Resumo: Este trabalho propõe compreender, do ponto de vista linguístico, como se dá a aquisição da Língua Portuguesa escrita pelo aluno surdo e as dificuldades e evoluções apresentadas por alunos do Ensino Fundamental II em suas produções. Para isso, partimos da análise de produções escritas realizadas por alunos surdos do 6º ao 9º ano do Ensino Fundamental de uma Escola Especial em que a Língua Portuguesa atua e circula como segunda língua. A análise dos textos nos leva a considerar que a LIBRAS não só é uma língua como também possui estrutura e características próprias inerentes a ela.Palavras Chave: Português como Segunda Língua. Abstract:The purpose of this research is to understand, from the linguistic point of view, how the deaf student learns written Portuguese and the difficulties and evolutions presented by students from the Elementary School in their productions. In order to get these results, we started from the analysis of written productions by deaf students from the Elementary School of a Special School which Portuguese is the second language. The analysis lead us to consider that LIBRAS is not just a language as it have structure e characteristics of itself.

This paper argues that Honneth's theory of recognition opens promising venues for exploring the role of emotion in politics, particularly when issues of injustice are at stake. While endorsing Honneth's view that 'feelings of injustice' are an important source for intelligibility of injustice, and that disadvantaged individuals need to build a 'shared interpretative framework' in struggles for recognition, this article contends that a more nuanced account of discursive justification is required to deal with dissent and moral disagreement. As a response to this problem, we suggest that Honneth's approach of subjective reaction to injury as violation of conditions to practical identity can be brought together with notions of discursive justification in the Habermasian fashion. Through an empirically based analysis -using storytelling of deaf people gathered in two virtual environments: (a) the website of the main Brazilian organization for deaf persons (FENEIS), and (b) Orkut, an online social network -this paper evinces that subjects not only articulate feelings of injustice or claims for recognition in everyday experience, but also usually engage in interpretation, judgment and justification of such claims. Results show that Honneth's theory of recognition, when articulated with a notion of discursive justification, can better equip scholars concerned with practices that aim to overcome injustice.

ReSUMO: este artigo apresenta uma discussão a respeito da comunicação de surdos no contexto dos padrões de acessibilidade na web. Primeiramente traz um estudo bibliográfico sobre a comunicação de surdos, o método linguístico adotado nas escolas e o reflexo na história da sua educação. Em seguida, discorre sobre o bilinguismo, as identidades surdas e as diretrizes de acessibilidade propostas pela WCAG 2.0 (2008). A partir de pesquisa bibliográfica, realizada em fontes primárias, selecionaram-se os critérios de sucesso relacionados à surdez a fim de verificar se a língua de sinais, tida como primeira língua dos surdos (L1) na filosofia do bilinguismo, é considerada na concepção dos princípios da WCAG 2.0 (2008). Por fim, o artigo enfatiza a comunicação bilíngue como necessária para que os conteúdos da web possam estabelecer uma uniformidade com a linguagem habitual da cultura surda. Web.abSTRacT: This article presents a discussion on the communication of the deaf in the context of accessibility standards for the Web. First there is a review of the literature on deaf communication, the linguistic method adopted in schools and a reflection on the history of deaf education. This is followed by a discussion of bilingualism, deaf identities and guidelines on accessibility proposed by WCAG 2.0 (2008). Based on bibliographical research, carried out using primary sources, success criteria in relation to deafness was selected in order to verify if sign language, regarded as the first language (L1) of the deaf in the philosophy of bilingualism, is considered in the design principles of WCAG 2.0 (2008). Finally, the article emphasizes the need to consider bilingual communication in order to ensure that Web content fully conform to everyday language of deaf culture.KeYWORDS: Special Education. Web. intRoduçãoA comunicação humana se dá pela linguagem, meio que permite ao indivíduo a estruturação de seus pensamentos, a verbalização dos seus sentimentos e o registro de todo conhecimento produzido. A linguagem consubstancia a cultura humana, estabelecendo os meios que permitem tanto a inserção quanto a permanência do homem em seu meio social. Não por acaso, a linguagem tem sido o foco de muitos estudos e discussões (SEESP/MEC, 2006), sobretudo em relação aos indivíduos surdos, cuja dificuldade em se comunicar por meio da língua oral e escrita tem trazido prejuízos à própria socialização. Assim, o tema deste artigo pretende tratar justamente da linguagem no trato da disfunção sensorial proveniente da surdez, que visa a aquisição da linguagem visual-gestual, traduzida na Língua de Sinais.
