X-Ray Diffraction Analysis of Titanium Carbonitride 30/70 and 70/30 Solid Solutions

Abstract: X-ray powder data and refined cell parameters for two titanium carbonitride solid solutions are presented. Some deviations from Vegard's law were observed.
