Viability of Bifidobacterium bifidum 1 under hypothermia, single and repeated freeze-thaw cycles

Abstract: Реферат: Досліджено життєздатність бактерій пробіотичного штаму Bifi dobacterium bifi dum 1 за впливу гіпотермії, одноразового та повторних циклів заморожування-відтавання (термоциклювання). Зразки суспензій біфідобактерій одразу після виділення або після добового гіпотермічного зберігання заморожували трьома cпособами до кінцевої температури (-23 ± 1) або (-196 ± 1)ºС.
