The purpose of this study is to analyze an information system that is necessary for logical decision-making, so it requires an understanding of the problem and knowledge of alternative solutions. This study report was carried out using a descriptive qualitative method by reviewing scientific articles taken from Google Scholar by taking notes. The results of the study, that more precise information results in better decisions. The quality of information depends on 3 (three) things, namely, the information must be accurate, timely, and relevant. The elements in decision-making that must be considered are the purpose of decision-making, identification of decision alternatives to solve problems, calculations of factors that cannot be known beforehand or are beyond human reach, and the means or tools used to evaluate or measure the result of a decision.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of e-Trust to e-Loyalty, the relationship of e-Service Quality to e-Loyalty and the relationship of e-trust to e-Service Quality. The research method used in this research is quantitative research and explanatory survey. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 566 bank customers who use the e-Banking application. The number of respondents was 566 respondents who were selected by simple random sampling of e-Banking application users in Tangerang. To analyze the data from the measurement results of the independent and dependent variables through an online questionnaire. The statistical data processing tool used in this research is SmartPLS 3.0. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that e-Trust has a positive and significant effect on e-Loyalty, e-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on e-Loyalty, e-Trust has a positive and significant effect on e-Service Quality.
Abstrak Pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan merupakan pelayanan awal yang diberikan oleh Rumah Sakit kepada pasien. Pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan di RSUD Tebet Jakarta sudah terkomputerisasi dengan berbasis website. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah meninjau sistem informasi yang ada di pendaftaran tersebut dapat terminimalisir. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif bersifat analisa kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian, RSUD Tebet Jakarta sudah melakukan pendaftaran pasien secara komputerisasi berbasis website, dengan menggunakan aplikasi yang bernama Hospital Information System (HIS) yang dibuat oleh RSUD Tebet Jakarta dan bekerja sama dengan vendor. Aplikasi Hospital Information System (HIS) tersebut masih terdapat kendala-kendala yang sering muncul diantaranya adalah untuk pencarian data pasien lama yang tidak membawa kartu berobat yang dilakukan telah sesuai dengan aturan Rekam Medis yaitu hanya memasukkan tanggal lahir pasien namun di RSUD Tebet masih terdapat duplikasi data pasien saat dilakukan pencarian data pasien berdasarkan tanggal lahir dikarenakan didalam sistem database data pasien yang berupa tanggal lahir tidak dijadikan sebagai primary key. Maka dari itu disarankan untuk RSUD Tebet Jakarta untuk memperbaiki database yang berupa tanggal lahir pada tabel pasien menjadi primary key untuk menghindari terjadinya duplikasi data pasien di dalam sistem dan terjadinya duplikasi data.
Puskesmas kecamatan Penjaringan Jakarta Utara telah menerapkan sistem informasi ENA untuk segala bentuk kegiatan pencatatan data, rekam medis, dan layanan kesehatan lainnya. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada sistem informasi ENA sejak tahun 2017 adalah proses update sistem, dan proses validasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan atau proses, dan Standar Prosedur Operasional sistem informasi ENA. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah petugas puskesmas dengan masa kerja lebih dari dua tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ENA sudah cukup baik karena sesuai dengan Standar Prosedur Operasional yang telah ditetapkan. Beberapa layanan pada sistem informasi ENA, seperti validasi sistem BPJS (P-Care) kurang maksimal karena proses validasi tergantung pada jaringan internet yang di sediakan. Pelatihan secara internal terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi ENA perlu dilakukan, karena adanya perubahan atau perkembangan fitur-fitur sistem. Antivirus dan keamanan jaringan menjadi hal yang perlu di tingkatkan lagi untuk keamanan data dan mengurangi resiko kerusakan perangkat lunak yang mempengaruhi kinerja komputer.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of E-satisfaction on E-repurchase intention of Online SMEs users, to determine the positive effect of E-service quality on E-repurchase intention of online SMEs and to determine the positive effect of E-service quality on e-satisfaction. of Online SMEs. This research is focused on SMEs Online consumers in Tangerang, this type of research is quantitative with a sample of 566 respondents with the data collection method using a questionnaire via google form, using a non-probability sample. Data analysis using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. And based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that E-satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on E-repurchase intention, E-service quality had a positive and significant effect on E-repurchase intention of online SMEs and E-service quality had a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction of Online SMEs.
The Health Information System was developed primarily to support health management. The information system used is more focused on a computer-based information system supported by a medical record unit. Electronic Medical Record is the use of information technology devices for collecting, storing, processing and accessing data stored in patient medical records in hospitals in a data-based management system that collects various medical data sources. In managing the health information system, providing access to patient data in digital format, it is hoped that it will make it easier for medical officers to track patient data from time to time, making it easier to obtain patient health information. The process of implementing the system management in this study can be divided into five things, namely: 1.Human Resources, 2.Policies and institutions, 3. System implementation, 4. Data and its management, 5. Access and data integration. This serves to improve the quality of comprehensive health services to patients and medical personnel in helping to provide better health services. In the integrated patient health information system management model, it must provide access to patient health information and allow the exchange of data managed by several medical officers, patient data managers and other hospitals. This is supported by a health information system equipped with a data security system and support from the head of the hospital.
Network quality monitoring can provide services in the provision of computer network performance in the provision of data transmission according to the level of aspects related to the performance of network infrastructure systems and the number of clients operating for each computer. During the day, at certain hours, many subscribers use the network when the connection is blocked, and the graphics on the screen reach their highest levels. By monitoring computer network installation graphics, Axence netTools software needs to know bandwidth management to overcome network congestion by analyzing the QoS (quality of service) of computer network data transmission. The purpose of this study is to provide quality of service presentation material on LAN infrastructure performance using the TIPHON standard to measure LAN performance and analyze the factors that influence the results of quality of service measurements and obtain packet loss, delay, jitter based on class classification and average bandwidth value, according to TIPHON. The research method used is observation, interviews, literature study, monitoring, and qualitative descriptive research methods. The results showed that the percentage value of quality of service based on the TIPHON standardization was 66.66%. This result was classified as "unsatisfactory" because the average packet loss was 40%. The average percentage of delay is 115ms, and the average percentage of jitter is 7.5ms. The factors that affect the QoS index results are the distance of computer network transmission facilities and the need to monitor computer networks when adding and maximizing bandwidth according to TIPHON standards.
In this era of digital technology, development makes it easier for humans to do things such as seek treatment easily and practically. Descriptive method using quantitative analysis. This research was conducted at Gatot Soebroto Army Central Hospital with a sample of 45 offline and 45 online, and 7 registration officers. SOP only covers offline, for SOP online still does not exist. Most of the patients in offline and online registration stated that the quality of service, knowledge, experience, and satisfaction was good. Officers feel that there has been a change since the online registration because it has become a new thing in the surgical polyclinic because the officer at registration at the surgical polyclinic assumes that it is necessary to socialize with patients on the online application because the majority of patients do not register online because they do not know how to register online, especially patients Elderly officers are of the opinion that online registration makes it easier at the registration section.
