[eng] A.Martinet et H.Savall - Dysfunction, hidden costs and performances in the enterprise. The purpose of this article is to show the qualitative and quantitative importance of unseen costs in the organization which are related to dysfunctions (absenteism, workers turn-over,...). After this, a reflexion on the concept of efficiency is driven, and the compatibility between economic and social goals is discussed.
