This article aims to describe: 1) explain the management of the Management Information System, 2) explain the decision making based on data in the Management information system. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. All collected data were then analyzed using data in a few stages from reducing data, presenting data, to drawing evaluation conclusions. Research informants were the Headmaster of MI Darussalam, the School operator, and Teachers. The results showed that. The Role of Management Information System in Decision Making in MI Darussalam: (1) The components in the Management Information System has been fulfilled, (2) management of management information systems centered on two people, (3) The flow of MIS management in MI Darussalam is the process of data input, data processing, and data storage, (4) The head of the Madrasah puts forward the principle of deliberation to make decisions. (5) The Management Information System is used as a database for making decisions and making program activities. (6) There is a Decisive Support System (DSS) that is used, but it is still constrained.
Organizational Culture in a school and Institution is highly reflected values and norms which is being the vision and mission of the institution in achieving its goals. The suitable culture in its application will have a positive impact on work motivation to improve teachers’ performance better. The good performances of Educators and education staff will make the achievement results in the organization increase. This analysis used the independent variable of culture organization and work motivation, and the independent variable is teacher performance. The sample in this study was the formal and informal teachers of MBI. In this study, the sample collection technique of the researcher used probability sampling in simple random sampling, and the data collection technique use questionnaire which was distributed directly to 60 respondents. The result of this study shows that organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y) either partially or simultaneously. In the thin study, there is an effect between X1 and Y partially as seen from the t-test result that the t research is 2.655 > t table is 2.00247, for the effects is 54,5%. And there is an effect between X2 and Y partially as seen from the t-test result that the t research is 2,181 > t table 2,00247, for the effects is 44.7%. And find the result of the calculation of the effect simultaneously that is 96.8%.
This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Mojosari Mojokerto, the type of research carried out was qualitative research methods. This research approach uses a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were principals, teachers/employees, and students. In collecting data, researchers used observation, interview, and documentation methods, while data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and triangulation. This study aims to find out how the planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision are carried out by school principals and to find out how the process of implementing and evaluating school principals in improving student achievement at SMAN 1 Mojosari. The results of the research carried out are: the management function carried out by the principal is to use planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. Furthermore, the strategy carried out by the principal is to plan programs for students starting from the lesson plans and extracurricular activities, while for teachers to make guided activities and guidance. In the process of implementation, the principal determines school policies, motivates educators and staff performance personnel, allocates human resources, and develops a culture of local school wisdom. Then in the evaluation process the principal monitors all the results of activities that have been carried out from the predetermined plans, measures individual and school performance, takes corrective steps.
The purpose of this article is to describe the implementation of an integrated curriculum based on multiple intelligences at the Riyadlul Jannah Islamic Boarding School, Mojokerto. This article uses a qualitative approach, in which this research was conducted at the Riyadlul Jannah Islamic boarding school, Mojokerto. Meanwhile, as an informant to find out what the researchers studied were the management coordinator, the student coordinator and the teachers. The data collection techniques in this study are in-depth interviews, observations or observations of educational activities, and documentation. And for the data validity technique, which includes source triangulation and data triangulation techniques. The results of this article are, namely: the history of the Riyadlul Jannah Islamic boarding school in Mojokerto, synchronization or integration between general education and Islamic boarding school education to support each other for a complete education, starting from the planning of an integrated curriculum which includes planning superior education programs and suggestions for infrastructure in the implementation of the practice. in-depth, integrated curriculum implementers in implementing each program or preparing natural resources, and integrated curriculum supervision which is carried out to become a benchmark in the achievement of students who are diverse or have multiple intelligences, and then can make development policies in future planning.
