ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran: (1) biaya pengeluaran; (2) penerimaan; (3)keuntungan; (4) dan besaran produktivitas pada usaha budidaya ikan lele dumbo Jani Jaya di Desa Lambusa Kecamatan Konda Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus (case study). Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari : harga lele, jumlah produksi, biaya yang di keluarkan. Data dianalisis dengan menngunakan rumus (1) TC= FC+VC (2) π = P.Q (3) π = TR-TC (4) TR/TC. Untuk menghitung total biaya pengeluaran dari usaha budidaya ini menggunakan rumus TC= FC+ VC. Hasil analisis menunjukan total biaya pengeluaran pada usaha ini sebesar Rp 26.569.937.- per siklus, dengan jumlah produksi sebesar 1.200 kg. Untuk menghitung besar penerimaan pada usaha budidaya ini menggunakan rumus π = P. Q Hasil analisis menunjukan besar penerimaanya sebesar Rp 30.000.000.- per siklus.Untuk menghitung keuntungan yang diperoleh dari asil usaha budidaya ini menggunakan rumus π = TR-TC. Hasil analisis menunjukan besar keuntungan yang diperoleh yaitu Rp3.430.063 per siklus. Untuk menghitung besar produktivitas usaha budidaya ini menggunakan rumus TR/TC. Hasil analisis menunjukan produktivitas usaha budidaya tersebur sebesar 1,12. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa usaha budidaya ini mengeluarkan biaya Rp26.569.937, dan memperoleh penerimaan Rp30.000.000, keuntungan Rp3.430.063 dan produktivitas sebesar 1,12 per siklus.Kata kunci: Produktivitas, Lele Dumbo, Budidaya
This study aims to determine the marketing communication system in an effort to increase tourism users of Naya Matahora Island Resort in Wangi-Wangi District, Wakatobi Regency. This research was conducted at Naya Matahora Island Resort in January - February 2021. Data collection was done by interview, observation, documentation and literature study. The method used in determining respondents is purposive and accidental sampling. The number of samples was 16 people, consisting of 1 tourist manager, 10 tourist users and 5 prospective tourist users. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study concluded that the communication system used to market Naya Matahora Island Resort tourism was by utilizing a marketing mix such as advertising through social media (instagram) and brochures offered to government agencies, sales promotion by providing promo prices and direct selling. However, the promotional communication system carried out through social media is less than optimal so it does not affect the increase in tourist users. The increase in the number of users from 155 people to 534 people was dominated by local tourism users who were only interested in using the swimming pool and enjoying food at the Naya Matahora restaurant. To increase tourism users, the manager should promote their tourism using social media, so that tourism marketing can reach a wider market. This study aims to determine consumer preferences forskipjack tuna consumers in Sodohoa Village, West Kendari District, Kendari City in January 2022. The method used is accidentasl sampling. The number of samples is this study was 30 samppes. The variables observed were fish size, price, color, cleanliness, and texture of skipjack tuna. Analysis of the data used is Conjoint Analysis. The results showed that the preferences of consumers namely skipjack tuna which is cheap, brightly colored, stiff textured, clean, with a size of 1 fish/3 kg. Fishermen's wives in Bajo Indah Village Soropia South East Sulawesi have been experiencing some difficulties to meet family needs solely from their husband income. Therefore, they joined the group receiving assistance from National Civil Investment Fund initiated by Indonesian government in 1999 to support micro and small corporations.Assistance is provided in the form of unsecured loans, and is returned within 25 or up to 50 weeks. This research aims to determine the impact of venture capital assistance from this fund to fishermen's wives in Bajo Indah Village South East Sulawesi. This research was conducted in December 2020. This study used census techniques and purposive sampling, with the number of respondents as many as 14 people (13 capital assistance recipients and 1 person from the fund provider). The data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Primary data such as fund allocation and usage were obtained through interviews using questionnaires whereas secondary data werefrom written reports on capital assistance to fishermen’s wives, books, journals, websites and print media as well as online media. The data obtained were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive data analysis. There were two types of micro and small businesses venture that was found in the village before capital assistance include single fishery and non-fishery business. After receiving capital assistance, there was a mixed business of fishery and non-fishery emerged in one household. This study found mixed type of business wasa dominant form of venture capital assistance utilization. In general, the fishermen wife received IDR. 6,670,000 as investment capital and IDR. 6,798,000 as working capital. The income of fishermen's wives after receiving business capital assistance increased by an average of IDR 7,733,333/month or by 33% compared to before receiving business capital assistance, which was IDR 4,975,000. This study indicated that business capital assistance from National Civil Investment Fund positively impacted the income of fishermen household in Bajo Indah Village through generating alternative livelihood that was run by fishermen's wife. Manajemen kerja mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Kelautan dan Perikanan Universitas Halu Oleo pada PT. Benur Top De Heus merupakan salah satu kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat terintegrasi Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam manajemen kerja perusahaan perikanan. Metode yang dilakukan melalui penerapan program kerja menjadi dua bagian yaitu konektivitas output kerja dengan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Batu Putih. Hasil pengabdian terdapat enam divisi kerja yang terdapat di PT. Benur Top De Heus yaitu divisi water, induk, post larva center, plankton, quality control, dan market. Dalam membangun konektivitas perusahaaan dengan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan limbah benur udang vannamei (PL 15) dari output kerja yang terdapat di hatchery dalam bentuk kegiatan produktif.
