Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui model Webinar (Website Seminar) yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan minat peserta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dimana data didapatkan melalui studi pendahuluan Pustaka dan survey peserta seminar online kegiatan E-guru, yang terdiri dari pengajar, wakil kepala bidang kurikulum, praktisi Pendidikan, mahasiswa, dan pengelola sekolah. Survey berisi item preferensi para peserta dalam mengikuti suatu webinar. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa para peserta antusias mengikuti suatu webinar berdasarkan keahlian narasumber (kebidangan), topik yang relevan, sertifikat yang diberikan, dan cara pemateri menampilkan presentasi dengan interaktif dan jelas. Dengan demikian, desain suatu webinar perlu dirancang dengan baik, agar pesan atau informasi yang disampaikan jelas, serta peserta memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dalam mengikuti suatu Website Seminar (WEBINAR)
Startups as solutions to various problems in Indonesia are now starting to get the spotlight. But of the many companies that develop startups in the world, only a few are able to survive and succeed in generating profits. According to Forbes, the failure rate in startup businesses reaches 90%. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors or obstacles for a startup to be able to develop. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study methods and data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews with the aim of digging up detailed information. Questionnaires and interviews were distributed to educational startups that had completed the CIAS incubator program, namely Learning Hours, Learning and Chit Chat Apps startups. Based on the research results, there are findings that all startups that have survived so far must have experienced obstacles. Various kinds of obstacles were found in this study, including difficulties in finding investors, inadequate human resources, and lack of funds to carry out business development. The results of this study are expected to be a valuable reference, especially for incubators and startup actors in developing their startups in the future.
The aim of the study developed a coffee barista education curriculum. This study focused on four developed components, comprised objectives, learning experiences, organizing learning experience, and evaluation or achievement of the curriculum. Research methodology based on research and development methods. Data collection techniques applied structured interviews and direct observation. The subjects were participants of barista training that never been participated in any barista training before. The results of this study found that the Barista education curriculum was effectively Implemented. Through this research, would have been create a guideline or authentic script the Barista Education Curriculum. This research would also strengthen theory of curriculum development, where the legitimacy of curriculum development needed to be developed continuously, in order to get tentative goals.
Teknologi yang semakin maju membawa efek dan dampak kepada pekerjaan semakin mudah untuk dilakukan. Mudahnya akses internet membuat para pelaku usaha memanfaatkan ini untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Penelian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rasa skeptis dan keingintahuan yang besar pada efektivitas dan seberapa besar pengaruh dari penggunaan tagar atau hashtag pada media sosial khususnya instagram pada bidang usaha thrift. Penggunaan metode di dalam observasi dan penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dengan melibatkan 4 narasumber yang memiliki usaha thrift dan juga kajian literatur dari berbagai sumber di beberapa jurnal sebagai penguat dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian ini, para pelaku usaha thrift yang kami wawancarai sepakat mengatakan bahwa penggunaan hashtag dalam penjualan di instagram membantu dalam meningkatkan penjualan.
The pandemic of Covid 19 requires teachers to guide their students through distance or online learning. Effective learning should always be explored so that students' learning outcomes does not decrease during this pandemic. It is certainly not easy to carry out effective and fun learning for students. Teachers keep always try the latest ideas every single time. Interactive video is one of the most appropriate strategies to solve learning problems in the classroom. This study aims to find out: 1) the percentage of students who responds positively to animative-interactive learning videos; 2) the percentage of students who does not respond to animative-interactive learning videos; 3) the percentage of students who responds negatively to interactive learning videos. This data was gained from 104 students of elementary school throughout in District of Tasikmalaya and Majalengka who learned Social Studies. Overall results analyzed through percentage form based on the students' response qualifications. The study was conducted by three observers who researched in different primary schools. Through this research, it was obtained that the use of Animative-interactive learning videos was effectively implemented as a learning strategy during this pandemic covid 19. The use of this media was also appropriate to be applied in the subjects of primary school of class of VI, because it was able to increase interest and explore the creativity of students. Through suitable analysis of the characteristics of learners, this type of media would be a reference for teachers to the implementation of learning that should use learning media that was fun and liked by students.
