Peningkatan mutu sumberdaya manusia menjadi isu penting dalam pelatihan. Saat ini model blended learning merupakan pendekatan pelatihan yang banyak digunakan dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan. Kajian ini bertujuan menganalisis model blended learning sebagai strategi pelatihan di lembaga pelatihan. Metode penelitian menggunakan kajian pustaka terhadap jurnal, berfokus pada pertanyaan mengapa blended learning diperlukan dalam pelatihan, bagaimana karakteristik blended learning, bagaimana penerapan blended learning dalam pelatihan, dan bagaimana efektifitas blended learning. Analisis kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa blended learning diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas pelatihan. Model pelatihan ini memadukan pendekatan pelatihan tatap muka dan online serta praktek. Dengan strategi pembelajaran campuran maka pelatihan menjadi fleksibel. Model blended learning dapat memudahkan peserta dalam mengakses materi dan bahan pelatihan, meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan kemandirian peserta sehingga pelatihan lebih efektif. Model blended learning ini dapat diterapkan sebagai model pelatihan pada lembaga kediklatan. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas blended learning dalam pelatihan perlu sarana prasarana teknologi informatika yang memadai dan kemandirian peserta.
Religious moderation is a national program to create a peaceful life. The attitude of religious moderation is developed in madrasas as the main values of life. The movement to realize religious moderation in madrasas needs to be started by teachers with an attitude of religious moderation. This study aims to describe the attitude of religious moderation of madrasa teachers and strategies for developing religious moderation in madrasas. The research begins with a literature review to examine the concept of religious moderation, attitudes of religious moderation and educational strategies for religious moderation. The research respondents were 111 madrasa teachers who participated in the training organized by the Surabaya Religious Education and Training Center. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire. The research instrument is in the form of a standardized religious moderation attitude scale, a questionnaire sent via google form upload to respondents. Data processing was carried out by descriptive statistics. The results showed that the religious moderation attitude of madrasa teachers was in the medium and high categories. Teachers' religious moderation attitudes vary in terms of education level, teacher job background, teaching specialization, employment status and gender. The attitude of religious moderation is important in realizing a peaceful life, therefore it is recommended to increase the attitude of religious moderation in teachers.
Pelatihan penggerak penguatan moderasi beragama diselenggarakan Balai Diklat Keagamaan Surabaya pada 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pelatihan penggerak penguatan moderasi beragama Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Kementerian Agama dan sikap moderasi beragama peserta pelatihan. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif penyelenggaraan pelatihan dan sikap moderasi beragama penggerak moderasi beragama. Responden penelitian berjumlah 135 orang terdiri dari guru, kepala madrasah, penyuluh, dan penghulu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket skala sikap moderasi beragama yang dikirim lewat unggahan google formulir kepada responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan pelatihan penguatan penggerak moderasi beragama cukup memuaskan. Sikap moderasi beragama peserta termasuk kategori tinggi.
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data tentang kepuasan peserta diklat terhadap layanan kediklatan widyaiswara Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keagamaan Surabaya. Penelitan ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor kepuasan peserta diklat. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada alumni Diklat Substantif Bimbingan dan Konseling Madrasah Aliyah tahun 2019. Instrumen tersebut meliputi dimensi tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy widyaiswara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan kediklatan yang dilakukan Widyaiswara Balai Diklat Keagamaan Surabaya telah memenuhi aspek tangible (penampilan fisik serta kondisi pelayanan widyaiswara), keandalan (kompetensi diklat yang dijanjikan dengan akurat dan terpercaya sesuapi harapan peserta), respon (bijaksana memberikan layanan cepat kepada peserta), assuransi (kemampuan melaksanakan tugas secara spontan yang menjamin kualitas diklat), dan empati (memberikan perhatian individual dan memahami peserta diklat). Kualitas rata-rata dan keseluruhan aspek telah menunjukkan nilai sangat memuaskan. Urutan kualitas paling memuaskan adalah pada dimensi: empati, assuranse, tangible, keandalan, dan respon widyaiswara dalam diklat. AbstractThis study aims to obtain data on training participants' satisfaction with the widyaiswara education service at Balai Diklat Keagamaan Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method to find out the training participants' satisfaction factors. Data collection instruments used a questionnaire given to alumni of the 2019 Madrasah Aliyah Guidance and Counseling for Madrasah Aliyah. These instruments included tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy widyaiswara dimensions. The results showed that the training services conducted by Widyaiswara Balai Diklat Keagamaan Surabaya have fulfilled tangible aspects (physical appearance and widyaiswara service conditions), reliability (training competence promised accurately and reliably according to participants' expectations), response (wise providing fast service to participants) , insurance (the ability to carry out tasks spontaneously that guarantees the quality of training), and empathy (giving individual attention and understanding of training participants). The average quality and overall aspects have shown very satisfying value. The most satisfying quality sequences are on the dimensions: empathy, assurances, tangible, reliability, and widyaiswara responses in training.
Implementasi kurikulum merdeka bertujuan pengembangan profil pelajar Pancasila. Bimbingan dan konseling sebagai komponen madrasah punya peran dalam pengembangannya. Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan profil pelajar pancasila, jenis dan strategi layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, untuk mengkaji pengembangan karakter pelajar Pancasila dengan strategi layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Simpulan studi ini bahwa pengembangan profil pelajar Pancasila Rahmatan Lil “Alamiin berupa kemampuan pelajar yang memiliki sikap dan perilaku beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan berakhlak mulia, berkebinekaan global, bergotong-royong, mandiri, bernalar kritis, dan kreatif. Guru bimbingan dan konseling berperan dalam pengembangan pelajar Pancasila melalui layanan bimbingan dan konseling dengan strategi yang sesuai kebutuhan dan tujuan serta potensi siswa.
[IMPLEMENTATION OF ONLINE GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING AT MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH IN EAST JAVA] Online guidance and counseling service is a service that is used during the pandemic. This study aims to describe the process and results of online counseling services in madrasas. The research method used is a survey with a descriptive approach. Research respondents were 383 students who received online guidance and counseling services at Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Questionnaires and interviews were used to collect the data. The instrument is uploaded in a google form, sent to the students through the guidance and counseling teachers. The questionnaire data were processed by descriptive statistics and analyzed through descriptive qualitative techniques. The results of this study indicate that online guidance and counseling services are carried out well. The online service process is fun and easy for students, the service is effective. There was an obstacle for several students due to the internet problem.
The training for strengthening religious moderation will be held by the Surabaya Religious Education and Training Center in 2022. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of training for strengthening religious moderation for the Ministry of Religion's State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and the religious moderation attitudes of the trainees. This research method is a qualitative descriptive of the implementation of training and the attitude of religious moderation that drives religious moderation. The research respondents were 135 people consisting of teachers, madrasa heads, extension workers, and penghulu. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire. The research instrument was in the form of a religious moderation attitude scale questionnaire which was sent via google form uploads to respondents. Data processing was carried out by descriptive statistics. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of training on strengthening the driving force of religious moderation is quite satisfactory. The participants' religious moderation attitude was included in the high category.
[RESEARCH ON INDEPENDENT LEARNING ACTIVITY UNIT (UKBM)-BASED LEARNING READINESS IN MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH]. Learning innovations are held to improve the process and learning outcomes, one of them is through the UKBM (Independent Learning Activity Unit). This study aims to determine the readiness of learning components in madrasah ibtidaiyah in the application of UKBM-based learning. The survey method was used to examine the readiness for implementing UKBM in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The respondents of this study were 54 State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Jombang. The research instrument was created based on the National Education Standards. Data collection was using a questionnaire with the help of “Google forms”. Data analysis was carried out in a quantitative descriptive way. The result of this study is that madrasah are ready to carry out UKBM-based learning. The components that have been prepared and ready are the competency standards of graduates, educators and teaching staff, the assessment system, management, and the learning process themselves, while some components which are needed to be improved are learning infrastructure.
