The complexity of the challenges posed by teaching staff who are not ready and do not understand multicultural education today has become a major obstacle, especially in the 4.0 era as it is today. In addition, materials and resources must be free from biases, such as social class, gender, ethnicity, religion, and urban bias. Thus, authors of sources, materials, need to use the perspective of multicultural education, democracy and human rights in Era 4.0 in terms of implementing Islamic education in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the urgency and reflection of multicultural education, democracy and human rights in Indonesia, where Islamic education today continues to experience its own complexities of challenges. The results of the study show that multicultural education can be implemented for teachers, leaders, school members and campus communities who have a multicultural attitude and have the ability to properly organize Islamic education in the era 4.0 which is full of challenges. This will also be a challenge, because schools in general cannot be separated from stereotypes and prejudices that stem from a sense of primordialism, ethnicity, religion and social class. There is the Islamic concept of Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin as a solution, and also a method of paying attention to the situation in the delivery of subject matter without disturbing the students' souls.
This research found that the Norma of Riba in Islamic Economics is a khilafiyah problem as well as the law of Bank Interest, in principle, mutual tolerance and mutual respect and respect for inter-opinions must be put forward. Prinsip dasar Manajemen Pendidikan Islam mengandung berbagai prinsip umum yang fleksibel sehingga ia sejalan dengan kemajuan dan perkembangan yang baik. Prinsip-prinsip inilah yang membedakan antara manajemen pendidikan secara umum dengan manjemen pendidikan Islam. Mengenai prinsip-prinsip manajemen pendidikan Islam banyak pakar pendidikan Islam yang berbeda pendapat. Maka dari itu di era yang serba digital ini yaitu Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 perlu adanya revitaslisasi kajian mengenai prinsip-prinsip dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam guna mewujudkan manajemen yang kokoh dan unggul. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dalam penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Adapun pendekatannya menggunakan pendekatannya kulalitatif. Penulis mengambil ayat-ayat yang berkaitan, antara lain yaitu Surat Al-A’raf ayat 29, Surat Al-Ahzab ayat 24, Surat Al-Zumr ayat 33, Surat At-Taubah ayat 119, Surat Muhammad ayat 21, Surat An-Nisa ayat 58, Al-Maidah ayat 8. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa prinsip-prinsip dasar dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam dan relevansinya dalam kehidupan Era Revlusi Industri 4.0 diantaranya meliputi prinsip ikhlas, jujur, amanah dan adil.
This study aims to analyze Islamic education within the socio-cultural and Islamic education dimensions in responding to the challenges of the industrial revolution era 4.0. This study uses a library research method. The results showed that in the scope of the socio-cultural dimension, Islamic education serves as a forum that can instill tolerance, prevent radicalism, and think moderately. Islamic education is also an instrument that can face the challenges of the this era, because unique personality development is the reason for the ability of Islamic education to survive in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. In relation to responding to the challenges of the industrial revolution era 4.0 of Islamic education, Islamic education will not be overlooked by the negative values of the impact of the this era, because Islamic education maintains strong values that come from the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. In addition, Islamic education does not close itself to technological sophistication, thus opening access to higher development and adapting to the needs of society. In addition, Islamic education is also not only oriented to worldly values but believes in ukhrawi values, which function as one's spiritual strength, which in this digital era spiritual values are starting to be abandoned.
The impact of changing times is so great, such as the 4.0 era as it is today for children, teenagers, and parents, who need to adapt to the current era. And it would be nice for us to provide an overview and understanding to our children in a way that is appropriate for their age in order to be able to grasp what we mean. And we should educate more with tenderness and love, the position of parents in developing children's nature, the implications of which in the 4.0 era are very important because with that we can be closer and easier in providing education. The educational method that we use may be done in realizing a disciplined and independent child's personality which stems from the child's desire to achieve happiness in the world and the hereafter. This research method is library research with the object of the verses of the Qur'an using several interpretations from the commentators including: Tafsir Jalalain Tafsir Ibn Kathir Tafsir Al-Maraghi to uncover and explore the Position of Parents in the Al-Qur'an, Role Parents in Developing Children's Fitrah, and Implications of the Role of Parents in Developing Children's Fitrah in the 4.0 era. The results of the study show that 1) The view of Islamic education regarding the nature of the child means that the position of the child has two opposing sides. One side of the child is the trust of Allah entrusted to the parents. On the other hand, children are nature for the lives of parents in particular and society and the environment in general. 2) The implications of the position of parents in developing children's nature, the implications of which in the 4.0 era are a necessity, as mufassir views and opinions Salaf scholars have different opinions in interpreting the word fitrah, the majority argue that the meaning of fitrah is Islam. So that it has become a joint obligation for parents to maintain the mandate of Allah SWT in the form of children, which in the 4.0 era children must be monitored and supervised to ensure that the child's behavior (behavior) as a child who was born naturally (good) in origin.
