RESUMOA Revisão Integrativa justifica-se quando se quer conhecer um assunto com mais clareza. Nesse caso, justifica-se ainda, social e politicamente pela necessidade de aclarar a reflexão sobre a compreensão do adoecimento pela síndrome de burnout em diversos tipos de trabalhadores, tendo em vista seus diversos espaços e atuações laborais. O modelo que foi utilizado nesse estudo teve como base as diretrizes dos Principais Itens Para Relatar Revisões Sistemáticas e Meta-análises (PRISMA), com busca nas bases de dados: SCIELO, LILACS com os cruzamentos dos seguintes descritores e com o Operador Booleano AND que formou a seguinte combinação em uma única equação: "burnout and trabalho and esgotamento profissional" em português, inglês e espanhol. Compuseram a Revisão Integrativa 10 artigos dos 123 encontrados, sob seleção de leitura de títulos, resumo e leitura na íntegra. De acordo com os estudos os fatores que levam ao adoecimento pela síndrome de burnout são semelhantes em diversos tipos de trabalhadores, em que as formas de enfrentamento são mais de ordem individuais, sem comprovação cientifica segura para estratégias de tratamento, com exceção de técnicas de relaxamento quando comparadas a nenhuma outra intervenção, de acordo com a biblioteca Cochrane de Revisões Sistemáticas e Metanálises.Palavras chave: Síndrome de burnout, trabalho, esgotamento profissional .
Aim: to analyze the scientific production regarding the nursing care provided to high-risk pregnant mothers. Method: this is an integrative review, performed between September and October 2015 via PubMed, CINAHL, Web of Science, SCOPUS, SciE LO, ME D LI NE , LI LA C S and B D E NF databases, using the key terms “Nursing C are A ND Pregnancy”, and “H igh-Risk”, which resulted in 23 articles. The analysis of data was processed through IRAMUTEQ® software. Results: there were six classes, which represented interfaces of nursing care to high-risk pregnant mothers and that are related to: motivations, specialized care, education, nursing strategies, multi-professional assistance, and context of care. Conclusion: the care of high-risk pregnant mothers was evident through a quality pre-natal and home care, from the plan of individualized care organized by the nurse and by the multi-professional team, under family support and via use of light technologies.
Resumo Objetivo de promover reflexão sobre a palhaçaria, à luz da Educação Popular em Saúde. Descreve e analisa intervenções realizadas entre outubro de 2020 e dezembro de 2021, com usuários e servidores públicos no Sertão Central. A palhaça abriu alas para a territorialização e se mostrou potente tecnologia para uma atuação humanizada da enfermeira residente. Como interlocutora entre o saber científico e o popular, em sua corporalidade cenopoética, lidava de forma criativa e leve com assuntos tabus para a saúde comunitária, promovendo uma educação problematizadora e dialógica com seu público. A experiência fez-nos refletir nas lacunas de investimentos para viabilizar projetos como esse, fortalecendo a institucionalização da Educação Popular em Saúde. Assim, defendemos a implementação de formações e oficinas sobre conceitos, desafios e potencialidades da Educação Popular em Saúde. A palhaçaria, como proposta de atuação, é tecnologia transformadora que inspira o protagonismo à comunidade por meio de conhecimento, cuidado amoroso e arte.
Introduction: Currently, the violence against women occupies a prominent place Brasil, which places it as one of the priority issues in public health. Thus, it is aimed to analyze the profile of women victims of violence treated in Mossoro health services. Discussion: This study points out the need for health professionals have a differentiated view on abused women, giving moral, psychological support, do not be silent on this issue and therefore not be omitted nor hear the case. Method: Conclusion:An ethical and humanitarian assistance to comfort the suffering of women is needed, avoiding revictimization and further damage and identifying new cases and report the problem to gain visibility.
O empreendedorismo na enfermagem é um campo em crescimento que capacita os enfermeiros a assumir papéis inovadores e causar um impacto significativo na saúde, onde ele aplicará seus conhecimentos e habilidades clínicas em combinação com perspicácia nos negócios para identificar lacunas na saúde e desenvolver soluções de negócio criativas. Objetivou-se a sistematizar estudos que relatam sobre empreendedorismo na enfermagem e de que forma é realizado. Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática de cunho qualitativo, que segui as recomendações do PRISMA. Para formulação da pergunta de pesquisa foi adotado a estratégia PICOS, foram utilizados os descritores controlados: “nurse”, “entrepreneurship”, “career rise” e “administrative nurse”, com os booleanos AND e OR, o referido protocolo foi submetido ao Registro prospectivo internacional de revisões sistemáticas, e recebeu registro e parecer favorável. Foi realizado busca virtual das publicações indexadas nas bases de dados Pubmed, SCOPUS, Lilacs e Web of Science, por dois pesquisadores de forma independente, no mesmo dia e horário em computadores diferentes. A busca nas bases de dados gerou 1.717 artigos, dos quais 672 foram excluídos por estarem duplicados. Dos 243 artigos selecionados para a leitura do título e resumo, apenas 29 atenderam aos critérios de elegibilidade e após leitura na integra, foram incluídos na revisão 8 artigos. Observou-se ao sistematizar estudos que relatam sobre empreendedorismo na enfermagem, que empreender em enfermagem é algo relativamente novo quando se compara com outras profissões que já empreendem há muito tempo. Nesse contexto, na enfermagem o empreendedorismo vem sendo realizado através das clínicas de enfermagem, consultórios especializados em feridas, consultorias em amamentação e cuidados puerperais além dos cuidados com o recém-nascido e furo humanizado da orelha.
