Training of modern graduate takes place in the conditions of requirements of the Federal state educational standards aimed at development of students’ competences. In order to train a competent graduate, higher education institutions are looking for ways that will make this process more effective and dynamic. The purpose of the article is to analyze the experience of higher education institutions in the implementation of training in cooperation with the use of information technology. The wide development of information technologies and their penetration into various spheres of society has determined their implementation in the educational process. The use of information technology is based on the use of personal computers. Now this tool is an integral part of the modern educational process. Placing emphasis on the fact that learning in cooperation is not a fundamentally new technology the authors say that it acquires relevance by incorporating innovative technologies. The article considers the ideas of training in cooperation with the use of information technologies, raises the importance and significance of this issue in modern educational conditions. Training in cooperation expands the students' information field. On the basis of the study of scientific literature, the features of training in cooperation, its essence and value purpose for the formation of competence of students of pedagogical University are highlighted. The study suggests an increase in students ' motivation to study materials after the introduction of information technologies that allow them to be more mobile and creative. The process of mutual learning in the process of cooperation becomes more effective. The higher the motivation of the student to study the discipline is, the higher the level of his knowledge is. The results of the study can be used in the further implementation of information technologies for the development of the learning process in cooperation.
The problem of the research. The ability to manage time, build and implement the self-development path is the universal future teacher competence, reflected in the new educational standards. The question how to ensure the abilities formation associated with managing one's own person's resources (time management, stress management, self-presentation) arises. The interdisciplinary integration of some psychology and management sections provides the necessary student's self-motivation, planning their own activities, decision making and control. The self-management skills' demand in the professional teachers' activities, and, accordingly, the need to focus attention on the educational organizations administration are considered in the works of Galaguzova and Dorokhova (2017). In these works, the incorporating forms necessity, methods and means into the educational process that promote the knowledge's development, skills and abilities for future teachers to maximize the use of their own capabilities are stated. The purpose of this study is an experimental verification of the effectiveness of the developed organizational and methodological conditions that ensure effective management of their own resources by future teachers
The relevance of this study is determined by the problem of developing various methods and techniques of analytic and synthetic activity with the aim of finding solutions to problems that involve the use of analysis and synthesis processes. Analytic and synthetic activity plays an important role in the process of cognition. The purpose of the study is to single out types of work aimed at forming analytic and synthetic activity skills in teaching the algebra course. The results of the study: the skills included in the analytic and synthetic activity are distinguished: to dismember the whole into its component parts; to establish relationships between parts of the whole (to distinguish the general and the different, the known and the unknown, the essential and the nonessential); to make up the whole from the parts, a new object from the individual elements; to draw up an action plan for solving the problem (task); to find errors and explain their reasons. Appropriate content-related components are revealed which are required for working with concepts, theorems, and tasks, and should be used to form analytic and synthetic activity skills in schoolchildren when studying algebra. The significance of the study: the materials of the article can be useful for heads of educational structures at various levels, school teachers, gymnasiums, lyceums, and parents.
Introduction. The article investigates the problem of increasing the efficiency of educational process at university with the main focus on supervising students’ research. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the influence of using the model of research supervision on developing research competences of students majoring in education. Materials and Methods. The study is conducted on the basis of theoretical analysis and generalization of scholarly literature on supervising students’ research, experimental methods of educational research, and methods of mathematical statistics for processing empirical data (Wilcoxon test). Results. The authors identified the following components within the research supervision model: choosing the research topic, determining the research methodology; diagnostic materials for identifying the effectiveness of the research investigation (criteria, indicators, levels of results assessment, choosing diagnostic methods); participation in research conferences, seminars, forums, etc.; design of experimental research (formative experiment program, short-term academic placement program); working in the academic library, preparing references and literature reviews; writing research articles). The study has revealed a positive correlation between using the research supervision model and the increase in research competence of students majoring in education. Conclusions. The authors conclude that the use of the model for research supervision improves students' research competence. The obtained results can be used to improve the efficiency of educational process at university.
Introduction. The article presents an overview of research investigations on the problem of improving the efficiency of university educational process through the integration of secondary vocational and higher educational institutions. The purpose of the article is to identify the specifics of the impact of using the model of integration of secondary vocational and higher educational institutions on increasing the level of students’ professional motivation. Materials and Methods. The study has been conducted on the basis of a theoretical analysis and generalization of scholarly literature on the impact of using the model of integration of secondary vocational and higher educational institutions on increasing the level of students’ professional motivation. The empirical data were collected via experimental methods of educational research including test for evaluating the motivation for teaching called ‘Motivation for labor activities’ by K. Zamfir modified by A. Rean. Methods of mathematical statistics were used in order to process the empirical data (U-Mann-Whitney criterion). Results. The authors described an educational model for the integration of secondary vocational and higher educational institutions. The core of integration is a secondary vocational educational program in Supplementary education implemented in the conditions of a higher educational institution. The study identified the advantages and disadvantages of such collaboration, described the possibilities of modeling the curriculum for training mid-level specialists, taking into account the involvement of higher education disciplines. The results of a pilot experiment on implementing the program in Supplementary education in the conditions of higher educational institution were presented. The authors substantiated the positive impact of using the integration model of secondary vocational and higher educational institutions on increasing students’ professional motivation. Conclusions. The authors conclude that the model of integration of secondary vocational and higher educational institutions provides a positive trend in increasing the level of students’ professional motivation. The results presented in the work can be used to improve the efficiency of educational process at the university.
