tunnel syndrome). Another problem is customer's tiredness when shopping because they have to walk around the vastness of all shopping areas in Rita Pasaraya Tegal. This study aims to design a portable shopping trolley with a scooter to minimize such impact. Furthermore, the Kansei engineering method is used to determine the parameter of design. This method can translate human's expression or needs into design so that the product fits what customers wish. The result of this research founds that five Kansei words represent customer's desire in designing portable shopping trolley with a scooter; fine design, not big, strong, easy to handle, and safe. Moreover, the concept design made has already meet customers wishes with Z-value of Stuart Maxwell test of marginal homogeneity greater than 0.05.

The readiness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to achieve competitive advantage greatly depends on the maturity level of their business processes, which ultimately affects business performance. Therefore, this study aims to assess the level of business process maturity in MSMEs. The studied MSMEs are Salakilo and Bontings, both engaged in the culinary industry. These two MSMEs are classified as superior MSMEs according to the Borneo MSME Gate and Bank Indonesia in 2021. The assessment of business process maturity is conducted using the Business Process Orientation Maturity Model (BPOMM) with four levels and nine assessment aspects. Data collection is done through the distribution of validated questionnaires by experts and MSME practitioners. The questionnaire items are tailored to the specific conditions of the studied MSMEs, making it easier for the MSME practitioners to understand each assessment indicator. The results show that there is a difference in the level of business process maturity between Salakilo and Bontings MSMEs. Salakilo MSMEs have achieved the Integrated level with a score of 6.6, while Bontings MSMEs are at the Linked level with a score of 5.8. Keywords: Maturity Model, Business Process, MSME

Body armor is a vital instrument for Tentara Nasional Indonesia-Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and Polisi Republik Indonesia-Indonesian National Police (POLRI) to protect themselves from any projectile penetration and the spread of explosive material. One type of body armor is soft body armor, commonly used for handling community riots. The forming material of soft body armor should be strong and flexible. For that, selecting appropriate materials to optimize their ability is necessary. This research aims to develop soft body armor with carbon–aramid and polyester laminate as materials using a quasi–static impact test. The method used was the Taguchi experiment, the advantage of which is its ability to optimize the desired quality characteristics based on the best factor. The results showed that the optimal combination of polyester and carbon–aramid composite materials showed a median result from the quasi–static impact test of 61 259.91 N with the optimum compositions of factor D level 1, factor A level 2, factor B level 1, factor E level 2, factor C level 2, factor F level 1, and factor G level 2.
