The purpose of this paper is to explore the link between supply chain capability and supply chain operational performance. In addition, the current study investigates the mediating role of technology integration and logistic integration between supply chain capability and supply chain operational performance. The firms in Tin industry of Indonesia are chosen as the sample of the study. To achieve the objectives of the current study, structural equation modeling is used using smart PLS. Data is collected through mail and telephonic survey. The responses are collected through the postal and electronic mail, questionnaire survey. According to the direct results, it is shown that all hypotheses were meaningful (α = 5%). The mediation effect of technology integration and logistic integration in the relationship between Supply Chain Capability and Supply Chain Operational Performance (SCOP) was examined. The results of mediation show that for logistic integration mediation hypothesis, the results was meaningful (α = 5%), whereas for the technology integration the results was not significant. The results of the study are useful for policymakers, practitioners, operation managers in understanding the link between human resource management and operational management. ensee Growing Science, Canada by the authors; lic 9 © 201
This study aims to find out the picture, find a solution, and increase the pedagogical competence of teachers in 4 junior high schools under the guidance of researchers. The research subjects were Pohuwato district, namely SMPN 2 Wanggarasi, SMPN 2 Dengilo, SMPN 2 Randangan dan SMPN 3 Marisa. Data collection in this study was carried out by observation, and documentation. In this study data validation was done by triangulation technique. Data analysis starts from the field or empirical facts by going into the field, observing, studying, analyzing, interpreting and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the teacher's pedagogical competence increased from 2 teachers or 9.09% in the pre-cycle, to 10 teachers or 45.45%, and in the last cycle increased to 100% or all teachers were stated to have increased pedagogical competence. This indicates that clinical supervision by school supervisors has proven effective as an effort to improve teacher pedagogical competencies in the 4 Guidance Middle Schools.
This study aims to find out every educational institution has a unique style of leadership and has a tendency of closeness with certain leadership indicators. The method used in this research is cluster analysis belonging to interdependent analytical technique and aims to mapping based on grouping of leadership variable in nonformal education in Gorontalo province 2017. This analysis is done by placing observation simultaneously to then do the calculation as reference Profiling characteristic descriptions of each cluster to explain the differences that occur in each indicator. The researcher compiled a questionnaire in measuring the leadership type of multifactor leadership questionnaire. The standard deviation data results from each indicator are used in hierarchical and non-hierarchical cluster analysis. The results showed 1). These clusters of educational institutions have a transformational leadership model and emphasize the leaders' charism and especially the motivation of their members. 2). This cluster of educational institutions has a transactional leadership model but has a combination of transformational leadership characteristics, especially motivation. This cluster can be called Transactional and Motivational, 3). These clusters can be interpreted as educational institutions that have a transformational leadership model but have a combination of transactional leadership characteristics, especially exceptions. These clusters can be called Transformational and Exceptions, 4). These clusters can be interpreted as educational institutions that have a transformational leadership model and emphasize the leader's charism and especially the intellectual stimulation of its members. This cluster can be called Transformational Intellectual and Charismatic.Research suggestions that the transformational model or transactional model is the best model that can be used to achieve the best results in accordance with the conditions that exist in each unit of non-formal education.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
