The Covid-19 pandemic has forced business actors and/or MSMEs to adapt to the wave of disruption. There was a change in the way people shopped, a channel shift. People are abandoning traditional shopping in favor of shopping in the market online. However, there are barriers to MSMEs going digital, such as perceptions of benefits, business age, and HR competencies. This study aims to assist MSMEs in overcoming barriers to e-commerce use during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Because, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises are the most vulnerable businesses in a pandemic situation. This is a qualitative type of study. Data collection techniques include listening for and recording important information in order to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. This study concludes that in the crisis era, MSMEs that have been in operation for a long time must determine a change in mindset and level of maturity in determining the stance or belief of each step of adopting new technology. Several education, training, exhibition, and mentoring programs must be implemented in order to meet the needs of qualified human resources in e-commerce.
Student productivity in higher education is still a problem. In the digital era, technology is increasingly developing and provides convenience for doing various things, including in terms of learning. The purpose of this study will be an analysis of the role of ChatGPT in helping to improve the quality of student productivity. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. This study concludes that ChatGPT can make a significant contribution in improving the quality of student productivity. This language model can help students in various ways, such as providing useful information and resources, helping to improve language skills, facilitating collaboration, increasing time efficiency and effectiveness, and providing support and motivation.
This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of e-commerce adoption on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The TOE model framework is used, but the individual context is added as a criticism of the framework as an influential factor in e-commerce adoption. Six intriguing variables were examined with five hypotheses. The questionnaires were distributed to 191 MSMEs in the food and beverage industry using Google forms and sent via WhatsApp application in order to derive their opinions or assessments, which were used as the data collection method in this study. In this study, structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS) was used as an analytical tool. The results of the study show that there is a significant relationship between technology, organizations, and individuals and the variable e-commerce adoption, which is expected to have a significant impact on MSME performance. MSMEs should be better able to take advantage of the opportunities presented by the business environment to improve their performance through the use of e-commerce. As a result, MSME owners are advised to use explicit competitive strategies through various activities carried out by the functional departments of the organization, such as emphasizing their advantages or expertise. In addition, the government must continue to take steps to improve human resource skills in e-commerce through various coaching, competency, and training opportunities.
<p>Teknologi yang semakin berkembang dan maju di sektor bisnis telah membuat pelaku Usaha Kecil dan Mengengah melakukan inovasi pelayanan yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan teknologi <em>e-commerce</em>. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor teknologi, organisasi, lingkungan terhadap adopsi <em>e-commerce</em> dan kinerja serta menganalisis pengaruh adopsi <em>e-commerce</em> terhadap kinerja UKM. Objek penelitian ini adalah UKM yang berada di Kabupaten Subang. Teknik <em>probability sampling</em> yang digunakan adalah <em>Multistage Random Sampling</em> untuk menentukan sampel penelitian. Sejumlah 87 UKM di Kabupaten Subang dijadikan responden. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa faktor teknologi dan organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap adopsi <em>e-commerce</em> dan faktor yang memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM adalah teknologi dan adopsi <em>e-commerce</em>. Adanya layanan jasa berupa <em>e-commerce,</em> konsumen dapat mengakses serta melakukan pesanan dari berbagai tempat, maka segala layanan yang diinginkan oleh para konsumen dapat segera ditindaklanjuti. Dengan demikian UKM di Kabupaten Subang akan mampu memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik. Sehingga, sanggup meningkatkan penjualan dan laba, efisiensi, serta kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini tiba pada suatu saran bahwa UKM yang telah memanfaatkan <em>e-commerce </em>harus diikuti dengan pemahaman mengenai pengendalian akses dan keamanan <em>e-commerce</em> itu sendiri bukan hanya bisa memakainya saja. Oleh sebab itu, apabila teknologi digital yang digunakan masih baru, para pemilik UKM dengan segera harus mempersiapkan fasilitas pelatihan kepada karyawan yang ada meskipun dengan modal yang tidak sedikit.</p><p> </p><p><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p><em>Technology that is increasingly developing and advanced in the business sector has made business actors to innovate services related to the use of technology e-commerce. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of technological, organizational, environmental factors on adoption e-commerce and the performance of SMEs and analyze the effect of adoption e-commerce on the performance of SMEs. The object of this research is SMEs in Subang Regency. The probability sampling technique used is Multistage Random Sampling to determine the research sample. A total of 87 SMEs in Subang Regency were used as respondents. The results of this study prove that technology and organizational factors have a significant positive effect on adoption e-commerce and factors that have a significant positive influence on SME performance are technology and adoption e-commerce. The existence of services in the form of e-commerce, consumers can access and place orders from various places, then all services desired by consumers can be immediately followed up. Thus, SMEs in Subang Regency will be able to provide the best service. Thus, it can increase sales and profits, efficiency, as well as customer satisfaction. This research arrives at a suggestion that SMEs who have used e-commerce should be followed by an understanding of access control and security of e-commerce itself, not only can use it. Therefore, if the digital technology used is still new, SME owners must immediately prepare training facilities for existing employees, even with large amounts of capital.</em></p><p><em><strong><br /></strong></em></p>
The twenty-first century is a century of knowledge, discovery, and innovation, with rapid advances in science and information technology marking significant developments. The level of competitiveness within organizations is increasing. This truth motivates entrepreneurs to grow in order for their business to thrive. The major goal of this research is to see how intellectual capital and innovative work behavior affect business performance in SMEs. The author then explains the three constructions' conceptual structure. To further understand the relationship between variables, quantitative methods based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Squares (PLS) variance were used. Participants were chosen from SMEs in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, via an online questionnaire. The findings of this research show that intellectual capital and creative work behavior have a positive and significant effect on business performance. SMEs can use intellectual capital to define expected performance and as a tool to evaluate performance in order to develop employees who will be able to meet the needs of SMEs in the future. Furthermore, it demonstrates that SMEs, not just large corporations, can attain high levels of performance through synchronizing intellectual capital and innovative work behavior.
