Abstrak: Pendidikan diharapkan dapat mengembangkan perilaku kreatif, produktif, efisien, dinamis, dan dapat menghasilkan output yang berkualitas. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan harus mampu membuat terobosan-terobosan yang berkualitas pula. Di antara terobosan yang sedang marak disosialisakan saat ini oleh pemerintah adalah program full day education. Konsep full day education atau full day school ternyata dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif pada peserta didik terutama pada perkembangan sosial mereka. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan yang baik bagi anak agar ia menjadi manusia yang seutuhnya adalah harus memperhatikan halhal berikut: 1), kesempatan yang penuh untuk bersosialisasi; 2) kemampuan komunikasi anak; 3) motivasi anak untuk melakukan; dan 4) metode belajar yang efektif dengan bimbingan yang tepat bagi anak. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, sekolah full day. Abstract: Education is expected to develop creative, productive, efficient, dynamic behaviors, and it can produce a qualified output. Therefore, education should be able to make breakthroughs in quality as well. Among the proposed breakthrough today is a fullday education program. The concept of full-day education or fullday school was found to have a negative impact on students, especially in their social development. Therefore, a good education for the child to form them to be a human being is the need to pay attention to the following points: 1), a full opportunity to children to socialize in their environment; 2) The child's communication skills; 3) the child's motivation to do something; and 4) An effective methods of learning with proper guidance for children.
This study aims at developing character-based thematic teaching materials using Mind-Mapping Plus Model. It is expected that the teaching materials could foster students' positive behavior. The outcomes of the study are teaching materials, guidebooks, and worksheets. These products were assessed in the aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. They have also been tested on teachers and thirdgrade elementary school students in Bone regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Data collection was conducted through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and testing. The results showed that the teaching materials, guidebooks, and worksheets are valid, practical and effective to be disseminated and implemented in learning.
The Qur'an revealed to this world is a guide and a mercy to humans in this world, because the Qur'an is solely to help mankind as a guide for their life. People who read the Qur'anul Karim are expected not only to know how to read it but are also expected to be able to understand the contents of the content, therefore, the methodology of understanding the Qur'an needs to be known and studied in order to have more faith in the Qur'an. 'an is getting stronger. In terms of verse division, the scholars classify the verses in the Qur'an, there are differences in determining the verses and letters that were revealed in the city of Mecca and the verses that were revealed in the city of Medina so that they the scholars define Makkiyah and Madaniyah. Makkiyah is what was revealed in Mecca, even though it was revealed after the hijrah, Madaniyah is what was revealed in the city of Medina so that from this definition the word contains three elements, namely 1) Time, 2) Location and 3) The target of the verses and letters that were revealed. Place criteria as the basis for classification without considering its effect on the text in terms of content and form. This study examines the application of the Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review (PQ4R) learning model to improve reading comprehension learning outcomes for fifth grade students of UPTD SD Negeri 28 Barru. The approach used is a qualitative approach and the type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects in this study were teachers and students of class V UPTD SD Negeri 28 Barru with a total of 14 students consisting of 6 boys and 8 girls. This study consisted of 2 cycles and each cycle consisted of 1 meeting. The data collection techniques used were observation, tests and documentation. Based on the research data in the first cycle the teacher's observations are in category C, the results of student observations are in category C and student learning outcomes show 43% completeness and are in category K. In cycle II the teacher's observations are in category B, the results of student observations are in category B and student learning outcomes show completeness of 79% and are in category B. Supervisi atau pengawasan dilaksanakan sebagai usaha dalam memastikan bahwa seluruh kegiatan berjalan sebagaimana mestinya sekaligus sebagai antisipasi ketika ada persoalan yang perlu ditindak lanjuti dengan serius. Dalam lembaga pendidikan sepervisi sebagai kontrol utama bagi kepala madrasah dalam memastikan kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar menyesuaikan dengan tujuan yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian ke MA Az-Zubair Tlanakan Pamekasan tentang implementasi supervisi dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan yang terdiri dari tiga fokus penelitian yaitu: 1) Bagaimana implementasi supervisi dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan di MA Az-Zubair Tlanakan Pamekasan; 2) Faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat pelaksanaan supervisi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan di MA Az-Zubair Tlanakan Pamekasan; 3) Bagaimana dampak atau implikasi supervisi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan di MA Az-Zubair Tlanakan Pamekasan.
