cÖZET Amaç: Bu araştırma el hijyeni uyumu ve hastane enfeksiyonlarının incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır.Yöntem: Araştırmanın evrenini Ordu Eğitim Araştırma Hastanesinin 9 yataklı karma yoğun bakım ünitesinde 1 Ocak -31 Aralık 2013 tarihleri arasında 3 er aylık dönemde enfeksiyon kontrol komitesince hazırlanan enfeksiyon raporlarının verileri ile el hijyeni gözlem raporlarının verileri oluşturmuştur. Bu veriler yoğun bakım ünitesindeki hastane enfeksiyonları, enfeksiyon hastalıkları ve klinik mikrobiyoloji uzmanları ve enfeksiyon kontrol hemşireleri tarafından laboratuvara ve hastaya dayalı aktif sürveyans yöntemi izlemleri ile elde edilmiştir. 433 hasta, 3361 hasta gününde hesaplanan (1 yıllık 3 er aylık dönemde hazırlanan) hastane enfeksiyon hızları ve aynı dönemde toplam 30 kişi üzerinde yapılan haberli el hijyeni uyum oranları raporları retrospektif incelenmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde yüzdelik dağılım kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: El hijyeni uyumu gözlemlerinde doktor grubunun uyum oranı %66.4, hemşire-ebe uyum oranı %73.9 ve temizlik personelinin uyum oranı ise, %66.7 olarak bulunmuştur. Araştırmada enfeksiyon hızları ventilatör ilişkili pnömoni enfeksiyon hızı %34, üriner kateter ilişkili-üriner sistem enfeksiyon hızı, %12.9 ve santral venöz kateter ilişkili kan dolaşımı enfeksiyonu hızı %7.9 olarak bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Hastane enfeksiyonlarının yüksek olması nedeniyle el hijyeni uyum oranlarının arttırılması ve etkin el hijyeni uygulamasının yapılması önerilebilir. Anahtar kelimeler: El hijyeni uyumu, hastane enfeksiyonu, hastane enfeksiyon hızı ABSTRACT Aim: This research was conducted to examine hand hygiene compliance and hospital infections.Method: The study's universe consisted of reports of infection reports and hand hygiene monitoring reports prepared for the infection control committee in the 3-month period between January 1 and December 31, 2013 at the 9-bed mixed intensive care unit of the Army Training and Research Hospital. These data were obtained from hospital infections, infectious diseases and clinical microbiology specialists in the intensive care unit, and active surveillance methods based on laboratory and patient by infection control nurses. 433 patients, hospital infection rates calculated on 3361 patient days (prepared in 1-year 3-month period), and reported hand hygiene compliance rates on a total of 30 people in the same period were used. Percentage distribution was used in the evaluation of the data. Results: In the observation hand hygiene compliance was found 66.7% compliance rate group of doctors, nurses and midwivesi compliance rate compliance rate of 73.9% and the cleaning staff, 66.7%. In this study,infection rates have been found 34%infection rate of ventilator-associated pneumonia, urinary catheteris associated urinary tract infection rate,12.9%, and central venous catheter-related blood stream infection ratewas 7.9 %. Conclusion: Due to high hospital infections, it is advisable to increase the hand hygiene compliance rates and to implement effective hand hygiene.
ÖZAmaç: Bu araştırma multiple skleroz hastalarının hastalık öncesi ve sonrası besin çeşitliliğinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem:Araştırma İç Anadolu Bölgesinde bir ilde bir Multiple Skleroz Derneği'ne kayıtlı hastalar ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini yukarıda belirtilen derneğe kayıtlı 473 hasta oluşturmuştur. Örnekleme yöntemi-ne gidilmeden evrenin tamamına ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Fakat araştırma planlı eğitim-seminer faaliyet günlerinde derneğe gelen 103 multiple skleroz hastası ile gerçekleş-miştir. Hastalardan 16'sı araştırmaya katılmayı kabul etmemiş ve hastalardan 7'si ise anketi tam doldurmamıştır. Araştırma 80 hasta ile tamamlanmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırma kapsamına alınan hastaların %73.8'i kadın, %58.7'si evli ve %68.6'sı ise sigara kullanmamaktadır. Hastaların hastalık öncesi tam tahıl ve kepek ekmek tüketimi %28.5 hastalık sonrası ise %44.5 olarak bulunmuştur. Sonuç:Hastaların hastalık öncesi ve sonrası tam tahıl ve kepek ekmek tüketiminde belirgin bir artış bulunmuştur. Multiple skleroz hastaları ile beslenme konusunda daha geniş araştırmalar planlaması önerilebilir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Multiple skleroz, Beslenme alışkan-lığı, Hemşirelik. ABSTRACTObjective: This study was carried out to determine comparison eating habits before and after disease of patients with multiple sclerosis. Material and Methods:Research was conducted with patients enrolled in the Multiple Sclerosis Society in a province in Central Anatolia Region. Population of the research consisted of 473 patients with the above-mentioned associations registered. All the population into were included in the study without sampling methods. Research was held with the 103 MS patients in the days of planned training-seminar activities of the association. 16 patients did not want to answer to the questionnaire and 7 patients gave incomplete data for questionnaires. Research was completed with 80 patients.Results: 73.8% of the patients enrolled in the study were female, while 58.7% were married and 68.6% are non-smokers. In this study was found a significant increase in consumption whole grains and bran bread after the disease (p<0.05). Conclusion:It is recommended further investigation with MS in nutrition planning.
Bu araştırma, idrar yolu enfeksiyonu (İYE) olan 15-49 yaş arası kadınların perine bakımı uygulamalarını incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Hastalar ve Yöntemler: Araştırma kesitsel ve tanımlayıcı nitelikte bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın verileri Ekim-Kasım 2013 tarihinde, Orta Anadolu'da bir tıp fakültesi hastanesinin üroloji polikliniğinde İYE tanısı konulmuş 15-49 yaş arası 199 kadından anket formu ile toplanmıştır. Veriler SPSS 21.0 ile analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistik kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmadaki kadınların %40.2'si 43-49 yaş arası, %82.9'u evli, %40.7'si ilkokul mezunu, %78.4'ü ev hanımı ve %50.8'inin ekonomik durumunun orta seviyede olduğu belirlenmiştir. Kadınların %94.0'ü beyaz iç çamaşırı, %40.3'ü penye iç çamaşır kullandığı, %42.3'ü 2-3 günde iç çamaşırı değiştirdiğini ve %48.7'si ise iç çamaşırını makinede renklilerle düşük ısıda yıkadığını belirtmiştir. Kadınların %72.4'ü ellerini tuvalet sonrası yıkadığını, %59.8'i menstruasyon döneminde günde 1-2 kez ped değiştirdiğini ve %56.5'i ise menstruasyon döneminde oturarak duş aldığını ifade etmiştir. Sonuç: Araştırma sonucunda kadınların perine bakımı uygulamalarına yeterince dikkat etmedikleri sonucuna varılmıştır. Anahtar sözcükleri: İdrar yolu enfeksiyonu, kadın, hemşire INVESTIGATION OF PERINEAL CARE PRACTICES OF WOMEN BETWEEN 15-49 YEARS OF AGE WITH URINARY TRACT INFECTION ABSTRACT Objectives: This study was conducted to determine perineal care applications in women between 15-49 years old and having urinary tract infection(UTI). Patients and Methods: The research was a cross-sectional and descriptive study. The data of the study were collected from 199 women aged between 15-49 years who were diagnosed as ITU in the urology polyclinic of a medical faculty hospital in Central Anatolia in October-November 2013. Data were analyzed with SPSS 21.0. In the analysis of the data were used descriptive statistics. Results:The women in the study 40.2% were between 43-49 years old, 82.9% were married, 40.7% were primary school graduates, 78.4 were housewives, and 50.8% were in the middle-income bracket. 94.0% of the women used white underwear, 40.3% used combed cotton, 42.3% changed their underwear every 2-3 days, and 48.7% washed their underwear with colors in the washing machine. 72.4% of the women reported washing their hands after using the toilet, 56.5% changed hygenic pads 1-2 times a day during menstruation, and 59.8% were seated when showering. Conclusion:As a result of the research, it was concluded that women did not pay enough attention to the application of perineal care.
