The problem of the research. The ability to manage time, build and implement the self-development path is the universal future teacher competence, reflected in the new educational standards. The question how to ensure the abilities formation associated with managing one's own person's resources (time management, stress management, self-presentation) arises. The interdisciplinary integration of some psychology and management sections provides the necessary student's self-motivation, planning their own activities, decision making and control. The self-management skills' demand in the professional teachers' activities, and, accordingly, the need to focus attention on the educational organizations administration are considered in the works of Galaguzova and Dorokhova (2017). In these works, the incorporating forms necessity, methods and means into the educational process that promote the knowledge's development, skills and abilities for future teachers to maximize the use of their own capabilities are stated. The purpose of this study is an experimental verification of the effectiveness of the developed organizational and methodological conditions that ensure effective management of their own resources by future teachers

The article is devoted to the future mathematics teachers training problems. The problems range of this educational process is represented by the following components: applicants with a low level of mathematical training, insufficient hours for fundamental mathematical disciplines in curricula, reorganization of the educational process with a focus on expanding electronic content. The insufficient number of hours devoted to the study of mathematical disciplines leads to the fact that students do not form subject knowledge. The article outlines ways to eliminate problems in the future mathematics teachers preparation: the propaedeutic courses introduction, the structural and didactic schemes development in the main mathematical sections, the disciplines integration, the system use of practical tasks, the preparing students holistic model for the use of information and communication technologies creation. The results of the training teachers experience in one domestic educational institution of higher education are presented. In accordance with which, such components as sufficient pre-university preparation, integration of disciplines, schematization of mathematical content, creation of conditions for combining the logical and figurative components of the students' mathematical culture, and informational competence of students become necessary in the structure of building the educational process.
The article deals with the independent work of university students. The article presents forms, methods and an example of organizing independent work of future specialists in the process of learning a foreign language with the help of the developed author's video course "English for Engineering Specialties". The study hypothesizes that independent work of future specialists during learning a foreign language will be more effective if information technologies are actively used. The results of the pedagogical experiment for determining the effectiveness of the use of information technologies in the university independent work are analyzed.
