Unusual Polarization Dependence of Dislocation‐Related Luminescence in n‐GaN

Abstract: Dislocation‐related luminescence (DRL) in n‐GaN from a‐screw dislocations introduced by cracking or nanoindentation is investigated using cathodoluminescence (CL) and polarization optical spectroscopy.
