This article discusses about role of leadership and motivation of school headmaster in improving teacher performance. By using literature review in education, this article found that teacher is a professional profession where he is required to make every effort to carry out his activities as best he can. The task of the teacher as an educator, teacher and trainer should be able to impact the students. The teacher as one component in teaching and learning activities, has a position that greatly determines the success of learning. The role of the school headmaster is very important and dominant in improving teacher performance, both in increasing competence and work motivation and in building effective work systems and creating a harmonious, safe and pleasant working atmosphere. The efforts of improving the quality of teachers must be continuously carried out by school headmaster in order to improve the performance of teachers into reliable individuals who will advance the school organization. Therefore, we need the ability of the leadership role and motivation of the principal to explore, disseminate, foster and develop the potential of the teacher in order to improve teacher performance in order to achieve educational goals
This article analyses strategies to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning. Descriptive analysis, which began with observation, interviews, and documentation, was used. Therefore, various types of data were collected related to the research problem. Data verification was conducted, and the data were interpreted to obtain answers. The results showed that the teacher's program was administrative preparation, innovative and varied methods using media, practice, memorization, deposit, and writing the Qur'an. The principal programs were performed with motivation, cooperation, assignments, and daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly review learning. Meanwhile, the evaluations focused not on essays and multiple choice questions but on open questions and attitude assessments. Supporting factors are the principal's policy, complete facilities and infrastructure, educators, high motivation, and internal and external inhibiting factors arising from the teachers and unbalanced facilities. Concerning the required efforts, teachers always participate in training activities and seminars, and the school continues to add a few facilities. In conclusion, the strategy for improving the quality of learning is based on teacher and school programs, student morals, and achievement.
This study aims to reveal the management of language politeness coaching through learning Islamic Religious Education at Creative Junior High School (SMP) IHAQI Boarding School Bandung. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection technique was done by triangulation; structured interview techniques with principals, vice principals, educators and students. Participatory observation techniques are carried out in activities and student financing programs. Documentation techniques by taking document or photo data related to student coaching activities. The results showed that; First, planning language politeness development through Islamic religious education learning at IHAQI Boarding School Bandung Creative Junior High School is done by compiling syllabus, lesson plans and journals, selecting suitable material / content and learning activities. Second, the implementation of language politeness development through Islamic religious education learning at IHAQI Boarding School Bandung Creative Junior High School is carried out directly by educators and deputy principals of student affairs. Third, evaluation of language politeness fostering through Islamic religious education learning at Ihaqi Creative Middle School in Bandung, namely the lack of development of polite speaking skills in students and it is felt that the method of politeness is ineffective when applied when learning online, so it needs proper formulation and more innovative language politeness exemplified in short learning time, especially in the PAI learning process.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengelolaan pendidikan akhlak siswa di SD Negeri Cingcin 02 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung, 2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan pengelolaan pendidikan akhlak siswa di SD Negeri Cingcin 02 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung, walaupun itu adalah sekolah umum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Cingcin 02 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung Tahun Pelajaran 2020-2021. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, karyawan, siswa, orang tua. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) pengelolaan pendidikan akhlak siswa di SD Negeri Cingcin 02 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung: a) dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler, ekstrakurikuler dan pembiasaan. Pelaksanaan manajemen berjalan secara terstruktur, terpadu dan normatif berdasarkan nilai-nilai Islam dan keteladanan. b) Kepala sekolah di SD Negeri Cingcin 02 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung telah melaksanakan fungsi manajemen yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, koordinasi, motivasi, pengendalian dan evaluasi. 2) Faktor keberhasilan pendidikan akhlak siswa di SD Negeri Cingcin 02 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung tidak terlepas dari kreativitas kepala sekolah dalam mengelola pendidikan akhlak siswa di sekolah. Meskipun merupakan sekolah umum dan jumlah pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam hanya dua jam per hari Minggu, pendidikan akhlak siswa di SD Negeri Cingcin 02 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung dapat dikatakan berhasil karena strategi yang digunakan efektif.
This research is motivated by a decline in morals which is increasingly widespread in this millennial era. The development of information technology that has entered the industrial revolution 4.0 has a huge impact on the behavior and culture that develops in society. Apart from positive things, of course the negative impacts are due to the very openness of information that can be accessed by all people, including children. Among them are the many hoaxes and trash information as well as misleading information. There needs to be a self-built filtration system to sort them out. One of them is the education system in schools. This phenomenon often becomes an apology for some people to give their scathing criticism of educational institutions. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the IHAQI Boarding School Creative Junior High School had good management in implementing the guidance method of the dakwah pattern. The planning of using the dakwah pattern as a learning method carried out by educators at the IHAQI Boarding School Creative Junior High School has been carefully planned. As for the implementation of the use of the da'wah method at the IHAQI Boarding School Creative Junior High School, it is felt that it has been carried out effectively. So that the evaluation of the use of da'wah patterns in learning at the IHAQI Boarding School Creative Junior High School is enough to give a very deep impression to all students to inherit Islamic values. It's just that there are several obstacles and constraints that occur at this Creative Junior Boarding School which is centered on the realm of communication.
