Yerel Gıda ve Coğrafi İşaretleme Kapsamında Süryani Şarabının Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract: Yapılan bu araştırmanın amacı, yerel gıda ve coğrafi işaretleme kapsamında Süryani şarabının değerlendirilmesidir. Turistik ürünün temel öğeleri arasında; ulaşım, konaklama ve yeme-içme sayılabilmektedir. Yeme-içme kültürünün, tarih boyunca evirildiği ve zenginleştiği görülmektedir. Mardin, şehir olarak tarihi, doğal ve kültürel birikim zengini sayılabilecek özellikte olan bir bölgededir.
